Dispone de todo el equipamiento necesario para una estancia corta. La terraza es ideal para disfrutarla los dias con buen tiempo. Nada. Solo estuvimos una noche. La próxima vez nos quedaremos más días.

- Silvia (6/5): Apto cómodo, sistema de pago externo - Amplitud limpieza EL SISTEMA DE PAGO, te hacen pagar por fuera de Booking y me trajo grandes inconvenientes, ya que por querer asegurar que el sitio era confiable, demore en pagar, se dio de baja y al volver a intentar varias veces Booking consideró que era “un historial irregular” y me canceló estando en la puerta de los 2 alojamientos siguientes de mi viaje (uno de ellos otro apartamento Slow Suites). Deberían AVISAR en forma clara y a la vista el sistema de pago en la Descripción del Alojamiento. Y todo lo que conlleva el mismo.

- Caradonna (8/5): - Grand et confortable appartement pour 4 adultes. Les deux bains sont un vrai plus car il dispose de tous les équipements nécessaire. Ascenseur pour les étages supérieur présent, mais pas utilisé. Emplacement très appréciable en plein centre. Les principales plaza et monuments atteignable à pied. A 1 minute de la Gran Via et à 5 de la Puerta del Sol Un rafraîchissement de certain meubles et du linoléum qui montrent leurs vieillissement, serait un plus.

- biljana (4/5): Nažalost nije bilo dobro... - Dobra lokacija. Prostran apartman, prijatan, dobro opremljen. Osoblje koje smo uspeli da kontaktiramo je bilo izuzetno ljubazno! Loša ocena je zbog problema sa toplom vodim. Tri dana nismo imali toplu vodu i nismo mogli da se tuširamo, što je bilo izuzetno neprijatno. Na telefon za hitne pozive (broj telefona stoji na vratima apartmana) se niko nije javljao. Whatsapp ne radi. Dva puta su pokušali da poprave kvar, ali bez uspeha. Krevet u dnevnoj sobi je bio polomljen i nije ga bilo moguće rasklopiti. Izuzetno je neudoban i skoro nemoguć za spavanje. Nije bilo ni pokušaja da se ovaj problem reši. Dobili smo samo deo usluge za prijatan boravak....

Just stayed one night but it is in a very nice and quiet location even though is next to Calle Alcalá and very close to Gran Via. I didn’t like the difficulty to get in touch with the staff. Everything is through email and you just have to wait until they answer back. In few words I would say this place could be much better with a better communication and a more proactive and empathetic staff.

Nós ficamos num apartamento no R/C o quarto era interior, e não se ouvia barulho nenhum (nem da rua, nem de casas de banho, ou andar superior.), na sala onde está o sofá cama já se ouve muito o barulho da rua. No entanto, a rua é relativamente tranquila e dá para descansar. A localização é excelente perto da estação Sevilla, na minha opinião a mais próxima, mas mais perto ainda do que o metro fica a paragem de autocarro, há restaurantes na rua, minimercado e padaria também próximos. As fotos do site mostram bem o que esperar. Quem quiser cozinhar pode fazê-lo, o apartamento dispõe de todos os itens essenciais para tal. Como já referi, a proximidade da rua sente-se para quem dorme na sala, já que a janela é enorme, na realidade é uma grande porta de vidro. Mas, na minha opinião, não é um problema porque a rua não é das mais moviventadas e logo, não é demasiado barulhenta, dá para descansar.

- Murray (9/5): Everything went smoothly with good communication for entry to apartment. No issues at all would highly recommend. - Great modern apartment with loads of space. Very clean with powerful showers. Beds very comfortable. A lift to upper floor levels along with stairs. Ideal location in a nice safe area with a mini market 1 minute away.

Dat was een grote tegenvaller als we dit hadden geweten hadden we deze keuze niet gemaakt. verder was alles prima behalve dat we geen mail kregen met de code deze moesten we terplekke zelf om vragen. Dit terwijl jij voor inloggegevens 30 (waarschijnlijk geautomatiseerde) mails krijgt zelf 2 per keer per dag waardoor je de draad kwijt bent deze site wa ook verder van perfect

- Oleg (5/5): Дать хороший клининг мебели, покрасить стены, отмыть полы. - Отличное расположение квартиры, рядом в пешей доступности парки, торговые центры, исторические места. Квартира тихая, окна в спальнях выходили во внутренний двор, что позволяло отлично отдохнуть. Хорошая постель, новое чистое белье. Места для вещей достаточно, огромный шкаф (но практически нет вешалок, 4 шт.). Наличие двух сан.узлов прекрасная опция при проживании 4 взрослых людей. Хорошо организованная кухня, есть все необходимое: посуда, кастрюли, кофеварка, чайник и прочее. Площади квартиры для четверых достаточно, тесно не было. Квартира оборудована теплыми полами, было тепло, так-же имелся сейф, гладильная доска с утюгом. Состояние мебели и стен грязное. Следы от обуви прежних жильцов, пол имел черные грязные затертости. Стены испачканы, в одном месте были чьи то сопли. В душевой мастер-спальни был неприятный запах из канализации. Мягкой мебели и креслам ОЧЕНЬ СИЛЬНО требуется химчистка или глубокий клининг, т.к. вся в разводах и пятнах от пролитых жидкостей. Словом если бы дать легкий косметический ремонт и хорошо почистить мебель, или перетянуть ее, то апартаменты стали бы на ОТЛИЧНО.
- Olesia (9/5): Отличная квартира в центре города - Квартира в центре мадрида , все в пешей доступности, оборудована идеально, посудомоечная машина, стиральная машина, кофеварка, блендер, духовка! Все очень чисто , очень удобное бесконтактное заселение , прекрасный интернет , масло, соль, сахар, капсулы для кофеварки, есть все для нормальной жизни! Чуть темновато в квартире, так как окна выходят во внутренний двор! Все отлично !

- Marisa (7/5): - Muy cercano a todo lo imprescindible del centro para ir andando. El sofá cama era incómodo y la habitación da a la calle y había ruido por la noche siendo un bajo. Tampoco tenia persianas por lo que la luz entra al amanecer.
- jorge (9/5): Gran opción para la zona de los museos. - Muy céntrico, limpio, práctico y a un precio espectacular. El edificio debe ser antiguo aunque los apartamentos están recién reformados pero en el baño olía un poco a cañerías. Típico de edificios antiguos y muy soportable, no era intenso.
