Las camas están incómodas ,muy duras , las almohadas y toallas tampoco están muy buenas . El mueble de sala y comedor tmb pudiera estar mucho mejor . Siento q el mobiliario está muy básico cayendo en lo incómodo . Por todo lo demás está excelente .

Loved the high ceilings and overall character of the old building combined with modern amenities. Plenty of space for our group of 6. Would highly recommend.

- Angela (10/5): - We really enjoyed our stay at Rocamora apartments. Greeted by friendly host upon check in that walked us through the apartment. Besides the in room safe that was not working properly and a toaster that was tripping the breaker both were fixed immediately which resolved these minor issues. We really enjoyed eating breakfast in the sunroom, the apartment has a good amount of light in the space which is nice. Besides some paint work that could need some upgrading the place is clean, spacious, new appliances and served our family of 5 very well rather than staying in a hotel with tiny sized room. Also great location, yet quiet good to sleep. Would recommend.

- Jeffrey (10/5): Barcelona Visit - Had a nice visit. Place is exactly as pictured, but felt bigger once there. Had 4 separate twin beds and one larger bed (queen perhaps) in Master. Layout worked great. Had to walk up one flight of stairs from elevator to get to the penthouse, but was easy. Location was close to main street and a few blocks from train so location worked really well. Santiago was great, and greeted us when we arrived and made sure we got situated, which was a very nice touch (and also gave 24 hour contact number in case of issues, of which we didn't have any). Very nice accommodation.

The apathy was gorgeous and looked like in the photos -all of the amenities we needed and wanted for our five day stay. Would definitely recommend staying here!

- Andrew (10/5): - This is a great location - you are in a great spot for accessing a lot of the Gothic area by foot with restaurants and shopping galore. One of those hop on hop off tour buses would stop right across the street. Santiago was great assisting with the check in and made sure we were comfortable with the apartment before he left us. Unit was large and had plenty of space for my wife and two teenage sons. Train station and airport were both a short cab ride away (20-30 mins). Only disappointment, and it was minor, was those roof deck patios pictured on this listing are only for the top floor units - we were on a lower floor so we instead had two small balconies off the front of the unit. They still had a small table and two chairs on each one but they were quite small. Would definitely stay here again - just ask for a top floor unit.

Locker for the bags. Negative- poor condition of the apartment, needs urgent repairs and renovation. I was provided with emergency number, no one answered, the access to apartment was cuted at 10:00. I have kindly asked for late check out, no answer.
- Zunay (10/5): Nice apartment, well located - The place is very well located, close to good restaurants and within a walking distance from Las Ramblas. Santiago, the person responsible for settling us in, went above and beyond to accommodate us. Very nice guy, gave us very good recommendations as of where to eat and where to go. The apartment is dated, but cozy. Whenever we are back in Barcelona, this is the place to stay.
- Hiroki (6/5): - ５泊させて頂きました。カサバトリョ、カサミラ、地下鉄の駅に近く、立地は最高でした。室内の暖房も効きが良く、シャワーのお湯も全く問題なく出ました。室内清掃が、2日に１回で、シーツ交換を2日目にもしてもらっていない部屋がありました。また、宿泊中、２回の清掃がありましたが、キッチンの清掃は１回されていませんでした。持参した石鹸や歯間ブラシも廃棄されておりまり、非常に困りました。チェックアウト後のロッカー貸し出しは、非常に助かりました。清掃の方への教育はしっかりして頂きたいです。

