Guest Reviews
- Paul (8/5): Great location, hotel is functional rather than luxurious, public parking adds to the cost. - The location of the hotel is superb if you are looking for places to eat, drink, and get merry. The room was functional rather than overly comfortable. The need to use public parking, albeit at a discounted rate, added to the cost of the visit.
- Kevin (7/5): It’s an ok place to stay. The staff made it worth staying, very good service - Good location It was like a maze to get to the room not mentioning the many doors we had to traverse to get there.
- Grant (8/5): - Chris at the front desk was great!!! He gave us places to visit in city as well as restaurant ideas.
- Georgie (10/5): Perfect location. Good value for money. Nice vibe - Great central location with buses, bars and restaurants. Really friendly and helpful staff. Great kitchen and bathroom facilities. Ability to leave your bags securely on day of check in and check out Nothing. Everything suited our needs perfectly
- Jessica (8/5): - Loved having the kitchenette and the free laundry facilities. Bar/restaurant downstairs was very good. Kira (sp?) at the front desk was fantastic and offered excellent recommendations for for local places to explore.
- Mark (6/5): - Good location; friendly, helpful front desk staff. AC was not working.
Lots of noise from the street.
- mark steven (9/5): - Was a quick stop lover traveling from Cardiff through Belfast to Galway nothing
- Matthew (10/5): Brilliant. - Our Clients we had over to stay loved it! N/A
- TRICIA (9/5): Cool. Hip hotel. - Staff especially Keira at the front desk. Location. No step off from cabs to access the hotel. Hotel access signage could be more evident.
- Nora (10/5): -
- Karen (9/5): -
- David (1/5): Belfast bullyboys - Have stayed here before on a number of occasions.
Wanted to change the booking (not cancel) due to a family issue but was told in no uncertain terms that my booking could not be changed.
Will be the last time I stay here. Everything

- Martin (8/5): Good comfortable hotel in a convenient location. - Our room was big, clean, comfortable and quite stylish. It was nice to have a little kitchenette, which would have been very useful had we been staying longer. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. I'd overlooked the fact there was no inclusive breakfast when booking. This was my fault, but I'd have preferred to have breakfast included, given the choice. There was a lot of noise outside, but this was caused by building work and was obviously a temporary thing.
- Kirstin (10/5): Great place thoroughly recommend - Great location. Easy to navigate. Clean and well equipped with excellent staff Nothing
- Pearse (10/5): -
- Sandra (8/5): -
- Anna (7/5): - Location to all the shops was good. No free parking in hotel, but understand the lack of space for one. Was fine for one night.
Staff were lovely, polite, helpful and friendly.
- Christopher (10/5): - Very friendly and capable team, comfortable room
- Lynette (9/5): -
- Laura (10/5): Would definitely stay again. - Stayed here for 3 nights while working in Belfast and had a lovely stay. The location is excellent — really central and convenient for getting around the city. The staff were all friendly and welcoming throughout my stay.
I also felt very comfortable staying here alone, especially with security/bouncers at the bar downstairs in the evenings, which meant nobody bothered me when outside.
The rooms are very well equipped and the kitchenette had everything you would need for a short stay. Overall, a great option for both work and city breaks.
Only small note would be that the room could do with a little more attention to dusting in places, but otherwise I had a very enjoyable stay and would happily return.
- Dave (10/5): - Great room with Kitchen. Good space in great location.
- Matthew (9/5): - Very comfortable room with great bed, friendly professional staff and a central location. None, all very good.
- Alex (9/5): -
- sandra (9/5): - Accoglienza, ampiezza della stanza con cucina attrezzata. Silenzioso. Pulizie ben fatte e letto confortevole. Ottimo per la vicinanza alla stazione centrale.
- Micharia (8/5): Great location, clean room, and the reception staff were lovely. We would stay here again :) -
- Derek (9/5): Great an very enjoyable. - Location Room was ok for 1 night, would want to stay in different room if staying more nights
- james (9/5): Great location and staff. A short walk to tour connections, bars, and restaurants. - The location and staff were awesome. The room was spacious because it included a small kitchen. Baseboards needed to be cleaned.
- Scott (10/5): -
- Rachel (7/5): Great location, our room was a bit disappointing - The location is brilliant and v central, lovely original features restored Our room wasn’t finished to a high standard with a hole in the wall visible to left of the air conditioning unit, the smoke alarm had a constant bright green light facing the bed which could be turned around to face away and our room overlooked a grubby flat roof with lots of cigarette butts thrown onto and a grey office building so not great views at all, also a faint smell of smoke in the room when we especially booked a non smoking room. Our daughter recommended this hotel and she loved her stay but I wouldn’t stay there again. . . . . . .
- Joanne (7/5): - Great location, nice to have a kitchenette and laundry!
Front desk staff are very friendly!

