• Hector (1/5): NO RECOMIENDO - Lo único bueno la ubicación Todo, un 5º piso sin ascensor, llamarlo un piso por decir algo, un sobrado del edificio convertido en un piso, no tenían persianas, ni la habitación ni el salón, (lo cual hablamos previamente con el del piso y nos dijo que no habría problema por eso) nos tocó poner mantas para tapar de la luz, si no a las 7:30 ya despiertos, el que durmió en el sofá cama, sin almohada, porque la que había de sobra, llena de mierda y las sábanas igual, nos tocó dejar la ropa en la maleta, porque el armario estaba moso y desprendia un olor repugnante, el baño estaba regular, el lavabo se caía a cachos, y la ducha tenía menos fuerza… aire acondicionado tenía, y menos mal, si no podríamos a ver criado pollos ahi, en resumen una estafa, 3 noches y 950€, para denunciarlo

• Khaoula (8/5): l'emplacement de l'appartement est idéal pour faire le centre de la ville et autre! - l'emplacement vu qu'il est au centre même de Séville et il n'y a besoin d'aucun moyen de transport l'appartement est situé au 4 ème étage ( compliqué avec un enfant). l'absence de moyen pour faire un café.

• Aneta (7/5): - Lokalizacja, w pełni wyposażona kuchnia Okropna wilgoć, której nie dało się pozbyć (o tej porze roku pewnie przydałby się tam osuszacz powietrza). Brak zamknięcia w łazience. Otrzymaliśmy apartament nr 3, niestety inny niż ten, który wybrałam.

• Diaz (10/5): - La ubicación del apartamento, la amplitud y comodidad del espacio y la limpieza. Hay un parking a escasos dos minutos para poder dejar el coche y se encuentra en pleno centro de Sevilla a 5 minutos caminando de la catedral.
• DOLORES (7/5): - Las almohadas eran excesivamente altas. Al hacer la reserva no vi que no hubiera ascensor.
• Sofia (3/5): Céntrico pero de muy baja calidad - Fuimos a este apartamento un poco engañadas por las fotos de la web, cada apartamento es diferente y en la web están las fotos del que mejor condiciones tiene. Cuando llegas allí te das cuenta que no hay ascensor y a nosotras nos toco el quinto apartamento en el piso numero 5, cuando por fin llegas al apartamento, nos encontramos con que la tele no funcionaba bien, la nevera enfría lo justo, humedades en distintas zonas de la casa, la puerta del baño rota, el desagüe de la ducha mal colocado por lo que el agua se sale por todo el baño. En general una falta de higiene y de limpieza bastante significativa. Por no hablar de las hormigas que había por todo el apartamento , ni luz ni persianas en la habitación. Nos dejaron dos juegos de toallas para 4 personas. Con todo esto, estamos seguras de que no volveríamos a elegir este apartamento para una estancia en Sevilla. A pesar de todo esto, la ubicación es excelente , la terraza muy agradable y un precio muy asequible para lo céntrico que está.
• Paulo (9/5): Localização perfeita, o isolamento acústico do apartamento podia e devia ser melhor. - Localização impecável, perto de tudo, e ao lado de um parque de estacionamento subterrâneo. O isolamento acústico para o exterior, não é bom, e ouve-se tudo o que se passa na rua, e como é uma das avenidas principais, todas as noites passa o camião de limpeza e ouve-se tudo, não será facil adormecer para quem tem sono leve.

Era amplio y muy bien equipado Se escuchaba mucho el ruido del exterior y algunos vecinos no tenían mucha educacion ya que hacían ruido a las 12 y más de la noche…. Y ponía que a partir de las 10 no se hiciera. A parte de que tiraban colillas del piso superior al balcón nuestro cuando es que estaba prohibido fumar.

• lecomte (8/5): Bon sejour - L emplacement et l espace le bruit. C est compliqué de dormir les fenêtres ouvertes car énormément bruyant. Par contre fenêtres fermées , c est tout a fait jouable car double vitrage.
• Alvaro (1/5): Desastre total - La ubicación es excelente Sinceramente a sido todo una decepción, paredes ralladas en negro debido a los roces, cortinas rotas todas, dejando inutilizabas las mismas, frigorífico estropeado el cual avisé y nunca se arregló, el aire acondicionado de la habitación de dos camas, gotea, el cual hace que la persona que duerme debajo se moje durante toda la noche, baño en malas condiciones, la bañera está con el esmalte levantado, las puertas no cierran ninguna lo que imposibilita la intimidad de las personas, las ventanas de madera blancas ya no se sabe si son blancas o color madera debido al desgaste y poco mantenimiento de las mismas, las cucarachas corren por el salón, ya por último decir que engañáis a las personas con las fotos, ya que los muebles de las fotos nos corresponden con la realidad, una silla para 4 personas, en fotos se ve una mesa comedor y 4 sillas las cuales no están, y se ven paredes limpias las cuales no están, saludos

