We enjoyed the breakfast it was delicious. We stayed in room 1 and it was beautiful, the beds were really comfortable. 2 lovely nights here. Thank you Agnes and Ghani.

I stayed in the annexe,and it was beautiful and all self contained.It was lovely decorated,and the bed was so comfortable Beautiful garden and loved seeing and hearing the birds. Breakfast was delicious and Agnes was very attentive. Would definitely stay here again 🌻
Paul (10/5): A warm and comfortable place to spend time for a break. - Close enough to the centre to be easy to reach far enough away to not be bothered by late night revellers. Little touches that made you feel very comfortable. Great hosts who bent over backwards to make sure you were comfortable. Little bit of traffic noise early evening but it’s honestly not a big deal.

Charlotte (9/5): - Agnes and Ghanni - they are fantastic hosts! Delicious breakfast. Free parking. Well-equipped rooms. The location is a bit of a walk out of the centre of Newquay but very close to Lusty Glaze and Porth beaches. Its not really a dislike, just something to consider, especially if you're heading into town for the evening - may need a taxi (or Beryl bike!). We'd definitely stay again.

Agnes and Danny are great hosts, friendly and kind people, plus the breakfasts were delicious every morning! The room was clean,comfortable and warm. Even though the guesthouse is on a busy road it is very quiet. Would definitely stay there again. Nothing.
Diane (9/5): Garden flat stay - The location was great, within walking distance of Newquay centre. Parking good.. Bakery just across the road. Owners excellent, could not do enough. Bathroom a little small in the garden flat, but this did not effect the excellent time we had.
Dave (8/5): Nice friendly guest house on the edge of Newquay. - A very warm welcome from the owners, Agnes and Danny with good advice about local facilities. Free parking. Nice room and excellent breakfast with a good range of choices. Easy twenty minute walk to shopping centre and beaches. Out of season in Newquay (April 15 to 17) many bars and restaurants were either closed or with limited opening times. In season parking would be a headache. Mobility would be difficult for some to access the beaches.

Incredibly good value. They even had a place out the back to securely store surf boards and wetsuits. Will definitely be coming back again and recommending to others. Yasmine (10/5): - Agnes and Ghani made me and my daughter feel welcome and comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. They were very helpful with telling us things to do and where to eat. We hadn't visited Cornwall before, but we would happily visit their hotel again, we had such a lovely, relaxed time. Our room was enough for what we needed, it was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and was ready for when we went down to eat. We didn't have any issues, we enjoyed our time there and would 100% visit again and stay here

Stephen (10/5): Lovely relaxing break - We have had a wonderful exsperience at the Skyline Guesthouse from the moment we arrived our hosts Agnes Ghani were only too happy to allow us to book in earlier than exspected . We had a room overlooking the garden which was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Breakfast was lovely with a great choice for us both. Skyline is close to local shops should you need anything. The town of Newquay is a nice walk into town with beaches all the way. NA

Good location on the main road, we were staying for a wedding at Lusty Glaze which was an easy 10 minute walk away. The room was quite warm overnight and the window only opened a bit. The pillows were too hard for me though that is personal preference.

Both owners were wonderful, they gave us great tips for the evening, from where to go to the beach to where to eat (we followed their advice and it was absolutely worth it!). Claire (10/5): Excellent place! - Agnes was so welcoming and friendly on arrival. The place is really nice and clean and looks lovely. Really nice touches as to pre-ordering your breakfast on arrival, with the option to change for further days. There was a small fridge in reception with small bottles of fresh milk to take to your rooms for tea and coffee, plus bottles of water. We were asked on day two if we needed anything for our room, such as extra tea and coffee. The breakfast was delicious and Agnes' husband was really friendly. They were both knowledgeable of the area and gave good recommendations for our stay I could not recommend them and their B&B enough. Nothing

Sarah (10/5): Perfect hosts, comfortable room and would happily stay again! - Agnes welcomed us as we arrived and explained a bit about the area, things to do and all of the facilities on offer at the accommodation. She was on hand throughout the stay to assist with anything we might need. Breakfast was wonderful, with plenty of options so you won’t go hungry. It was great to have a fridge in the room too with fresh water and milk available whenever you needed it. The closest beach is lusty glaze, around 10 mins walk away and if you want to avoid the crowds of Fistral beach this is a perfect alternative. The property is located just outside of the town centre so it is a little bit of a walk to get to the harbour side (30 mins) although worth it as you have stunning views along the way. I’d also note the en-suite was quite small but it worked for us. For any guests on the larger side it might be a bit snug.

Correnne (10/5): A charming guest house, run by lovely people. - Just arrived home from a wonderful stay. The Full English breakfast was delicious. Coffee was fresh and served in a cafetiere, also brilliant. Other breakfast items were available to order when checking in and a selection of fresh fruit to help yourself to. Dining area was clean and comfortable and well laid out by room number. The room was cosy and the beds very comfortable. Bathroom was spotless, Shower was big with great water pressure and we were provided with towels and Toiletries. Fresh flowers on the landing smelled beautiful and the whole place had an aura of home. I Was travelling with my 5 year old son and although we didn't take advantage there were toys and games available so children well provided for. One of the best guest houses I have stayed in.

Marcus (10/5): Fantastic Stay at Skyline Guest House - We had a lovely two-night stay at Skyline Guest House in Newquay and couldn’t have asked for more. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Everything felt thoughtfully prepared and well looked after. The cooked breakfast each morning was absolutely delicious and set us up perfectly for the day. It was the perfect base for exploring the area, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Highly recommended! Also want to add how nice it was that Agnes remembered every guests name! Nothing!
