- Richard (6/5): - The property is in a nice quiet area of Nipawin. The property needs some updating and specifically the heating/air unit in our room was terribly noisy.
- Brian (8/5): - Decent place to stay. Could use a few upgrades (carpets, beds) as it is apparent nothing has been done in that regard for quite some time. But it was reasonably clean and convenient. Highly recommend the golf course. One of the best I’ve ever golfed.
- Julie (8/5): - It was in a very quiet area which was nice. The carpet in our room was stained and could have used a good shampooing. Bathrooms didn't have any racks to hang wet towels. Plug in bathtub didn't work well so couldn't enjoy a bath. Continental breakfast was okay but could have had some baked goods as well, muffins maybe. Wanted a coffee but there were no cups. We would stay there again though.

- Suzanne (4/5): - They double-booked so 9 women showed up at the hotel with no rooms. They did a great job of finding us an alternative reservation that worked though, so they are forgiven. It would have been awful if they hadn't. Thank goodness the cabins at a nearby lake were available and were a reasonable rate.

We appreciate repairs were likely necessary but only had notice the day before and the repairs took much longer than expected . Need to be more guest friendly

- Jennifer (4/5): - I asked other guests we knew that stayed there this weekend and they all had the same experience. No hot water, it was pretty much luke warm. And rooms were stifling hot even though heat was off. Ours was 86 degrees when we checked in. The fan was extremely loud. So you either have a restless sleep because fan is to loud or because room is to hot. We had to watch when we came or left as door never latched properly.

- Mark (10/5): Great people; Updates needed. - The people were very helpful and friendly. The hotel itself was a bit dated. However, given the location and the current COVID-19 situation, I completely understand. Hopefully, this pandemic will ease up so that cash flow will allow them to do a few upgrades. There was no TV service in my room. I didn't complain since I had my own device and Wi-Fi was free. I did mean to mention it, but forgot. Breakfast was tasty. It would have been nicer if the omelette recipe was changed daily as I am not a fan of the "western omelette". Still, given all that, I think this is a great place to stay.

- REZAUL (8/5): Hotel in Nipawin - This hotel is best one in Nipawin. Only cons is that renovation is due for the facility. Wifi needs improvement. Location is great. Golf course and good dinning facilities just across the road.

- Nicholas (6/5): Careful, you may not get what you paid for. - Check in was really easy, the front desk agent was nice, was able to be checked in, within a few minutes. Was told when and where breakfast was, and was given a menu. I thought that was really cool. When I got to my room. I was very disappointed. I had booked 2 queen beds, got into the room and there were two double beds. It was almost midnight and it was only a 1 night stay. So I didn't make a fuss. It's sad that what I booked isn't what I rec'd. If the property doesn't have queen beds, and they shouldn't advertise as such. Breakfast in the morning was okay. The lady working was nice and tried her best. We were a party of three. (2 adults, 1 child) one person ordered toast, she forgot about it, and became distracted. When asked about the toast she said sorry and served it cold. Didn't offer to remake it. It wasn't busy there was our table and 1 other table that was just finishing up. She could have offered to make it. Overall, there's not a lot of selection in Nipawin and this is the better of the selections, but be careful you make not get what is advertised.

I’ve stayed here before and had a good stay, but this time was not great. My room was next to the stairwell so every time someone went through that door, I heard a loud slam.

Our room was clean, comfortable, and had a neat balcony that was perfect for sitting outside on to have your morning coffee. All in all, it was a great place to stay, and I would definitely stay here again!

The beds were quite comfortable and the room was clean. The only thing missing in the room was an extra mirror, preferably next to an electrical outlet, that would have been helpful with two people trying to use the only mirror in the bathroom. We enjoyed our stay.
