Great location. - The service at the restaurant was excellent, very attentive personnel and overall a pleasant experience when we had breakfast. If you chose the to include breakfast in your reservation, note that it is not buffet, it is a la carte and how it works is that you have a spending limit per person. Front desk service was not particularly welcoming, staff seemed annoyed and were not of much help for the couple of questions we asked. The main disappointment was that we booked a suite expecting fully separated living and sleeping areas. It was just one large room and there was just a TV and a drawer separating the areas. Was not a very functional room.

JORGE (1/5): Bad - am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent reservation (Booking Reference: # 5326929224) and the handling of my case by your customer support team. I booked a three-night stay but needed to depart after the second night. Prior to checking out, I contacted Booking.com customer service to confirm whether I could avoid being charged for the third night. I was explicitly advised that I could proceed with checkout, that the charge would be adjusted to two nights, and that Booking.com would coordinate directly with the hotel so I would not be charged for the 3rd night. Relying on this guidance, I checked out accordingly. Despite this, the hotel charged me for all three nights and later informed me that the adjustment window had passed. As a result, I was charged for a night I was specifically told by you that I would not be billed. I have spent considerable time—across multiple phone calls and email exchanges—attempting to resolve an issue that arose solely from following instructions provided by Booking.com. Unfortunately, this has not yet led to a satisfactory resolution. Given that I acted in good faith based on the assurances provided by your customer service team, I am requesting an appropriate compensation or account credit in recognition of the damage, time and inconvenience caused by this matter. They charge $350, they gave me a really bad room with a lot of wear and tear. Looks like this room has been through a lot. Floors are in bad shape. Bathroom ceilings in bad shape.

Sherlon (5/5): Not worth the money and cleaning is the less thing that should be up to par for such a branded hotel! - Location The rooms are unkempt and the cleaning staff is hardly attentive. The connecting door lets you clearly hear your neighbours next door speaking which is very annoying. Furthermore, from our room on the 11th floor you can hear a loud car passing by. The glass on the balcony doesn’t offer any soundproofing.

The area is highly walkable, with plenty of great restaurants and shopping centers nearby, including a mall. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, with front desk staff like Chelsea and Camilla demonstrating courtesy and professionalism. The rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds and well-designed bathrooms featuring large baths and good showers. Although we encountered a minor issue with housekeeping, Duty Manager Sheila handled the situation with professionalism and promptly resolved the issue. Rocio (7/5): No amerita su costo. - La ubicación. Personal amable. Las habitaciones son básicas y mal mantenidas para el precio tan alto que tienen, el laminado del suelo se ve viejo y en muy mal estado, el tapiz en el baño se está despegando. La insonorización entre habitaciones que se conectan mediante puerta es muy mala, escuchas a los vecinos perfectamente. La limpieza no es buena, el baño con pelos y polvo en el piso constantemente, no trapean diariamente., una habitación no fue hecha un día sin causa alguna, habiendo salido temprano. Se nota, nadie revisa que la mucama haga bien su trabajo. Elevadores sucios, salida de elevador a piso sucio. Por lo qué entendí, cambian sabanas cada tercer o cuarto día de estancia., los primeros días sensación de "ácaros de polvo" ( dust mites) en cama, ya que sientes hormigueo de minúsculas cosas en tu piel. Área de piscina bastante desangelada. Me volvería a quedar aquí?..... Yo no, ya que comprobé que aunque su ubicación es buena, sus estándares distan mucho de lo que es un Hyatt verdadero.....es una versión low-cost a precios de lujo por estar en la zona en la que se encuentra.

annmendelsohn (10/5): Wonderful Hyatt Centric in Brickell (Miami) - Hyatt Centric Brickell is the perfect location for business or personal trips and close to many fabulous restaurants. It is easy to walk around or reach the destinations planned for the visit.

Explore51445012913 (10/5): Staff "Alina" at Hyatt centric bickel - I have stayed at this hotel a few times and each time is wonderful! A big part of that feeling comes from the staff ! Alina the beautiful girl who works at the front desk is always so kind and welcoming, helps with anything you need. She really makes you feel at home during your visit she It's a big asset to your hotel! 😊
Rocio (9/5): Céntrico, tranquilo y cómodo - Hotel con una ubicación excelente, a 5 minutos andando del centro de Brickell pero en una calle tranquila con poco ruido. Vistas al mar perfectas. La piscina en la azotea, climatizada, maravillosa. Habitaciones amplias y cómodas. Lo mejor, el desayuno a la carta. Y los empleados muy amables. Volveremos! Nada

Fernando (7/5): Very decent, but for the price range, i'd expected way more. - spacious room, i could work and relax. Bed was comfortable, good shower and not a bathtub like most American bathrooms tend to have. As you get older, you appreciate more and more those kind of bathrooms. Staff didn't clean my room daily, and often i had to request at the front desk, more than once, to clean my room.

Fer (5/5): Ruidos molestos - Las instalaciones del baño tenían un problema que generaban un ruido todos los días cuando las habitaciones cercanas tocaban el botón del inodoro. Hablé con el gerente mencionándole que esta situación generaba tanto ruido a las mañanas que me había levantado a las 8:00 a.m. todos los días. Me indicaron que al día siguiente iban a disponer de una habitación para poderme hacerme un cambio. Nadie se contacto y cuando fui a averiguar a la recepción me dijeron que no había ninguna habitación para poder cambiarme. Ruidos molestos
cristinamN1935XR (10/5): BFF Get Away - Our stay at the Hyatt Centric Brickell was absolutely wonderful. This was a shot stay celebrating oner 30 years of friendship with by BFF, the ambiance was perfect. When you are there, go visit Ub at the bar, she was amazing!

C645ZJdanielo (10/5): Generally a great experience - Amazing location, very close to the shopping mall, nice restaurants, and cafes. Very safe area. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The only issue was that the swimming pool was closed right after I arrived, no sure why it was not mentioned when I booked the stay. The room was very clean. Unfortunately, my neighbors have two young children and were a little loud, which wasn't a major issue.

LeslieTeng (8/5): Good business hotel - Stayed here while in Miami for a business trip, and the hotel was clean and conveniently located. The bed was quite comfortable, and there was a good variety of pillow softness among the four that were provided. There are also plenty of outlets (by each side of the bed, by the table). The bathroom is spacious, and the shower has good water pressure. Having a balcony facing the water was very nice; it was great to open the curtains in the morning to see the sun shining on the water. One thing of note: when I opened the fridge in the room, I did see some containers left by previous guests (an empty ice cream container and an empty mini vodka bottle).
