• Katarína (9/5): - Čistý hostel v centru města, check in jsme dělali v jiném hotelu, v docházkové vzdálenosti, pak již samoobslužný systém. Pokoj byl jednoduchý, ale prostorný, s místem na odkládání věcí, postele pohodlné, vše čisté. Kuchyň byla vybavena, ale na velké vaření to nebylo, my jsme si delali snídani a vše v pořádku. Hostel má krásné terasy k využítí na společné jídlo, povídání, výhled na okolní střechy a je to moc příjemné. Přespávali jsme jedu noc před zahájením Fishermans trailu.

• Michaela (7/5): Ist okay - Lage top - WLAN funktioniert top. Zimmer sind sauber. Lage ist top. Man kommt überall sehr schnell hin. Es wird gereinigt. So wie ich es mitbekommen habe, gab es in jeder Dusche warmes Wasser. Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Ein Spiegel im Zimmer wäre schon schön. Msn sollte Regeln für das gesamte Haus aufstellen. Verbieten mit Musikboxen zuzulaufen und eine gewissen Uhrzeit für die Gemeinschaftsräume anzugeben. Wer feiern möchte, sollte raus gehen und in eine Bar gehen. Das ist nun mal kein Partyhotel. Manche vergessen das. Unten sollte man Gitter an die Fenster anbringen, damit man auch nachts lüften kann oder tagsüber. Es ist unglaublich stickig drin und müffelt. Ich will gar nicht wissen wie dass im Sommer bei 30 Grad dann ist . Absolut nicht zu empfehlen für Menschen die Luft brauchen.

• Raphael (1/5): Not even basic comforts, such as heating. - The accommodation is awful! The beds feel like they're made of paper; you barely touch them and they start creaking. There's no heating whatsoever. Can you imagine spending winter in a room with windows and no heating? Exactly, terrible! The only good things are the location and the staff, other than that it's not worth it!

• Joshua (4/5): Im Winter enttäuschend. - Schön, dass es überhaupt eine Küche gab. Die Küche hatte schon einige Jahre starker Nutzung hinter sich. So recht wohl dort fühlt man sich ggf. erst in den warmen Monaten, wenn man Fenster und Türen offen lässt, man eh viel unterwegs oder auf der Dachterasse ist..

• Louise (8/5): Good value for money, great location. - Location is great. Not a very busy area but still close to the centre. Beds are okay. Facilities as well. Check-in was easy. Bathroom/toilets were not very clean. Walls are thin.

Do ponto de vista construtivo, sugerimos alguma atenção face à água quente nos duches que numa ocasião não esteve disponível. Um reforço na limpeza também poderia ser benéfico, não estando sujo, notaram-se pequenos detalhes / imperfeições

• Emily (6/5): Nice enough in a pretty building and good location, facilities could be improved. - Room was pretty, beds were comfortable and there was a fan. Big windows meant the light was lovely. They gave us extra towels. The room was nice enough with good wardrobe space. The kitchen had a nice sharing cupboard and the fridge was big enough. The room would get very hot, the fan helped but didn't decrease the temperature. The kitchen was very small and poorly stocked. There were two electric rings between the whole hostel and bowls were in short supply. Kitchen was often left dirty by other guests, but would be cleaned by the hostel staff. The terrace had no shade. It was very expensive for what it was. Showers were nice enough, but had limited hooks/spaces for towels.

• Alberto (7/5): - Great location and facilities. Great terrace and kitchen if you want to cook. The room was too hot, so it was a bit difficult to sleep. Other thab that, it was ok.

Room was so hot, it was impossible to sleep in there, they have no ac only a small fan that makes a subtle „wind” in the room but doesn’t really help wirh the temperature. We asked the receptionist to get a different room maybe with poorly isolated windows facing less sunny direction but they were full. We left this place tired and very sweated but happy that we were only planning on staying for one night because otherwise our trip would be ruined

• Trish (7/5): Good location, ask for any room other than the one near the front door. - The property was in a good location and easy to find. It was clean and was exactly as shown in the description. Kitchen and dining room were very handy. Our room was right near the front door and unfortunately every time came in or out it would bang loudly. We heard people talking loudly and there were some young adults playing music through speakers in the halls very late at night. This is obviously the fault of the inconsiderate guests but I think it’s worth mentioning because it was just so noisy.

• Danielle (8/5): Very good - We booked a private room with a shared bathroom. The bed was decent, large enough for two. The ceiling was beautiful. There was a clothes rack in the room which was very useful, and a small desk/table in front of the window. The terrace was adorable and The reception staff were so lovely! Great location, walking distance to Old town and the waterfront. I’m not sure if it was the wool blankets or the headboard but something was very dusty and I could not stop sneezing whenever I was in the room. Opening the windows helped, but you have to close and lock the windows when not in the room because there is no screen. Only two of the outlets worked in the rooms, and only one shower stall on the first floor bathroom worked, except it started flooding on our second shower. Toilet paper and paper towel was often not stocked. The walls are quite thin and the other tenants were quite loud at night between 23:00 and 02:00 AM, but that is not the hostels fault.

Also our room was facing the street and unfortunately there was some noise due to traffic during the night. The showers didn't have any surface to store your towels or shower gel. The location was great and we appreciated the rooftop terrace, which ist a great place to have breakfast in the sun.

• Marriott (8/5): Location location location - Location, roof terrace ,price ,stayed here twice if wasn't good ,would not have come again ,obviously did so all good ,everything in walking distance ,all flat terrain ,bus station, train station harbour ferry to beach ,bus to beach or airport all at a leisurely 10 min walk ,cashpoints, bars restaurants, Chinese indian, supermarket etc 3 to 5 mins depending on your requirements, all good No bin on roof terrace,should you decide to venture up there ,the roof terrace could really do with a tidy up ,not scruffy at all ,however a general tidy up is required, ,properly secure the artificial grass ,some plants in pots wouldn't go amiss to break up the concrete jungle that surrounds the panoramic view ,and proper seating ,and sun loungers would be highly beneficial, its actually a wasted space at present, usable yes but not aesthetically pleasing to the eye

• Praphansorn (1/5): Bad - I have a reservation and when I get there no one answers the phone and I can't check in. I called them many times but no one answers. Even I sent messages but no one replies. I have wasted my money on them and I did not get a stay at this hotel.
