• Tanja (9/5): Brilliant oasis in the middle of a busy city, providing the perfect respite! - R'Ashid was the most delightful host and the rhiad was beautiful. Great from Welcome to departure. We were served tea at all times, the brithday surprise organised by R'ashid and the women was unforgettable. We also booked ourselves a Hammam and Massage in the rhiad and that was just the right thing after wandering the Souks all day. Highly recommend. There were various travelgroups arriving and the germans seemed especially loud. Nothing the Rhiad can do - more a note to future travellers to remember that there are rooms nearby and to not shout early in the morning. R'ashid was super apologetic but once again - this is not the Rhiad's fault - more the lack of manners of travellers.

• Lenka Honková (9/5): - Riad je opravdu nádherný, stylový, má obrovského ducha, připadáte si jako v pohádce. Spousta krásných zákoutí a posezení. Velmi příjemný personál, výborné jídlo. Objednali jsme si i večeři a byla luxusní. Škoda, že jsme byli jen na jednu noc a nestihli využít i hamam nebo masáž, určitě by byla skvělá. Dalo se zaparkovat blízko Riádu, manažer nám na vše ochotně a obratem odpovídal. Je to kousíček do Mediny. Byl to moc příjemný pobyt s krásnou atmosférou. Trochu nám vadil hluk - když někdo došel pozdě v noci a musel zvonit, protože by se jinak do Riadu nedostal, bylo to velmi slyšet i hlasy ostatních hostů. Také nám přes celou noc svítilo dveřmi do pokoje poměrně hodně světlo - ale nic co nespraví špunty do uší a škraboška na oči, pokud jste stejně citliví jako my ;-). My už jezdíme vybaveni :-)

• Brigitte (10/5): Ein orientalischer Traum mitten in Marrakesch - Ein wunderschönes Riad in der Altstadt von Marrakesch. Liebevolle Einrichtung. Total ruhig gelegen. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in zu Fuss-Entfernung. Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Das Frühstück wunderbar und reichhaltig. Auch das 3-gänge Dinner am Abend hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt.

• Anja (9/5): Wunderschönes Riad - bunt mit Pool und Dachterrasse - Das Riad liegt in der Nähe vom Bahia Palace und hat einen traumhaften Innenhof. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich- wir wurden mit Tee begrüßt. Das Familienzimmer war ausgebucht, so dass wir 2 Doppelzimmer nehmen mussten. Das Riad ist schön bunt mit schönen Pool - der allerdings eiskalt ist. Die Dachterrasse ebenfalls sehr schön. Das Zimmer mit Liebe zum Detail und großer Dusche. Abends schön beleuchtet. Die Türen haben gehakt und nicht richtig geöffnet.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

• Esther (9/5): Luxurious and indulging oasis hidden away in Marrakech's old town - Biggest compliments to R'chid who tended so warmly and professionally to us. Riad Passali far exceeded our expectations: from the loving thoughtfulness of the Riad's decoration and design, to the comfort of our rooms and the attentiveness of the staff - we felt like we were the only guests there (and we weren't).

The location is okish. Compared to other riads we stayed it was the least pleasant one and we were glad to only have stayed there one night (especially for that price!) terrace doesn’t have a nice view at all

• Giada (10/5): - Il Riad passali è un oasi di pace, esteticamente è stupendo, molto curato in ogni dettaglio sia per quanto riguarda le zone comuni che per le camere che abbiamo trovato molto pulite e accoglienti. Appena arrivati ci è stato offerto il tipico thè alla menta con dei biscottini facendoci sentire subito a nostro agio. La colazione è stata deliziosa con molta varietà! Mentre per quanto riguarda la posizione ottima per raggiungere a piedi il cuore della città stando però fuori da caos del souk! Ma in questo Riad abbiamo sopratutto trovato un amico Hamza che ci ha fatto sentire a casa facendoci conoscere meglio la cultura marocchina ed essendo sempre disponibile ad aiutarci e accoglierci nel Riad, senza di lui il soggiorno a Marrakech non sarebbe stato lo stesso!! grazie di tutto, torneremo sicuramente!

Blisko murów - samochód można zaparkować poza bramą Medinyi dojść do riadu. Mieliśmy pokój na parterze przy patio i był halas w nocy i wcześnie rano. Woda pod prysznicem i w umywalce słabi spływała.

