• Guillaume (6/5): Déception - Pas de parking donc on a du tourner dans le quartier. Chambre agréable même si on entends les bruits extérieur. Petit déjeuner comment dire décevant. Viennoiserie aplatie, le beurre est dans un beurrier !! Donc tout le monde vient dans le frigo se servir ,assiette de charcuterie et saumon également dans le frigo sans protection...et le clou du petit déjeuner des poêles sur une plaque avec des restes de saucisse et d'œufs trop cuits et froids. Quand on est arrivé personne au service on a du aller chercher la personne à l'accueil. Elle a repris la poêle et fait des oeufs brouillés qui etaient secs.. vraiment déçus.

J’étais habituée à autre chose dans les hôtels Mercure : l’éclairage de la chambre très inconfortable, soit énorme dans la chambre, soit veilleuse de la lampe chevet. Le bac de douche s’affaisse quand on monte dedans. robinet du lavabo pas scellé. Petit déjeuner : rapport qualité/prix moyen. Points positifs : qualité de la literie et amabilité du personnel.

• Tobias (10/5): Tres satisfait - Très satisfait de notre week-end dans cet hôtel, personnel très sympathique + surclassement , les 2 petits axes d'amélioration serait d'avoir des crêpes au petit-déjeuner ainsi que des volets roulant ou des rideaux plus opaque dans la chambre pour ne pas être réveillé par le soleil à 8h30.

• Andrea (10/5): New team did a great job, nicely renovated hotel - Hotel is newly renovated and the room was really nice. Bed was comfortable, AC was very quiet, water pressure in the shower very good. Location 5 min away from Metro #3 end station Levallois and a nice bakery Kayser 200 m to the right of the hotel. Hotel has a new team and all was fine!
• Debra (6/5): - Very lovely service. Breakfast was great and fresh. Love the coffee available 24/7 and very convenient to access the subway straight into Paris. I was sad they did not have a washer/dryer and confused since they have a laundry bag in the room. Also the shower floor is not set right an allows water to poor out into the room and now the last 2 nights it smells like terrible mildew and I am sure there is water damage. They need to put in better shower floors.

• Yann (6/5): Une grande déception - En tant que client régulier de votre hôtel de qualité, j'ai toujours apprécié votre attention aux détails et la qualité de vos services. Cependant, lors de mon dernier séjour, j'ai été grandement déçu par un incident qui a considérablement affecté mon expérience. Tout d'abord, l'alarme incendie s'est déclenchée de façon inattendue à une heure assez matinale, perturbant ainsi mon sommeil et celui des autres clients. Non seulement cela a été très dérangeant, mais cela a également semé la confusion et l'inquiétude parmi les occupants de l'hôtel. En tant que client fidèle, je m'attendais à ce que de telles situations soient gérées de manière plus efficace et discrète. De plus, lorsque j'ai exprimé ma déception à la réception et demandé un geste commercial en raison de cette perturbation, j'ai été informé que l'alarme avait été déclenchée par une autre cliente prenant une douche de trop longue durée. Bien que je comprenne la nécessité de respecter les règles de sécurité, je ne pense pas que cela devrait excuser le désagrément causé à l'ensemble des clients de l'hôtel. En tant que fidèle client, j'ai été déçu de constater que ma demande légitime d'un geste commercial a été rejetée sans considération pour mon expérience en tant que client. Je vous encourage vivement à revoir vos procédures en cas d'incidents et à prendre en compte l'impact sur l'expérience des clients lors de la gestion de telles situations à l'avenir.
• Mark (4/5): Very poor room - dirty and dangerous. - Friendly Staff. Convenient Location. Room choice was accommodated . But, room dirty - marks on walls, dirt on bed cover. Lights not working. Wall light hanging out of the wall - safety risk. Not suitable for business - desk far too small.

• David (8/5): Un hôtel Mercure accueillant à Paris - J'ai choisi cet hôtel pour être en dehors de l'hyper centre. Cela ne manque pas d'avoir des avantages. L'endroit est agréable, facile d'accès avec le Parrking Gustave Citroën à proximité, de tout confort. L'accueil était parfait, merci! Personnellement, j'améliorerais la protection des matelas, c'est mon seul petit bémol.
• Pierre (6/5): - Le tupe de chambre ne correspond pas à une gamme Mercure (trop petite) L'absence de restaurant et de parking sont dommageables. Probléme de chauffage (seule la climatisation était possible) Malgré l'accueil , je ne reviendrai pas dans cet hotel.

• Rainer (6/5): - Das Hotelist ein Mercure und da weiß man was man kriegt: ein solides Hotel, nicht mehr aber auch nicht weniger Das Hotel ist ein wenig abseits gelegen, für mich war es okay, für Leute, die einen klassischen Paris Urlaub planen, empfehle ich ein Hotel näher zum Zentrum. Das Hotel ist gut für 1-2 Nächte. Für längere Aufenthalte fehlen im Zimmer Ablagemöglichkeiten.

The desks tend to be more of a shelf and narrow. The staff is excellent. Close to restaurants, bakeries, subway and if you enjoy walking not a bad walk to the Arc D'Triomphe, shopping areas, and more.

Très bien situé pour aller à l’hôpital américain, commerces et restaurants à proximité.Très bien isolé et calme, très bonne literie. Bon petit déjeuner. Personnel à l’accueil au TOP ! Les 2/3 bémols : chambre petite, sol de la douche très glissant, peu de produits d’hygiène. Personnel de ménage a oublié de réapprovisionner en bouteilles d’eau.Restauration 24/24 mais très basique

• Kristofer (10/5): Best hotel bang for the buck in that Paris area! - I go to Paris once every month in business errands and have stayed in many different hotels which all has been very bad. This one is clean and very friendly, rooms are small and so is the breakfast restaurant but I don’t care as long as it is clean, food is good and the cost is reasonable. Very nice staff in the reception!

You need a couple of transfers between metro/RERB. Euro55 by taxi. Close access to Metro. Restaurants nearby. Supermarket nearby. Ask staff, all we interacted with were knowledgeable and helpful. This area is a nice change from "tourist" Paris.

The room was a little small but very clean and functional. Shower was great! Great value for only $75 a night. Good Restaurants nearby and only a 5 minute walk to the metro. Nice quiet location away from the hustle and bustle but also easy to get to the hustle and bustle by metro.
• Alison (10/5): Lovely hotel in a peaceful location - We could not fault the hotel on welcome and the room was immaculately clean and well decorated. Excellent shower and toiletries, very comfortable bed, and pillows, nice ambient lighting and a very quiet area. Not very close to the metro and away from Paris centre but there is a nice river walk and it's a very peaceful suburb, would be easy to drive to from the UK. Staff were friendly and helpful.

• Jacs (8/5): Good stay to experience out of Paris center - Service is helpful and responsive. Room is clean and bright. Toilet is modern and clean but small. No shower screen and so need to shower slowly and gently in order to keep the floor dry. It is located just outside Paris centre and a mixture of restaurants and supermarkets are peppered around the hotel between 5 to 15 mins walk.
