- Isidora (9/5): - El edificio es precioso y la habitación era luminosa, espaciosa y muy bien ambientada. La ubicación, perfecta. El personal, muy amable. Por comentar alguna posible mejora: Informar a la entrada de la existencia de sauna. Lo supe al final, por casualidad. No sé, si podía haberla utilizado por estar alojada allí o tenía un coste adicional. En cuanto al tema gastronómico, encuentro la oferta del "menú de peregrino" muy interesante, aunque un lugar como el Palacio de Merás, podría cuidar más algún aspecto: La crema de la cena, estaba servida en una sopera cuyas paredes estaban muy manchadas, señal de que ya había sido utilizada en otras mesas. Contenía trocitos de hebras de la verdura y su sabor era un tanto ácido. Los huevos del plato combinado tenían las yemas completamente cuajadas. Son pequeños detalles que merece la pena cuidar en este tipo de establecimiento, por otra parte, tan estupendo.

L’accueil à notre arrivée était peu chaleureux et nous n’avons pas été prévenus à l’avance de cette impossibilité d’accéder à la salle à manger ce qui était un gros moins de notre séjour. Nous avons dîné dans une partie « bar » avec télévision à fond et service très décontracté et pas du tout à la hauteur des tarifs et du standing de l’hôtel

Carla in particular went above and beyond for us during our stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable. They accommodated us for an extra night at the last minute.

A localização é excelente, diante da praça e próximo a cafés, lavanderia, mercado. Os funcionários são muito gentis, especialmente a Alba que nos atendeu e orientou na recepção algumas vezes.

Todo estaba cuidado al mínimo detalle, desde la limpieza impecable hasta los muebles y la ambientación que hacían sentir era muy especial, de otro siglo. El personal fue excepcional, muy atento y profesional, siempre dispuesto a satisfacer nuestras necesidades con amabilidad y rapidez. La atmósfera general del hotel transmitía confort y exclusividad, haciendo que nuestra estancia fuera inolvidable. La ubicación fue un inconveniente, ya que el GPS nos llevó por un camino sinuoso y con presencia de animales en la vía, lo que dificultó el acceso y generó cierta incomodidad.
