- CARLO (8/5): - Ampiezza della camera e posizione nel centro storico gentilezza del personale. Difficoltà nel raggiungere la camera per chi ha problemi di movimento. Aggiungerei dei particolari come portasapone nel lavandino, nella doccia porta bagnoschiuma e possibilità di regolare il riscaldamento.

- Jose Luis (10/5): The Best of Tuscany and a small flavor of their people - This is just about the best stay experience we’ve ever had. First of all, the location, the beautiful town of Cortana is a picturesque gem of Tuscany, not very crowded and not far from Florence, Siena and other touristy towns. Our goal was to see the Christmas events in Arrezzo, which we reached by train FromCortana (just two ttrain stops). But best of all was meeting and making friends with the manager owner of the hotel, Sara. What a great human being!! We were running late to check in and she stayed waiting for us until we arrived. When we went to Arrezzo, we did not know what train to take back to the hotel and she gave us directions and information, and even stayed up waiting until we arrived back at our room safely. She met us every day at breakfast and cooked eggs for us, told us the story about the hotel and her family. This was a great experience and we are blessed to have Sara as our new friend. Wonderful place!! The town and the people!! No complaints!!

- Anna (10/5): Ritorno a Cortona sempre con il cuore gonfio di emozioni e come ogni volta ritorno a casa con nostalgia! - Camera accogliente, piccola, ma completa di tutto l’occorrente compresa l’aria condizionata che in questo periodo è stata davvero preziosa e Wi-fi. Situata in un palazzo molto antico da ammirare. Molto silenziosa. Colazione ricca di prodotti fatti in casa dalla proprietaria…ciambellone e brioches molto buoni, frutta fresca e per chi lo desidera anche prodotti salati! Sara ci ha accolto con molta simpatia, davvero splendida e ha risposto ad ogni nostra esigenza. Completamente soddisfatta! Nulla.

- Claire (10/5): We will be back - Sara was absolutely lovely. The apartment was lovely and its location was fabulous! Right in the heart of Cortona. We absolutely loved it and would most definitely stay there again. Both entrances to the apartment are uphill and quite steep, so not ideal if you have any mobility issues.
- Marie (3/5): Poor - The location was in the middle of the city My stay at this hotel in Italy left much to be desired. First, the directions provided were unclear, and there was no warning about potential police fines for driving in restricted areas. It was only during check-in that I was informed about this, resulting in an unexpected encounter with the police. Definitely avoid using Google Maps to navigate around. The breakfast experience was equally disappointing. The selection was very limited, and despite being the only guests in the small breakfast room, the hostess did not provide us with any privacy. Even when requested, she refused to leave the room. While vegan options were available upon request, they were poorly executed and unappetizing. What's more, the hotel couldn't even provide an extra set of towels for a pool visit; instead, they offered to sell us towels for an exorbitant 25€. The room itself was cramped and oddly laid out, lacking basic amenities like a table for belongings or a safe. It's worth noting that the room appeared to be a converted space from a former apartment, accessible only by a maze of stairs. All in all, I cannot recommend this hotel. To top it off, the checkout experience was marked by rudeness, unprofessionalism, and a complete lack of flexibility.
