• Laura (9/5): - Hotelul este pe plaja , cu acces direct..Camerele au vedere la mare. Spatiu suficient in aoartament pentru 4persoane, curatenie. Personalul amabil. Nu am avut acces la piscina deoarece am fost in mai si era frig. Pentru o plimbare de weekend nu am avut ce sa reprosez.

• Marioara (9/5): - Locație liniștită, cu vedere la mare și plaja, mic dejun diversificat și proaspăt. Am fost primiți la ora 10.00, deși era prevazut ora 13.00, am solicitat un pat pentru un copil de 8 ani, pentru care nu ni s-a cerut plata suplimentara, personal foarte drăguț, ne-am înțeles în limba română.

• Vladimir (10/5): Soarele de la "HELIOS" - Unitate administrată de profesioniști. De când am pășit în hotel ne-am simțit ca acasă. Administratorul, personalul hotelului mi-au făcut impresia că sunt o mică familie. Camera foarte curată. Lenjeria schimbată la două zile. Canalizarea menajeră foarte bine întreținută. Vin de 16 ani în Bulgaria dar e prima dată când apa de la duș nu intră până în cameră din cauza neintretinerii scurgerii. Îi admir pe vecinii noștri bulgari pentrucă știu să facă turism. În holul hotelului era un panou cu atracțiile turistice pentru care poți opta. Am avut asigurat micul dejun. Este adevărat că a fost monoton dar produsele erau proaspete. N-am observat că alimentele din galantar să fie din ziua anterioară. Super! Orașul nu l-am putut cunoaște pentrucă fiind sărbătorile Pascale totul era închis. Excepție faleza unde te puteai ospăta cam cu tot ce ți-ar dori sufletul. Ne-am simțit bine. Sigur vom reveni și pentru mai mult de trei zile. Nu am nimic contra.

• Simona (8/5): - Bunăvoința si amabilitatea personalului de nota 10, camerele drăguțe, curate, cu priveliște frumoasă spre mare. Micul dejun a fost satisfăcător, fara ceva special, cafeaua sub așteptări, de o calitate slaba.
• Danddd (9/5): Relaxare. - Un preț corect. Angajații mereu cu zâmbetul pe buze și dornici sa te ajute dacă aveai vreo problema. Hotel poziționat la malul marii. Curat în camera. Chiar și o plita electrica și o chiuveta și ceva vasela. Cam la 2 km de Castelul Reginei Maria. Per total Un sejur reușit! Nimic sa fie foarte deranjant.

• Cristina Relucia Stoica (10/5): Fericirea este sunetul valurilor la adormire si trezire. - Personalul este extraordinar de amabil, curatenie si prosoape schimbate desi am stat doar 2 nopti, pozitionarea hotelului este una ideala: liniste, foarte aproape de zona de promenada, usor de ajuns, parcarea este gratuita, faptul ca plaja, cu nisip, este la o "scara" distanta face ca acest loc sa fie perfect, cu atat mai mult cu cat Balcik nu are prea multe zone de plaja. Despre faptul ca am adormit si m-am trezit in sunetul valurilor nu am decat sa spun ca, pentru mine, acest lucru este echivalent cu fericirea. -

It is a restaurant here that everyone can visit, Restaurant Margos. Highly recommend this hotel. Been on vacation in Bulgaria for 30+ years.... but this is the place I go back to. Year after year.

It truly embraces its natural surroundings, creating a wonderfully cozy atmosphere. Its close proximity to the sea is incredibly convenient, and we love spending time at the beautiful pool and the hotel's private grassy beach. The hotel is very children friendly offering a playground. Hotel Helios truly provides everything you need for a memorable vacation.

• alexandra (10/5): O locație buna - Hotelul este pe plaja, camera noastră a avut vedere la mare și am avut panorama superbă, in 10 min de mers pe jos se ajunge pe faleza cu terase, restaurante etc., personalul foarte drăguț, amabil, camera curata și spațioasă. Parcarea gratuita, peste drum de hotel. Restaurantul nu avea diversitate in meniu la prânz, doar câteva feluri de mâncare.