• Caroline (9/5): Magnifique Riad et personnel chaleureux - Très beau Riad décoré avec goût! L’accueil avec un thé et des gâteaux est apprécié et Iman est très chaleureuse. Le personnel est au petit soin et les chambres sont confortables. Le massage avec Fatima Zahra était incroyable, je la recommande ! Le petit déjeuner est délicieux et les espaces sont grandioses! Petit plus pour l’ascenseur qui était apprécié par mes parents. Tout est très propre mais il y a une mauvaise odeur d’urine de chats sur les terrasses.
• Hannah (4/5): Fint hotel men rigtig træls oplevelse - Rigtig sødt personale og super morgenmad. Bliver lidt sødt og kedeligt i længden, men super fint for et par dage. Havde desværre en rigtig dårlig oplevelse med hotellet, da de 4 dage inde i opholdet låste sig selv ind på værelset, fordi de skulle renovere vores sofaer uden nogen varsel. Rigtig grænseoverskridende at have en masse rendende rundt på ens værelse blandt ens ting og først opdage det, når man kommer hjem til dem stående på værelset. Prøvede at sige fra på dagen, men blev ikke mødt med den store forståelse. Derudover var vi så uden sofa i et døgn, på vores “deluxe” værelse (se billeder). Har efterfølgende prøvet at sende en mail uden at have hørt tilbage.

• Verplancke (9/5): Heerlijk verblijf! - Hele mooi Riad, eens je binnen bent is er een oase van rust, super vriendelijke ontvangst, op enkele minuutjes wandelen van de Medina, altijd iemand aanwezig en ze helpen je graag, geven tips, regelen uitstappen voor je. Alles wat je nodig hebt om tot rust te komen in het drukke Marrakesh. Aanrader uitstap: het Atlasgebergte met privé gids! Niks!

• Jean-Pierre (10/5): Un vrai havre de paix où on est très bien accueilli - C'était notre premier voyage au Maroc. Toute l'équipe du Riad Passali s'est surpassé pour rendre notre séjour très agréable. Ils étaient toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions, nous aviser pour trouver un bon restaurant et réserver un chauffeur pour l'aller-retour au Jardin Majorelle. Nous avons aussi réservé un diner au Riad Passali - le tajine au poulet était délicieux ! Merci encore à la gentille gérante, Rachid et toute l'équipe.

No et donen clau de la porta exterior, sempre has de trucar al timbre quan tornes i a la nit sap greu que es pugui despertar algú amb el soroll del timbre.
• Nuria (10/5): El mejor Riad de Marrakech - Riad Passali es un lugar en el que me volvería a alojar si volviera a Marrakech. Es un Riad precioso, muy limpio y ordenado. La habitación y baño estaban muy bien. También nos gustó mucho el desayuno. Quiero destacar la muy buena atención por parte de todas las personas que trabajan allí. En especial, gracias a Aziz, fue muy amable, nos ayudó y nos dio consejos para nuestra estancia. Un 10 para Riad Passali.

• RoxaneG (7/5): Un riad avec une belle piscine au calme - mais excentré - Les dames qui accueillent et s'occupent du menage sont très souriantes et sympathique, la chambre qui nous à été attribuée était super grande et jolie. La piscine est magnifique, le lieu est très calme. Les hommes qui gèrent le soir ne sont pas très serviables et souriants, ca se voit qu'ils ne sont pas la par passion... dommage! L'emplacement est en dehors de la vieille ville, à 15 min à pied. En famille c'est pas pratique...
• Rut Diaz Palacios (8/5): - Easy access, super location in 10min you are in the main square and far from the chaos and noise. You can't hear the call to prayer. Hot water, heating in the bathroom (in winter you really appreciate it) Very responsive, and picked us up at the taxi drop off. Breakfast is abundant. Elevator! Little natural light in the room, but in most Riads we've been they have the same setup. When someone talks in the common area you can hear it from even 3 Level above.

• Silvia (10/5): Highly recommended to stay in Riad Passali! - My boyfriend and I spent three unforgettable days at the beautiful Riad Passali and honestly it was such a vibe. The location was perfect because it sits just outside the busy parts of Marrakech so you still feel the energy of the city without being overwhelmed. The whole place is insanely pretty with its dreamy interior design that makes you want to take a photo of literally every corner. What truly made our stay special was the team. Hamza and Rashid were absolute stars. They were warm caring attentive and always ready to help with anything we needed. They made us feel completely at home from the moment we walked in. We left feeling relaxed happy and already planning our next visit. Riad Passali is one of those places that stays with you long after you leave.

• Emily (10/5): Highly recommend: The staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable - The employees were absolutely incredible. We got there late on Sunday after an exhausting travel day, and they welcomed us with tea and breads which we enjoyed while we waiting for the paperwork to be filled out for our room. The room itself was bigger than we anticipated. My friends and I were only there for one night, so we couldn’t get a feel for the location, but we did feel safe when walking to the hotel as four young women. We had to leave for our flight at 4:30am, and the hotel called us a taxi which was very helpful. When we walked to the lobby to check out, there was breakfast waiting for us; a wonderful spread of jams, vegetables, and bread which the employee had laid out for us to make sure we could eat breakfast before our flight. This extremely kind act was the best part of our travel day! He also walked us to the taxi to ensure we felt safe. The staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable, I recommended this hotel to all my friends who plan to visit Morocco!

Room very pleasant and comfortable. Lovely breakfast. All staff very friendly and helpful, esp. the manager and Aziz (?). Great location for El Badii Palace and the main square/souks. Nothing, we booked at very short notice when another Riad cancelled on us, and we were really pleased with the choice!
