• Eugeniapm (9/5): Piso tranquilo y buena ubicación. - Esta bien ubicado y guarda la esencia de los pisos antiguos. Limpieza y decoración con mucho gusto. Piso Interior pero bien iluminado. Con ascensor y llave automática. El agua en la nevera a la llegada se agradece mucho Nada. Esta muy bien y cumplió todos nuestros requisitos. Por poner una mejora. en el armario de una habitación falta una barra para perchas.

• Hanne (10/5): Vi anbefaler denne leiligheten på det sterkeste! - Perfekt sted å overnatte i Roma. Leiligheten ligger i et flott bygg i et rolig og hyggelig område. Kort vei å gå til Spansketrappen og Villa Borghese-parken. Dagligvarebutikk «Tigre» ligger i Via Venezia, 5 minutters gange unna. Mange restauranter i nærheten. Leiligheten hadde alt utstyr man måtte trenge. Sengene var komfortable og alt var rent. Det var ingen støy fra naboer eller trafikk utenfor. Verten var veldig imøtekommende og vennlig. Ingenting.

• Nicole (9/5): Fantastico - The appartment is located in quite residential area, not much trafgic around. Walking distance to the Spanish steps and Trevi fountain is less than 15 minutes. In these areas there are plenty of restaurants and bars. The host is very friendly and welcoming. Absolutely nothing

Apartamento muy tranquilo, no se oía ruido. Edificio antiguo, apartamento reformado. Todo lo necesario para tu estancia, plancha, menaje de cocina, toallas,amenites en el baño, secador de pelo, wifi, TV, cafetera y cápsulas de café, botellitas de agua en la nevera… Angela nos guardó el equipaje antes de la hora de check in, nos gestionó el taxi para ir al aeropuerto, ha estado pendiente durante los 4 días de estancia. Muy buena anfitriona. Muchas gracias por hacernos tan agradable la estancia.

• DK2020 (10/5): Perfect - The apartment is clean and well located. Metro stations, the Spanish steps and Trevi are within walking distance. The host has provided guests with adaptors and clearly marked the lights' buttons so that you know which button refers to the right light - we really appreciate these small details since our experience at Florence shows that the light buttons at old apartments can be confusing. The supermarkets nearby aren't well stocked, and it would be great if the shower's water pressure could be stronger and the water temperature higher.

• Babyrouge (10/5): Sempre una certezza - Amo soggiornare in questo appartamento. È sempre pulito, profumato, accogliente, oramai è come stare con le comodità di casa, ma in una splendida città. Da qui raggiungi nel raggio di circa 3 km ogni angolo di Roma, dalla vicinissima via Veneto a piazza di Spagna, Trinità dei Monti, piazza del Popolo, Barberini, Galleria Borghese e a pochi minuti di strada si arriva agevolmente dalla stazione Termini. Angela è una persona deliziosa, ci ha accolto, come sempre con gentilezza e cortesia e qualche stuzzichino...graditissimo. Direi che tutto è perfetto

• Gija (10/5): Roman holidays - Very good apartment in the center of Rome. 5 minutes walk from the Spanish Steps. Quiet and tidy area with restaurants and hotels around. The apartment is clean, tidy and has a pleasant aroma. Comfortable bed and soft pillows. Easy check-in to the apartment. The hostess is easy to reach if there are any problems. As a greeting at +36 degrees, she left us a cold bottle of water and iced tea in the fridge. I recommend! The apartment is great. .
• Christopher (9/5): Very happy. - Met all of our needs and was in a great location. Had no trouble communicating or accessing the apartment. Everything was clean and exactly as described. Only complaint would be the water pressure in the shower is very low. It is difficult to use.

Host contact was exceptional! Local issues in neighbourhood with some water outages but nothing too problematic. Host handled it well and kept us informed

• Tomasz (10/5): Love it! - The apartment is amazing, perfect for two couples or a family. Great location, very close to Spanish Stairs and in nice area with a lot of great restaurants around. Water pressure is a bit low but overall it wasn't such a big problem.

• Konstantinos (9/5): Very satisfied - Marvellous location, very close to the city center, via veneto, various sites of interest. The building is rather old but of excellent architectural style. Highly preferrable if the architectural style of the premise is a criterion for its selection. Similarly the elevator was old fashioned, but stylish,. Heating was good, internet was fast. The host was very friendly,fast to her answers and supportive of the various demands that were placed. Lack of storage place for the suitcases once leaving the apartment. Very early departure time (10 am). The bathroom was rather small; the amenities provided were minimal. The matress a bit uncomfortable.

• Felix (9/5): We had a really nice stay, would give 9.5 out of 10! - Angela is an excellent communicator and host. She provided all the instructions needed for us to enter the apartment. She was responsive to our needs. The position of the apartment is excellent! The apartment and the surrouding area is very quiet and beautiful near the metro, city center, vila borghese park and one of the tour buses stop. The facilities are ok, nothing fancy. We found everything we needed for our stay. The apartment was quite clean. Really appreciated the floor as it was made from wood. The building is very beautiful with a retro feeling. Don't expect luxury in the apartment. The apartment has windows but they all point to inside court yards, therefor it doesn't have a lot of natural light (for my taste). This comes with the positive side of not hearing any noise from the street. The bathroom is quite narrow but it is very easily ventilated through a large window. The window in one of the bedrooms couldn't be opened as the handle was broken. The couch cannot be extended, so don't expect it can be used for sleeping! A checkout at 11AM would be much better than at 10AM :D

• Daphne (9/5): Superb - The location of the apartment was absolutely great! Walking distance to all the great locations Rome has to offer. But also the metro is close by! Beds were good, different pillow choices are available, and everything was clean and ready to use. The couch area is small ( if you would be with 4 adults) We were out and about almost all day, so we were not bothered by it. Communication with the host was fast, friendly and always helpful. Don't hesitate to book, you won't be sorry
• Karin (9/5): Superb - Landlady is extremely nice and responsive and she helped us a lot with everything. Apartment itself is situated near the city center. Everything important is included. Windows look to the court yard and the flat it is very quiet.
• Catherine (8/5): Pretty good place - We had a few problems with the booking before we arrived as well as some maintenance issues when we were there, but the host was very accomidating and friendly to get the issues resolved. The location was great, close to a metro and a lot of sites were walkable. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. The drain in the shower was clogged which caused it to fill with water, this was not addressed when the maintenance came to fix an issue we had with the toilet leaking. The living room was really small so it was not a great place to go back to and hang out after a long day walking around. We asked for a late checkout and they said yes but the cleaning person showed up 15 minutes before they told us we needed to be out by and it was really awkward feeling like we were being kicked out as they just entered the apartment and started saying goodbye.
