La struttura è immersa nella campagna e nel silenzio. Sì respira pace. Grazie a Davide che , con la sua presenza e la sua energia clsi è occupato della colazione e ci ha fatto sentire subito a nostro agio e ci ha messo allegria! - Angelika (6/5): Not welcoming. - Clean. Breakfast was standard. Spartan. Not welcoming. Remote location with not many offerings, e.g. outdoor seating, kettle in the room, water, etc. You can buy drinks from the fridge but it was not plugged in. There was just one drinking glass for two people. We asked for two wine glasses, the operator told me to take them from any room and they will charge €5. The door and the roof of the room is very sensitive to any movements outside of the room. The door moves from any movements from the corridor, draught, people moving. We stayed in Room 2 and our neighbours upstairs were moving around a lot with their suitcases and we were disturbed by the noises. It was past midnight. My husband had trouble falling asleep. There are iron bars outside the windows - a feeling not so peaceful as if you were behind bars.

The host was friendly, helpful and gave us all the information we needed. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was good. The internet was not great.

- Ruggero (5/5): Ottima struttura quando non vi serve il riscaldamento - Struttura ok, colazione nella media, letto molto morbido ma dipende dai gusti, a qualcuno piace, a qualcun'altro no. Nella stanza c'era freddo quando sono arrivato (intorno le 23), e dopo aver impostato la ventilazione e la temperatura al massimo dopo qualche ora si è arrivati a 20°C scarsi misurati con una pistola a infrarossi. Il bagno invece resta una cella frigorifera anche dopo ore, il termosifone presente è troppo piccolo.

La struttura è immersa nel verde, ristrutturata con grande cura e attenzione ai dettagli. La pulizia è impeccabile: camere e bagni erano perfettamente puliti, funzionali e confortevoli. All’interno della camera abbiamo trovato un piccolo frigo con acqua, birra e snack (a pagamento), un dettaglio molto apprezzato per eventuali necessità notturne. L’accesso con pass code personale rende l’ingresso pratico e sicuro. La camera era calda, dotata di coperte aggiuntive e di imposte oscuranti che garantiscono un buio totale, ideale per riposare fino a tardi. Presenti anche zanzariere e pavimenti davvero splendidi, che contribuiscono a rendere l’ambiente ancora più piacevole. La colazione è stata abbondante e varia, con una buona scelta sia dolce che salata. Il personale merita una menzione speciale: super disponibile, attento e cordiale, sia prima dell’arrivo tramite WhatsApp che durante il soggiorno. Indimenticabile la vista al mattino sui campi, con brina e ghiaccio: uno spettacolo che non ha prezzo.

The suite was very spacious, clean and comfortably furnished. It even had a nice size refrigerator with water, wine and beer for an extra charge. The staff is very kind, attentive and friendly. They kindly accommodated us last minute with our little dog. Breakfast was SO fresh and yummy. We could smell the pasties being prepared as we went downstairs. Davide welcomed us and made us great cappuccini. We look forward to returning on our next trip north. Grazie mille per tutti! Two small items would have made our stay even better: 1) replacing the older small TV with a large Smart TV in the suite so we could stream movies on Netflix or watch YouTube 2) having a simple pod-type coffee machine with pods and sugar packets for 2-4 people so we could make our first cup of coffee in the room before breakfast hours. Other than that, it is a beautiful, relaxing place.

Se devo trovare un difetto, le camere non sono insonorizzate, da una camera all altra si sente tutto... Pianti dei bambini della camera a fianco anche durante la notte, cani delle camere più avanti...

Alle Infos inkl. Restaurants in der Nähe wurden per WhatsApp gesendet. Sehr bequem. Viel Erfolg Das Internet hat nicht so gut funktioniert, aber es hat uns gar nicht gestört.

- Go (9/5): Wij waren op doorreis, leuke en mooie stop. Hebben gezellig in de tuin zitten borrelen - Ligging, echt prachtig landelijk terwijl je toch zo op de grote weg naar Bologna zit. Er is een prachtige tuin met tuintafel die je zelf mag gebruiken. Dat er geen dekbedden waren, alleen lakens en een fleece kleed. Verder over alles tevreden

- Anouk (10/5): Overnachting op doorreis, top locatie! - Goede ligging, rustig, midden in de weilanden en een familiekamer waarbij de kinderen een verdieping hoger lagen in ieder een eenpersoonsbed. In de koelkast stonden wat drankjes klaar die je voor een schappelijke prijs kon kopen. Ontvingen restaurant tips en heerlijk Italiaans ontbijt. Het lijkt een klein appartementje met een keukenblok maar geen bordje of bestek aanwezig.