Lovely shower. Super location, 2 mins to beach, 10 mins to centre Couldn’t really fault it. Had to park 1 min walk away and pay 5 lev for 2 nights. But that’s it. Breakfast ok.

• R (9/5): Superb - Great hotel! Clean, friendly service, it has an elevator and an outside pool and a restaurant. Big, renovated and clean room. Great view of the sea, as it is located right next to the beach. The breakfast was rather poor... The same every day. Only one coffee machine and a long queue at any time. Our room did not have a sea view, but a side view to an unfinished, ghosty building right next to the hotel.

• Barchizeanu (8/5): Nice location, about 10 minutes walk from the central promenade of Balchik. - The position of the hotel with quick acces to a beach with find sand. Balchik is not known as a location with sandy beaches. The view of our studio was great. You could see the golf of Balchik. The kitchenet in our studio with facilities for coffee, tea and even if you want to cook you a meal. Altough we didn't use it. Good size of the swimming pool, which they cleaned and checked out every day. The weather, but that has nothing to do with the property.

Very good value for the money. We also used the services in Helios spa and we can warmly recommend it also. Massage was super!

Spa treatments were lovely. There was a taxi service from the hotel that could take you around northern bulgaria. Taxi driver was very friendly.

• Geggen (10/5): HOTEL HELIOS. Beautiful place in Balchik ❤️ - Have stayed at this hotel before, stayed there now again. A lovely place I want to return to. Not a huge hotel, but very cozy. And with a very nice staff. Just a few meters to the beach, and a nice swimming pool right next to the hotel restaurant. (Margos House). It is only 5 minutes walk to the port of Balchik. A place with many restaurants. And short distance to the botanical garden. Would definitely recommend this hotel. One thing is for sure... I'm going back to this hotel

The people here are amazing, and the surroundings are beautiful. Although my 11 year old son has not reached his goal of eating 10 croissants in one breakfast sitting 🤣

The location of the hotel is close to the promenade. Parking is provided for guests' cars.There is a free beach for guests. And the views from the hotel rooms are incredible. I would visit again.

Very quiet family hotel with lovely staff and pleasant guests. It has a family vibe, quiet even though with the live music at night. The rooms with the sea view are amazing. Cozy garden and one can enjoy both the yard, and the swimming pool, or just take a 1-min walk to the beach. The manager acknowledged my request for a room with a seaview and even placed us in a bigger apartment than requested, as there was one available at the time. We really appreciated the hospitality gesture and enjoyed our stay very much. Great hospitality and care for the guests, which is rare to find in Bulgarian Black Sea resorts. I think the variety of breakfast could be improved, the food is good, but it makes a difference if you stay there longer.

The quality-price ratio was very good. They have many wonderful flowers in their garden, and a lot of types of roses are in the Castle's garden. The Queen's Castle and its gardens worth being visited, they are the focal point of this city. The waiters and waitresses creates a really relaxed atmosphere in the restaurant, although it’s busy, they always give you that little extra. Everybody has a big heart and really cares about the guests. Genuine, funny, familiar and very service minded! The location is super nice with the most stunning view over the Black Sea and the hotel is located right on the beach. The massage that the spa offered was also really good! An excellent week and we will always remember all of you!

We had a studio And an apartment with one bedroom (large family ☺️) And the apartment had the view towards the beach - Great choice - it Worths the extra money for the view! We chose to have breakfast - tasty one! The beach is very very Close just teo stairs Away. The chairs on the pool are free, the ones from the beach not - They do not belong to the hotel. Also the hotel is on a Close Walk to arrive At the alley ne-ar the beach where you can Find a lot of restaurants And stores.

Very quiet place, very friendly staff, , clean rooms and place, good food and fair prices for services….the view was a dream . All the best for this place in Balcic, Bulgaria.
