• Sharon (10/5): Wonderful Stay in Old Town Nurenberg!! - I loved the location in the Old City,next to the Tower and walls. I found the staff to be exceptional in helping me and being friendly with several repeated requests for understanding parking (i was exhausted). I loved that they had a laminated photo step-by-step process for the parking! I loved walking out into the nighttime into the hub of Old Town for a drink and lots of atmosphere. The room was nice - looked out at the old stone walls, and the bed was perfect! Firm for my bad back and the pillows were so soft - divine! Finally, I loved the breakfast buffet! Getting Google maps to understand a pedestrian zone was impossible. Luckily we went to the end of a one-way road and saw their sign on the back of the hotel and walked the rest. Yes we were not where we needed to be!

• Silvio (9/5): Ci siamo goduti pienamente la città! - La posizione è perfetta sia per la visita della città quanto per il luogo in sé in cui si trova la struttura. La colazione è ottima, ricca, dolce e salata, preparata in una ampia e accogliente sala. La struttura è molto pulita, il personale alla reception sempre disponibile e cordiale. Migliorerei la comunicazione delle modalità di raggiungimento della struttura e del garage sotterraneo, per esempio fornendo una piccola immagine con la mappa, "google maps" e/o "mappe", con il percorso stradale indicato in grafica. L'Hotel è in una posizione favolosa dentro le mura e questa del suo raggiungimento è l'unica difficoltà, piccola, che si riscontra nel complesso dell'esperienza.

• Simon (8/5): Comfortable and ideally placed to explore Nürnberg. - Location very good although this is the more commercial end of Nürnberg ol town. Parking is a little complicated. Breakfast was very good.

• Roebi_H (9/5): Super Hotel mit unglaublicher Lage - Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Es wurden lokale Waren angeboten. Die Bedienung und Aufmerksamkeit des Personals im Frühstücksraum war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Lage des Hotels ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen in der Stadt. Das gesamte Personal ist freundlich und aufmerksam. Vielen Dank für den guten Service. Im Eingangsbereich des Hotels konnte man sich mehrfach mit Wasser versorgen das gratis angeboten wurde. Eine super Zusatzleistung des Hotels. Was mich dabei etwas erstaunt hat war die Tatsachen, dass das Wasser aus der Minibar kostenpflichtig war. Vielleicht sollte diese Tatsache den Kunden besser nähergebracht werden dass nur Wasser im Eingangsbereich gratis ist und sicherlich auch aufs Zimmer genommen werden kann. Und sonst alle entnahmen aus der Minibar (auch Wasser) Kostenpflichtig sind. Bitte nicht falsch verstehen ich habe mich einfach darüber gewundert dass an einem Ort Wasser gratis bezogen werden kann und im Zimmer dafür bezahlt werden muss.

He was attentive, engaged with all of us with a smile, and even came up to our room to help us with our shower. Milda at the front desk greeted us on our arrival and she set the tone for a great stay. Go Orange!

• Laura (9/5): Clean, comfy, and so close to the train! - You can't beat this location - you can wheel yourself right out of the train station, under the street, and basically right up to the hotel! (Train station hotels aren't always so nice, but this one was wonderful!) Rooms were very clean and comfortable. More on the minimal side than any of the historic ones, but we didn't mind! Breakfast was nice, and we were grateful for the free bottle of water when we arrived!

• Martin (10/5): Brilliant place to stay - This is such a smart comfortable and friendly hotel located right next to Nuremberg’s main rail station in the ‘Aldstadt’ with many of Nuremberg’s historic and cultural attractions within walking distance. The staff were excellent- friendly, helpful and efficient. The breakfast was wonderful with a wide selection to choose from. So pleased we stayed here The en-suite was compact and larger people might have to squeeze through the shower door. We tried to book another night for our return route but prices had shot up reflecting a premium during a trade congress.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war auch sehr gut und vielfältig bestückt.

