Niko (8/5): Ottimo! - Posizione a pochi km dal centro di Fano, isolata e tranquilla. Personale disponibile e cortese sia per il check-in e sopratutto per il check-out. Appartamento con tutto l'indispensabile (o quasi). Parcheggio davanti alla struttura comodissimo. Alcune piccole modifiche come la disponibilità di un pacco di tovaglioli o di una bottiglia di doccia shampoo sarebbe perfetta.

PaolaLoffredo (8/5): Un soggiorno gradevole ma non il top - La posizione è molto tranquilla, e c'è tanto intorno all'abitazione. La proprietaria una signora affabile, mi ha acceso subito il riscaldamento su richiesta, mi ha messo a mio agio, mi ha consentito di fare il check in fuori orario. Ho dovuto dare un tocco di pulizia al lavandino, dove erano rimasti peletti di barba, e al comodino, che era impolverato. E dietro il letto sul pavimento era sporco. Le posate e la rubinetteria in bagno erano macchiate di calcare in maniera molto vistosa. Il tappetino marrone scuro da utilizzare per l'uscita dalla doccia non mi lasciava troppo tranquilla circa l'igiene. Avevo prenotato l'intero appartamento ma una stanza era interdetta perché ero da sola. Le asciugamani erano solo 3, un po' consunte e di un bianco un po' dubbio: considerato che avrei pagato la stessa quota se fossimo stati in 6 anziché da sola, si poteva mettere un'asciugamano extra e qualcosa che non desse di vecchio. La porta che separa l'appartamento dall'appartamento dove vive la signora può essere chiusa a chiave solo dal lato della signora. A mio avviso non va bene: la chiusura deve essere possibile da ambo le parti. Inoltre scendendo dalla macchina all'arrivo, mi sono ritrovata addosso il muso del cane della proprietaria: sebbene fosse un cane tranquillo, non è stata un'accoglienza che ho gradito particolarmente
Heike (9/5): Alles bestens 😊 - Die Wohnung war blitzsauber und das Bett unglaublich bequem. Ich und meine Hunde wurden herzlich empfangen. Eine Kaffeemaschine wäre schön, es gab aber einen kleinen Espressokocher.

Mirko (5/5): - Era pulito Mi era stato detto che c era un posto auto all interno .. peccato che abbia dovuto spostare io ik tavolo le sedie l ombrellone e la pietra dell ombrellone. . La caldaia nn andava. Doccia fredda quindi , appartamento comunicante con i proprietari ..ed incursione della signora , mentre noi eravamo via. E anche durante la serata ..c3 la siamo ritrovata in cucina dalla porta comunicante, marmellate scadute in cucina ..eh che dire ... lo so sconsiglio

Maddalena Trotta (5/5): Si può fare di meglio - A 7 km dal mare. Aria condizionata. Camera e bagno ampi. Televisione. Frigo in ambiente comune. Non fanno pulizie. È la prima volta che mi capita, e frequento la zona da molti anni. Ho dovuto chiedere il cambio delle lenzuola e degli asciugamani. Il cestino nel bagno è stato svuotato 1 volta in 9 giorni.
