• Sungho (10/5): - 작은 바포레토역과 매우 가까움. 친절한 호스트와 조용하고 깨끗한 숙소. 엘리베이터도 빠르고 안뜰의 고양이도 귀여워요. 조리도구와 식기도 완벽하게 준비되어있고 세탁기도 잘 사용했습니다. 고양이가 자리를 비우는 일이 잦아서 자주 보지 못해 아쉬워요^0^

• Ieuan (10/5): A wonderful first family visit to Venice where we were able to immerse ourselves in the chaos but to easily retreat to t - It is simply exceptional. Spacious, wonderfully equipped and in such an incredible location a stone’s throw from the Grand Canal but also a tranquil haven with a private balcony and the use of the garden. Just excellent. Having to leave!

• Amadea (10/5): Lovely apartment in spectacular location, with great hosts. - Spacious, yet cozy. Loved our stay and remarkably comfortable for our family of four. Property was great, the hosts were wonderful. So no complaints—only issue we had were mosquitos. Not sure how they sneak in through a screened window, but luckily we survived the bites ;). Will stay here again — only difference is next time I will pack mosquito repellent.

• Olivia (9/5): Superb - Cute apartment 1 minute from Riva de Biasio ferry stop so super easy drop off if getting a water taxi direct from the airport. Takes about 30 mins to walk to the main sites. It was nice to stay in a less crowded and peaceful part of Venice and there are many nice local restaurants. Very spacious flat and it was nice to have heating as it does get chilly in the evenings in October. Top stay
• Carla (10/5): If you can, book it! - We loved the location, only feet from the Grand Canal and in a beautiful neighborhood. The history of the property is fascinating and the owners are delightful. The space has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The fact that there is an elevator is so convenient. Within a short walk you are at Rialto area or St. Marks square. You will not be disappointed!
• Brian (9/5): Good location, welcoming hosts and enjoyable stay. - A nice apartment very close to train station and vaporetto stops. We were met at the property by Laura and her husband, shown all the facilities and given some recommendations for shops, restaurants etc. All the necessary facilities were provided and the apartment was clean and tidy. Despite the heatwave the aircon unit upstairs performed well although downstairs was a bit warmer but a fan was provided here. Kitchen facilities were good. There was a small terrace off the bedroom which was good for evening drinks The location was good with a nearby pretty, well used square with several restaurants and a supermarket. We would certainly stay here again. Perhaps a handrail on the stairs would be useful for the less mobile.
• Mary (10/5): Great apartment - This split-level level apartment could be accessed by stairs or lift. It was near the station and easy to find. It was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The kitchen had everything you could need. We stayed as 2 couples. The beds were conveniently placed out of view. The bathroom is off the main bedroom, but this wasn't inconvenient. The terrace is bijou but not overlooked. The information left was very useful. We had a lovely time and would stay again. Thank you. Nothing ☺️
• Lynn (9/5): Wonderful apartment in a beautiful area of Venice - Clean, comfortable. Great location in quiet area 10 min walk from St. Lucia train station, 3 min from Riva vaporetto stop, <30 min walk to everything else. Host was helpful and responsive. Not a problem for us, but this is not an accessible apartment due to bathroom being upstairs. Shower could be improved.
• Shiv (8/5): Not a value for money - It was close to train station and next to a ferry station. Spacious and clean. The kitchen had everything we need. Overlooking a nice garden and a small rooftop balcony. The apartment is not for someone who likes warm place. They control the temperature remotely and you cannot change it. In the nights it guess cold but heating stops working. The sofa bed has a huge gap between head and rest of the part creating a sinking position for head. See the picture. And on top pillows are thin and heavily used. So if you are sensitive to any of these, its not a place for you.
• Mark (10/5): All around wonderful! We loved this place. - I can’t imagine a better place for exploring the wonder that is Venice! This is a beautiful, spacious, and comfortable apartment, tucked away on a quiet street. Everything is within walking distance and it’s particularly close to S. Lucia station for easy access. The host is very kind, responsive, and provided lots of great recommendations. We also loved the cats in the building! We will definitely return! Stairs to the upper level are slightly treacherous (no handrail and a bit slippery in socks).
• Julia (10/5): Easy to reach apartment with everything one wants or needs for a relaxing stay in Venice - We were greeted by the son of the owner who not only took the time to check us in but also answered all and any questions we had about the neighbourhood. There is nothing that is worth mentioning here as our expectations were fully met during our stay!
• Patrick (9/5): Venice is beautiful, lively and chaotic. Ca'Miro is the perfect place to relax and decompress. - Location - Perfectly positioned for the Vaparetto. Local area is mostly Venetian with few tourists. Thats a blessing. Its a busy(ish) area ( but nothing compared to the tourist hotspots) and its an absolute joy to breakfast or relax on a lazy warm afternoon in the square as the local kids kick a ball around, run round with scooters, parents chat and chill on benches, church bells ring and life goes on around you. Its idylic ( probably a bit OTT but in a romantic moment thats how it felt ) and such an antidote to the crush of Rialto and St Marks. Apartment - the photos don't do it justice. Its warm and inviting. Not traditionally Venitian in decoration ( to our eyes ) but thats one reason we decided against the many red and gold hotel rooms. Plus we've got the same Ikea furniture so it felt homely. We actually spent most of our time out but theres a lovely garden and small roof terrace. Its on the third floor, accessible by lift or stairs. For the two of us there was plenty of room and I think 4 would be fine. There's no TV or radio. Theres wifi Laura is lovely and made us feel very welcome with a botle of (good DOCG) Prosecco, maps and information about all the local bars, restaurants, shops etc.. Thats more than we expected. Venice 1/ Get a shared water taxi from the airport and ask to be dropped at St Marks. By water is the only way to be introduced to Venice, especially if its sunny or foggy, and you want to see the southern approach to the Grand Canal. You can then get a 1 to Riva de Biasio. 2/ get the multiday Vaporetto passes. We got a 7 day with one return trip on the bus to the airport. We more than got our monies worth and knowing we could always get home, no matter the time of day or night, gave us freedom and peace of mind. 3/ Embrace getting lost. I'd researched a long list of places to see. We got to one (Al Timon - the steak platter!) but we found so many great places accidentally. Usually while lost. I can't say theres anything we actively disliked. We were there primarily for Venice. As somewhere to rest our heads, Ca'Miro was exactly what we wanted and so much better than a small, red and gold, hotel room.
• Natalia (9/5): Superb - The apartment was spacious, with lots of light and very nice views over gardens, very pleasant organization, and private. The building has a beautiful garden and is clearly very well cared for, and there is an elevator which was much appreciated. We also very much appreciated having a terrace though it was very small. The location is fantastic: quiet little street just off the grand canal, very lose to a vaporetto stop and the bus/train station, and the neighborhood is so nice to walk around, not too busy, with very good restaurants. Excellent suggestions from our host for restaurants as well as getting around! Also very nice to have the option to store our luggage safely in the premises after checking out. All in all, we had a wonderful stay. if anything, we would have liked more comfortable pillows.
• Sonja (8/5): A beautiful little apartment in Central Venice. - The location is absolutely perfect. Just step out the door and you are on the Grand Canal. The host was lovely and key pick up was easy. The apartment is bright and airy and worked well for our little family. The only problem with the apartment is that the bathroom is upstairs in the loft in front of the master bed. This was challenging for us travelling with our elderly mother in law.