The staff was very friendly and the location was great. The breakfast was delicious. There were some stairs when entering which made it hard to walk with luggage.

• Martin Lenzi (9/5): Wirklich empfehlenswert - sehr freundlich. Das Hotel liegt wunderbar zu Beginn der Altstadt. Das Frühstück bietet alles was das Herz begehrt. Wir sind begeistert und kommen gerne wieder. Der Zugang zum Hotel, mit schweren Koffern, ist aufgrund der Stufen etwas mühsam.

Niet werkende airco werd zeer snel verholpen. Eigen parkeerplaatsen in parkeergarage om de hoek. Kleine douche. Matrassen hadden een beetje een kuil. Erg zachte kussens. Kamer naast gezamenlijke ruimte waar mensen laat kunnen blijven zitten wat goed hoorbaar is.

• Sandra (9/5): Sympathisches Hotel in zentraler Lage, mit unschlagbarem Frühstücksbuffet. - Sehr zentrale Lage, geniales Frühstücksbuffet, sehr freundliches Personal. Um das Gepäck ein-/auszuladen, darf man direkt vor das Hotel fahren. Danach Parkplatz/Einstellhalle nicht weit entfernt. Die U-Bahn war auch in der 3. Etage hörbar, was meinen Mann mehr störte als mich.

• Hermann (8/5): Zentral in Nürnberg - Ein paar Schritte vom Bahnhof neben dem Handwerkerhof gelegen. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers ist einfach, aber tadellos in Schuss. Ich hatte ein Doppelzimmer zur Einzelnutzung. Dafür war es in Ordnung. Für die Nutzung zu zweit wäre es mir zu klein gewesen. Die Buchung eines Zimmers ohne Frühstück ist nicht möglich.

• JAVIER Saez ANTON (10/5): Fantástico lugar para visitar la ciudad - La habitación en la que me alojé era abuhardillada con muchísima luz y muy buenas vistas. En la habitación había una bañera además del baño. Todo en la habitación era fantástico. Lleno de detalles para hacer la estancia lo más cómoda posible. El desayuno un poco básico pero suficiente variedad. La ubicación es excelente para caminar por todo el centro de la ciudad o rodear las murallas. Mas variedad en el desayuno.

• Redrose (9/5): - Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist top. 5 min zum Hauptbahnhof und gleich bei der Altstadt. Rundherum zahlreiche Sehenswürdigkeiten und gute Restaurants. Sehr sauber, gratis Wasser, Schminkspiegel (sehr wichtig, wenn man eine Brille trägt), Preis/ Leistung stimmt. Hotel selbst sehr ruhig. Zum Glück auch keine Kleinkinder! Kissen können ausgesucht werden. Die Vorhänge sind Lichtdurchlässig, so ist es im Zimmer nie dunkel und ab 4 Uhr morgens hell im Zimmer. Frühstücksraum sehr gut besucht. Am Wochende überfüllt - bis 30 min Wartezeit. Gibt leider auch Gäste, die nach 2.5h immer noch am Tisch sitzen und so Platz für andere "nehmen". Im Allgemeinen - betrifft das Hotel nicht direkt: Ausserdem ist es draussen im Park (zum Museum) immer sehr laut, jugendliche und randständige verbringen da die halbe Nacht mit trinken, rauchen, Flaschen/Dosen unterwerfen, schreien und Ball Spiele. Da müsste sich auch die Stadt Nürnberg um Nachtruhe bemühen.

• Marion (10/5): Perfekt - das gesamte Personal hat eine sehr niveauvolle Art. Heutzutage nicht selbstverständlich - Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt; am Ende der Fußgängerzone, so dass man die ganze Innenstadt perfekt per pedes erkunden kann. Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Toll ist auch, das man seine Heissgetränke serviert bekommt und nicht an einem Automaten steht. Die Freundlichkeit und die sympathische Art der Frühstücks-Damen/Herren sind nicht zu überbieten. NICHTS