However, there is nothing to worry about, the management respond to my message right away and they actively try to contact me right after I landed Barcelona. The host, Santiago, is very nice and explain all things I needed to know and make us feel warmth and welcoming. The apartment is surprisingly spacious and has everything we need for staying. The full size kitchen with open space to living room make it really feel like home in Barcelona. Place is clean and location is perfect for us. The apartment was very spacious and the location was excellent. Our host, Santiago was very helpful and he let us take a late check-out which was great for us since our flight left at 6:40pm. Rental manager, Santiago, was very accommodating and available if we had questions or problems. Concierge, Ramon, was there to assist us on the property. The staff who work in the building and the check in contact were helpful and welcoming, especially when we arrived very early in the morning after flight delays. My main concerns is the apartment didn’t feel clean, there were hairs in the shower and so many marks on the walls. It needs a paint and a bit of a refresh. I have children and some windows open to a 6 storey drop with no screens so that was a bit of a concern but I kept an eye on the kids as any parent should and all was ok. Terrace was amazing and definitely makes the apartment worth the price. Love the kids in the school yard across from us waving and smiling to us every day.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Good location for family trip - Location is perfect, tons of restaurants around. You will find cafe for breakfast in one or two blocks away. Elevator helps a lot for moving luggages. Water pressure is good. The only thing which may not be everyone’s problem is the direction of air-con blowing straight to the bed inside the small bedroom, which I felt uncomfortable. In general, this is a very good apartment to stay and I will recommend to others.
- SDavis (10/5): - Our family shared a 3 bedroom apartment and bathroom and everything about it was perfect. The caretaker met us and helped us get settled in. He even loaned us electricity converters. WiFi connection was good. The bathrooms and kitchen were stocked with basic essentials - including coffee, milk, and even soap for the washer and dryer. The apartment was spacious, clean, and convenient to the best shopping and restaurants. We were able to walk to some of the notable attractions. At check out the caretaker helped us set up a taxi that could accommodate our party and stayed to be sure everything went smoothly. I can’t imagine finding a better place to stay in Barcelona.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Charming apartment near shopping and Gaudi Casas - Excellent location in the center of high end shopping area, train access, and 3 Gaudi Casas. We enjoyed "people watching" overlooking our small veranda. It was a bit noisy as the bedroom is facing the main street but the double pane glass door helped buffed the sound at night and early morning. The building is old with a lift that is probably original but the apartment was upgraded with contemporary kitchen amenities and a shower. Think "IKEA". There is a $50 cleaning fee that has to be paid in cash at the check-in. We were surprised that the kitchen, laundry area, and bath needed a little more thorough cleaning specially in the corners and grout area. The floor looked dirty but we are not sure if this was stain due to age. The frying pan's teflon is scratched so we hesitated using them. The bedrooms, dining area, toilet and sink are clean - these are what mattered to us so the other issues are tolerable. One day supply of coffee/tea/bottled water is provided. Ramon, the caretaker/receptionist, provided tour of facility, explained amenities and recommended restaurants and groceries. We shared a good laugh every time we see him. We enjoyed our stay.
- Bryan Yen Jun (10/5): Fantastic stay in a fantastic location - An amazing stay in a beautiful space - every aspect of the property was beautiful, from the lobby, to the period elevator, right down to the apartment itself. Check-in formalities were handled promptly and respectfully by Ramon, who took the time to talk through all features of the apartment and was also extremely helpful in providing food recommendations for the local area. In itself the area cannot be faulted, with easy access to Passeig de Gracia station + also being central to a major commercial centre. All in all would definitely return if coming back to Barcelona!

I struggle with whether a hotel is just easier...made beds, garbage removal and clean towels that you get at a hotel and don’t at AirBNB. Would have been nice if outdoor space was more appealing. No real night time lighting to sit outside.

- Madison (10/5): Stop looking, this is your place! - The most amazing stay! Very thankful for all who played a part in our European adventure. Thank you to Teresa, Ramon& Santiago ,who gave us a whole run down of the apartment as we arrived. Santiago was already there waiting for us, so we didn’t have to wait a minute. The apartment was spotless, kitchen fully equipped, fit a large family comfortably, the view was incredible, location was perfect and Central to everything,& the A/C worked perfectly! Not one complaint. Santiago set up taxis for us and answered any questions at anytime. The superb experience left us returning again on our last day , very last minute. Teresa responded within minutes whether the apartment was available , and then had the place cleaned and Ramon waiting to unlock the door for us as soon as we arrived. When I return to Barcelona, I will now on, only stay here. Just across the street from casa Batlló, with an amazing balcony, you will not regret it!!

- Linnet (10/5): Spacious apartment in a great location! - Just returned home from Barcelona. My family of 4 adults stayed at the Passeig de Gracia 3 bedroom apartment with 2 baths for 4 nts. It was really spacious and had all the modern amenities such as a full kitchen and updated bathrooms. The main bedroom was large and the other 2 bedrooms were smaller but provided enough space. I really like the architecture and the old world charm of the apartment. And it was nicely decorated. Having a patio was nice. The tv had netflix and the apartment had good wifi. Location was really great. Was able to walk to many sights within 20 minutes and could easily catch a taxi or bus right outside your door. Ramon who checked us in was great. I would highly recommend the Rocamora Apartments.

We were able to easily stop home when needed for a clothing change or to drop off shopping and then head back out for more adventures. The full kitchen and laundry sure came in handy!

Check-in with Santiago was very easy and we were grateful for the air conditioning that this apartment has. And, the central location can't be beat! It was so nice to be steps away from the Gothic Quarter shops, eateries, and markets, museums, and a subway station around the corner. It also was a fairly short walk to the Sagrada Familia. We're already looking forward to the next time we can stay here!

The Balcony overlooking the street was another standout reason to choose this property. Roof access would have enhanced our visit but with the balcony, it was hardly missed.

It was the perfect space for a samll group with a spacious roof terrace and right in the heart of Barcelona close to Placa Catalunya. Would definitely recommend!

- Maxine (10/5): Great location! - We loved our stay at Passeig de Gracia 51, the apartment is beautiful and in a great location, you could see Cass Mila from our balcony. The check in was swift as we had our taxi waiting outside to take us to FC Barcelona vs Valencia! The traffic was a bit noisy but we got used to it, the views more than made us for the noise!! The bottle of wine & water was a nice touch, thankyou.
