El ascensor estaba defectuoso, y viaje con mi esposa embarazada, pero nos supieron resolver dandonos en la tercera planta. ya no en la septima.

I asked for a room on an upper floor and was given a room at the top floor with a large balcony with a view of the city and the lake. There is a reading light at the bed. The wifi was perfect. The electric sockets are perfectly located. Bravo! The pillow was too thin to my taste.

- Renata Mello (8/5): Great location and a chocolate fountain! - Great location, just steps from the metro, with easy connections both to the main train station and to Ouchy (by the lake), and within walking distance of the Church of St. Francis, one of the gateways to the Old Town. Our room featured a terrace, which was a real bonus. The highlight, however, is the chocolate fountain in the lobby, where guests can treat themselves whenever they wish!

- Nathalie (7/5): Ok pour une nuit. - Pour une nuit c’est ok. Accueil au top 😊 Chambre surchauffée, oreillers trop mous, dans une rue bruyante. Petit déjeuner avec des produits de supermarché et viennoiseries réchauffées donc de basse qualité. Le rapport qualité prix se justifie pour une nuit de dépannage mais pas plus.
