ching chia (7/5): 很多地方都在整修，想住的旅客，可以先打電話確認。原本早餐餐盒的時間也遲到1個多小時，請大家避雷。以前住過覺得還不錯，這次回訪有看到旋轉木馬，但還沒開放，很多東西都在改善，這次體驗是失望的 - 房間舒適遊戲區的溜滑梯很破，因為小孩只是經過他的木橋就踩破，後來有反應給工作人員，大眾池在整修也沒有看到公告，覺得硬體設備都有待加強！

Kevin (7/5): nice clean and neat place at a wonderful location. - Location was great with a wonderful view and very windy. Place was very clean and tidy with good amenities like self service coffee machine and massage chair. like the idea of removing shoe at the entrance, so the whole place feels clean, although at times a bit inconvenient when walking in and out. Understand from staff that rooms in level 2 in not available for booking. think the view would be better from level 2. At level 1, we cannot open the window blinds beside the hot spring tub and look out as we enjoy the hot spring bath, because people passing by can just look into the bath room if there is anyway to make the window 1 directional...that will be great also, if there is a shower curtain for the hot spring bath area will also be great. so family can use toilet when someone is enjoying the bath.