- Joe (10/5): - We only had one night stay but had eaten in the fantastic restaurant before. We usually stay in the Leonardo when in Belfast but last time, while having dinner in Amelia Hall we discovered that it was in face part of the Flint Hotel. We will never stay anywhere else again. The rooms are spacious, very clean and have everything you need. The restaurant has some beautiful dishes that are prepared and served to an excellent standard. But the Flints very best asset is its lovely, caring, friendly, polite and of course professional staff. Seriously the staff throughout the hotel are fabulous. This made our two day/ one night stay so very pleasurable.
- Glen (10/5): -
- Nicola (10/5): - Central location, close to train and bus stops, plus a short walk to main shopping area. Friendly staff and very helpful, even before we arrived i had to change the booking and it was done with ease with the help of Ciara. Rooms are like a mini apartment, everything you need for your stay. Plus the added bonus of having a pint of "real milk" in the fridge for your cuppa. Bed was super comfy and while on main street we were not bothered by any noise. Lovely bar and restaurant in the building too. Stay was too short!

- Paul (9/5): Great stay overall - Location is superb, close to everything. Staff were amazing and helpful, (Amy and Chris at the front desk in particular)
- Nicola (8/5): Fab stay for our first visit to Belfast - Comfortable, clean, friendly staff, let us check in early which was really appreciated.
Large room, quiet, greta location
- Ross (8/5): -
- Lisa (10/5): - Perfect location, staff lovely and hotel spotless. Definitely stay again
- Russ (7/5): Suite was generally pretty good but lacked the wow factor so was overpriced - Location Side entrance misleading
- Stacey (9/5): -
- Christopher (8/5): -
- Clare (10/5): - Close to the centre. Good sized rooms and clean. N/A
- Marie (8/5): Great location, lovely hotel just shame we encountered some problems which weren’t managed quickly or effectively. - Great central location within easy access to supermarkets, tourist attractions, shops, bars, restaurants, transport links Kitchen facilities were great but our fridge stopped working on the first day and we lost all of our food we had bought - we then were left without a fridge for the whole weekend before other residents vacated their rooms on the Sunday and we could be moved. Despite staff offering to put our food in a staff room fridge the whole situation was not ideal and it was a real battle to get compensation for the loss of food and hassle we encountered.
- Conor (10/5): -
- Rob (10/5): Came over for the NW200, our original accommodation let us down and they got us in last minute. Literally a 5 minute wal - Nice and convenient for our needs, plus they got me in last minute after our other accommodation let us down. Nothing.
- Laoise (1/5): I got charged 60 pound for a 2 night stay. Absolutely unacceptable - Location Massive issues with the parking and lack of information given. I am now waiting over 5 days now for a manager to call me back but no response
- Kei Nok (10/5): Perfect, Clean, modern. For the price of a hotel room we’re getting a studio flat - Clean, modern. For the price of a hotel room we’re getting a studio flat
- EILEEN (10/5): Fantastic hotel & staff - Staff were so friendly, reception & housekeeping in particular, a credit to this hotel. Hotel is 10 minutes walk from main bus station, just round the corner from Donegall Square where everything happens. Room is more of an apartment, great facilities. Nothing
- Anna (10/5): Great hitel - Convenient to centre. Room clean comfortable everything you need. Staff friendly and helpful. Nothing
- Claire (9/5): Happy stay at a friendly, centrally located hotel equipped with a handy kitchenette to save a few pennies too. - Great location.
Warm welcome from cheerful staff.
Kitchenette was so convenient. Nothing
- Linda (10/5): Great location, great facilitiy - Everything about this place was great. The people who work there, the room itself, the free laundry, the fact that it is so near the Hop On Hop Off tour and loads of restaurants within walking distance. The humor of the place... to key cards say Stick with me and I'll open doors for you. Really!!! I don't know how to make it better. It was awesome.
- Philip Doherty (10/5): -
- Liliana (9/5): Muy bien ubicado y cómodo - La habitación con kichenette muy cómoda. Bien ubicado. Las chicas del loby no hablaban español pero fueron muy atentas. No encontré nada negativo. Solo que esta conectado con un lindo restaurante al cual no pudimos ir porque estaba siempre todo reservado
- Conan (10/5): -
- Pauline (10/5): VERY PLEASANT STAY LOVELY STAFF - EVERYTHING Nothing
- David (10/5): -
- bita (6/5): -
- James (9/5): Great hotel, centrally located with great staff! - Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Even helped us call car rental company when we got a flat. Bathroom could have been cleaner upon arrival.
- Andrew (9/5): Great location, vibe, facilities (incl laundry) and bar/restaurant - Fabulous staff and facilities Issue with the heating in our room. Too warm for a good night’s sleep
- Samuel (8/5): -
- Judith (9/5): -
- Michael (8/5): Very reasonable hotel. Popular restaurant. - No breakfast. Location perfect. All good especially the kitchenette with fridge cooker dishwasher kettle toaster and dishes.

