Marina (10/5): Рекомендую. Все было просто отлично - Прекрасный отель. Небольшой, уютный и в самом центре города. Отличный напор воды, всегда горячая вода. Кровать мягкая и удобная. Улыбчивый приятный парень на ресепшене, который делает очень вкусный кофе. Нас без проблем заселили раньше, что было очень приятно, так как мы были уставшие. Вокруг много мест для завтрака. Мы взяли круассаны в ближайшей пекарне и вернулись в отель за кофе.

Marie-Claude (7/5): Très OK pour le prix - L’hôtel est bien situé, juste un peu en dehors de la zone touristique achalandée. Nous sommes arrivés tôt le matin et avons pu laisser nos sacs à la réception jusqu’à ce que la chambre soit prête. La chambre était relativement propre, mais les murs étaient tachés de coulisses (huile?). Les bruits de ding-dong de l’ascenseur étaient nuisibles dans la nuit. Il n’y a pas de climatisation ni de ventilation dans la chambre ce qui donne une sensation de renfermé

Mr Nigel (8/5): Trendy, steampunk vibe near the lake. - Funky and newly renewed hotel in a quiet laneway. Small but poorly attention from staff.
Hoang (10/5): Lovely stay - Great location, right in the center, 5 minutes walk to the night market. The concept of the room is pretty cool, comfy bed, big bathtub. They also have a little coffee shop downstairs if you wanna work or just chill.

Anthony (8/5): - This hotel is centrally located and convenient to many shop, markets and restaurants. The rooms are basic with very comfortable beds and equipped with everything you need for a short term stay including mini bar, and WIFi signal is good. The owner is very attentive and accommodating and gave good recommendations and suggestions. The lake is located a block away with beautiful views and a footpath that encircles it. It is very good value considering the location and proximity to the lake and central Da Lat. Highly recommended for short terms stay.

Ian (8/5): Very good - Good value spot with helpful staff. Daily room cleaning, free drinking water, nice big bed, and a good shower that takes a while to warm up but once it does, wow! The TV is basically on the ceiling.

Largey (8/5): Central and value for money. - We had 2 rooms here, one was very small and not in great condition, with a lot of wear n tear the other on the other hand was fantastic and nearly twice the size.
Siti (10/5): - We met the owner's mother who is very friendly and gave us free tea while waiting for our grab back to the airport. Both managers are also very friendly and helpful. They help us call the tour guide for our day trip and waited for the bus together with us. The place gives off homey and vintage vibes. no air-con is needed as the place is cooling. really had a comfortable and great stay. Thank you

Agus Dandoeng (10/5): W - It was amazing stay in Lucas Inn - Dalat city which is located downtown just next to the Ho Xuan Huong lake, the place is cozy and just 5 minutes walk to the Dalat night market and surrounding by restaurants groceries coffee shops. The staffs were English speaking warm friendly & helpfull. If you need a motorbike to rent for city sight seeing or other places to see, you can rent from the hotel with price 350k/24hrs excluded the fuel and you can pay with credit card. Tour package leaflets also available on the lobby and we took packages from the Happy Holiday tour, unfortunately they charged on the day we were travel and cash only accepted, so be prepared for it. Overall, I can say I am really satisfied with this hotel and I recommend this hotel for your stay and sure I will be come back to stay in this hotel again for our next stay.

Verified traveler (6/5): Great staff. Hotel needs work - Hotel workers are all very nice and make me hesitant saying anything too bad. Can’t argue with price. Somewhat central but in an alley that utterly confuses cab drivers. We travel quite a bit and both agreed it was hands down the most uncomfortable bed we’ve ever slept on. Toilet or sink was leaking leaving a small continuous puddle in the bathroom. Staff is very nice and trustworthy however there’s no where to lock anything up. There’s also no additional lock (hotel standard) on the door. A bit more investment on locks/hotel safe, more comfortable beds and AC units (too much cigarette smoke from the adjacent bar to keep the window open) and this place would be really great.
