• Kylie (10/5): Helpful staff - Hotel had a lock box to collect keys if they aren't available, I really like that option. I had a few questions about getting around the area and the staff was extremely helpful. They were able to give good advice and explain everything I needed to know.

• Simon (5/5): Gute Kommunikation, top Lage, aber leider schlecht gepflegt (feucht) - Gute Lage für Ausflüge in den Nationalpark Das gesamte Zimmer war sehr feucht. Zur Außenwand war großflächig schwarzer Schimmel an der Decke hinter einem Balken. Auch das Bett hat feucht gerochen, meine gesamte Kleidung hat nach einer Nacht gestunken.

• Tom (7/5): Rural accommodation offering basic facilities and a good hot shower - An overnight stop for us, on route cycling though the Parque Nacionale. Rural room with basic facilities. Comfortable and clean. Hot shower was good. We could hear the winds through the corridor but it was exceptionally windy the night we had booked. We had a room facing away from the main road so it was quiet. A supermarket right next door which was very handy. Easy self check in.

• Natascha (7/5): Außer lauter Straße rundum zufrieden - Sehr nette Besitzerin, Zimmer super. Toll, dass es eine Heizung gab und kostenloses Wasser! Leider sehr lautes Zimmer aufgrund der Straße nebenan. Konnte leider kaum schlafen.

Ademas nos pusieron adicional una estufa refractante porque era un dia frío. Todo genial y acogedor. Todo estupendo. El agua caliente tarda un rato en salir pero es normal por el frío que hace afuera. Luego de unos minutos sale bien calentita. Todo muy bien.

Nada, todo perfecto Nunca vi a nadie en recepción, ya que yo solía llegar muy tarde, pero tampoco necesite ayuda en ningún momento.

We needed to continue our trip to Teide the next morning, but one passage on TF24 was closed, so the owner called the trafic police for us to ask when it will be open, then he recomended TenerifeON app to follow weather conditions and road restrictions. He was answering whatsapp within minutes, so really it was very helpful. And the price for hotel was good too. There was no heating in the room except for one heater that he host provided. Taking into account that it was 3-5 degrees Celsius outside, it was quite freezing, even despite two woolen blankets that were provided in the room. I had to sleep with my coat on. Still, I liked the hotel because of its unique country style and helpful host. And I think in sumner the heating would not be a problem.
• hilton (8/5): It’s a beautiful place, clean and easy to book. - It was very easy to book it at very short notice - I booked it as I was traveling to it! The response from the host was excellent. As others have mentioned it is on a noisy road. Maybe a room at the rear of the property would be better.

• Lina (3/5): - It looked nice, an old house hut MOLDY! It was so MOLDY i could hardly breath. The window was open a crack behind a curtain, which I was not informed of, so as to get out the smell of mold, therefore I froze during the night with 10 degrees above zero

• Marczak (7/5): Pobyt w obiekcie uważam za przyjemny. - Dobra lokalizacja do wypadów do la Orotava, Santa Cruz de Tenerif oraz San Cristóbal de la Laguna. W pokoju jest klimatyzacja, czajnik, mikrofala oraz lodówka. Lata świetności obiekt ma już za soba. W okolicy nie ma sklepów ani restauracji także trzeba się zaopatrzyć w jedzenie. W szczególności jeśli przyjeżdża się wieczorem. Ale też rano do 9 nic nie było otwarte.

• Vinu (8/5): Old hotel but good for a quick stayover - I wanted to stay closer to Teide...so that was good. Good value for money. It has everything for a quick stopover. I don't know if it was mold or just general old building smell but you will have to accept that.

• David (9/5): Agradable estancia - Ubicación inmejorable, en la carretera principal de La Esperanza. Conecta rápido con el Teide y La Laguna. Además, camas muy cómodas y habitación tranquila. Cerca hay un mercado municipal y un supermercado. Las duchas. Se moja mucho el baño cuando uno se ducha.