- Dublinscot (7/5): -
- Nicola (10/5): -
- Mary (10/5): Fabulous - It was in a perfect location and close to the parking lot. The kitchen in the room was great for our stay. It was a little confusing finding the entrance down the little lane way.
- darren (8/5): -
- Tori (10/5): Definitely recommend for anyone going to Belfast - After having a last minute cancellation at a previous property the flint hotel was an amazing replacement with a lovely room and really lovely amazing staff. Nothing it was perfect
- William (4/5): good location, good price, terrible noise - The room was spacious, the facilities are well laid out The walls are paper thin you can hear guests in adjacent rooms, our windows had vents at the top that were broken allowing road noise into the room keeping us awake all night.
- Ami (9/5): -
- Elbertus Hartman (9/5): - Alles was goed Niets
- Conrad (9/5): Great location. Super friendly - Location
Staff
Bar attached Room wasn't spotless. Looked a bit tired. A little grubby around window frames. No big deal, not worth raising with staff.
- Cormac (9/5): Short and sweet - Staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. The location is 2nd to none in belfast
- DAVID (10/5): Definitely go back again - The location is great and the facilities in the room They don’t do breakfast
- Gary (9/5): -
- fabienne (8/5): -
- Anne (10/5): We really loved our stay at the Flint Hotel. Conveniently located near Grand Central Railway, Airport Bus and town centr - Convenient location, friendly staff, comfortable bed and coffee downstairs. Added bonus being able to do some washing. Nothing
- Werner (10/5): We loved the location, with an easy walk to the Titanic Museum, and the wall murals. - We moved to The Flint after ending our tour with a group. We were looking for a facility that would allow us to unwind after our 9 day tour with 16 people. We sincerely appreciated the space provided in the 08 room (corner room) with 4 Windows on the two sides. The kitchen allowed us the convenience of picking up a few items at the M&S Food Hall just a short walk away. And the 6 minute walk to the Grand Central Station was perfect for our early morning departure to the Dublin airport. Thanks to the front of office people. Super friendly. Most accommodating. The Flint is lucky to have you working for them. It would have been convenient if the electrical options included some USB/lightning/C style plugs for all of today’s devices.

- Anne (10/5): Value for money - Loved the staff, the location and the facilities in the room.. the restaurant for food and coffee downstairs was awesome 👌 The parking... it is 20 pound in the value carpark 5 minutes walk. But there is nowhere to park to drop your luggage off. I had 3 bags. Parked in the small side street but there are only several parks and when I arrived they were full I parked on the double lines ti get my luggage out and was met by a parking inspector about to ticket me. He did let me off, thank you as I was parked in the wrong. Oops
- Kate (8/5): -
- Albertus (9/5): -
- Caroline (7/5): Great location, super staff, floor could do with updating - Hotel Location was amazing, so central. Staff were super helpful and always available to help. They are such an asset. Hotel was super clean. The only negative was the floor it appeared original which I understand, but it would give you a sense it as unclean, also the couch in the room was a little stained which was off putting and would put you off sitting down. Floor and marks on couch