• Jason (2/5): Not the room we booked & smelled bad - It was in the city. It was not the appartment from the advertisement, there was no roof terrace. The room we got smelled like sewage, which we thought came from the street but later discovered it was from the drains and toilet. The roof leaked water my room was full of black mould. Lastly, since the doors did not seal properly the nights were very loud. I will not stay there again.
• Diletta (2/5): What a shame - The only thing we liked was the location, very close to the main street. From the photos on Booking it is not clear which of the available apartments is being booked. This is a problem because the apartment was on the fifth floor with no elevator. The house is old and unkempt, dirty both in the rooms and the dishes in the kitchen. The bathroom had several problems: mold on the ceiling, dust on the shelves, low water pressure throughout our stay, the hand shower did not work, broken toilet brush and toilet bowl. The bedroom had no lights except for those coming from the bathroom and the lampshades (one of which was malfunctioning). Finally, on the last day, there was a problem in the apartment and the owners were not available to assist us, despite having contacted us daily for information about our check-in and check-out times.
• Loncar (8/5): Very good - Location was good Unfortunately. For 5 days stay we had been given only 2 toilet paper rolls, 1 set of towels each, and no garbage bags, there was only 1 garbage bag. There is no cutting board or wine bottle opener. These are basica especially if we stay so long. Additionally there is some mould in the apartment. I do understand it is a peak of the season and ACDC concert as well. But would not say it is quite a value for money. Overall we had a good experience in Sevilla, will return again definitely

• Filip (1/5): We immediately left this dirty apartment in Seville! - Nothing at all. It took me a while to find the right words to describe how much of a disappointment and fraud this apartment was... I made the reservation after I saw those "fancy" pictures of the apartment no.5 which are included in this ad. After that, until the day of our arrival in Seville, only contact with our host was made about the arriving time. On our way to Seville a guy named Pablo sent me a message on whatsapp with instructions for entrance and asked for pictures of ID's. I replied and sent him pictures of ID's (which I later regret) and he didn't text back. We came to the location of the accomodation and following the instructions about the entrance, we got in. Immediately after we put our luggage aside we realized that something was wrong... BLOODY FINGERPRINTS on the wall, BUGS everywhere and old furniture were clear signs that this is a robbery and not satisfying at any level. We took our stuff and got out as fast as we could because it felt like those scary movie scenarios where someone gets robbed or hurt. After we got to a safe place I informed Pablo that we left and sent him the pictures of what we found there. He didn't answer back to it until this day. He probably knew what's going on and counted on us to leave... After that I went to the hotel couple of blocks away and made the reservation. I informed the police officers who were nearby of what happened and they told me that if I find out in the next couple of days something suspicius about the host or apartment to come to the station and make the report. My girlfriend and I continued with our trip and sightseeing in the next couple of days and tried not to think about what happened on our first day there (which was not easy). After I returned home I called Pablo and asked him if he cleaned the apartment and why he didn't want to refund our money.

• Grace (8/5): Excellent location which you pay for. The apartment was nice but small for the price - Central location. Used a key safe for late night arrival. Clean and comfortable. Has a mokka pot for morning coffee. Sunny terrace I was there as a solo traveller but if was a couple the or 4 people would be less comfortable. It is fully open plan. There is no door to the bedroom and the only bathroom was in the bedroom space
• Claire (6/5): Pleasant - Good location and an outdoor area, washing up materials provided, bed comfy, has a living area. There were daily flying ant infestations, when it rained the kitchen and bathroom were leaking water through the walls and roof to the point the electric hobs were soaked in water which didn't feel very safe. We let the accommodation manager Pablo know this but he didn't respond to any of our messages to report these issues.

• Shirley (5/5): Great location, no lift. - The location is great. The apartment was quite nice. It is air conditioned. The place offers privacy. When we finally met the man with the keys he was nice and helped us carry our stuff up the stairs. We had been in contact with the host about our arrival, so we thought we were covered. When we arrived, the host was not answering the phone. We could not contact the host. We called 12 times. We had a reservation at the Flamenco Museum which we missed because we were waiting around for the host.. We were not aware there was no elevator, so we had to lug our stuff up 4 long flights of narrow stairs.
