Michelle (10/5): A estadia em família foi perfeita. - Academia bem boa, com 3 esteiras, 2 bicicletas e alguns equipamentos. Café da manhã muito bom, com grande variedade de frutas, pratos quentes (empanadas, ovos variados, saladas, bacon vegetais e outros) bolo e doces muito gostosos, pão de queijo perfeito! Atendentes muito cordiais. E cheirinho muito bom do hotel.

Camila (5/5): ar condicionado com defeito, quarto quente que parecia a india - Limpo, organizado, bem localizado o ar condicionado parava de funcionar pela manhã e o quarto ficava extremamente abafado, tivemos que tomar banho 2x e em um desses dias, liguei pra recepção, demoraram pra vir e tive que ouvir que era assim mesmo, pra eu esperar UMA HORA dentro do quarto quente pra ver se melhorava… no outro dia o ar condicionado deu o mesmo problema.

Os funcionários do café da manhã são muito atenciosos, em especial o Senhor Benetti, muito educado e solícito. Pessoal da recepção muito querido também. Eu acho que os banheiros precisam de uma boa reforma. É tudo muito escuro, o que não reflete limpeza.
Franciele (10/5): Fora isso apartamento muito limpo restaurante impecável, localização excelente. - Atendimento excelente muito gentis, falta um pequeno detalhe para o conhecimento de inclusão de famílias com pessoas com alguma comorbidade. Ainda mais para as que tem deficiência que não seja aparente visível. Falta de comunicação ex: quase não conseguimos ficar hospedados porque não avisaram que meu filho de 9 anos era obrigatório ter a identidade. Já é nossa 2º vez de hospedagem e sempre temos que fazer o cadastro e sempre faço antes, para adiantar espera e transtorno ainda mais por ter meu filho com algumas comorbidades já adianto isso pra evitar certos constrangimento mas, chegando la não adiantou nada tive que passar todos os dados de todos os hóspedes novamente, segundo eles foi um erro de sistema. Quero deixar uma ressalva muito importante os manobristas pessoal da portaria muito educados e gentis ( Hóspedes mal educados muito grosseiros com eles). Não suporto gente que se acha melhor doque o outro. Mas o trabalho do pessoal da portaria está de parabéns pela educação e aguentar calado pessoas grosseiras.
