• Gerard (8/5): Prima verblijf op doorreis, goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. - Huiselijk sfeervol hotel. Hotel was erg schoon en hygiënisch. Ontbijt ook prima in orde. Fijne plek om mijn fiets te stallen. Jammer dat er niets te eten was, ondanks de hotelinfo, maar wel een grillhouse naast het hotel.

• Liviu (4/5): - Locația, lângă gară. Clădirea foarte veche și instabilă la trecerea autobuzelor... Există risc de prăbușire în cazul unui cutrmur! Camerele cu var foarte vechi pe pereți. Mobilier vechi. Geamuri neetanșe. Se aude destul de tare conversația celor din camerele vecine.... Prețul nu justifică deloc condițiile oferite.

• Bickerton (8/5): We thoroughly recommend this hotel for a quick stop-over en route. - Exceptionally polite staff and cleanliness. Amazing value for money. No air conditioning but fan was provided and kept us cool. A kettle for us tea-loving Brits would be nice.
• Robert (4/5): A little Disappointing - Location was good and it was quiet. Room was clean and bathroom good Unclear until arrival that there is no provision of breakfast or evening meal. Fortunately there was a nearby Aldi for breakfast items but no tea/coffee or kettle in the room. Options for evening meal very limited nearby - one Kebab shop and one restaurant. Wifi was poor and kept failing in basic Whatsapp calls

• Tim (8/5): Great stay, great staff - very close to all the amenities and close to where I was working. They did an early breakfast which I paid extra for, but it was very good. The bar opened at 7.30 and closed at 8.30 although I only seen one other person in there all week.

• MRR62 (8/5): One Night Stopover - We stopped over there and back on a coach trip to Austria. Reception was efficient and very friendly. On arrival we were given our room keys and there was a member of staff on each floor to greet us with a smile and show us to our room - never seen that before and was very impressed. The room was perfectly adequate for a one night stay ie clean, warm and comfortable. One thing that struck us was the size of the bath towels which seemed to be designed for very small guests - I am sure if you asked you would have had an upgrade or another towel (or two). Food was a little random (ie fine for a one nighter but maybe a struggle for any longer) but the staff did ensure that different diets were catered for. All in all a very pleasant stay.

• Patrik (8/5): OK hotel in need of renovation - I was traveling through Saarlouis and spent 1 night at the Bahnhof hotel. The staff were very friendly and spoke great English and there was parking right outside the hotel free of charge. However, the room (and entire hotel) is in dire need of renovation. Also, the location is not as central as you’d think – most restaurants and bars are on the opposite side of town (quite a pleasant 20-min walk through the park though). All-in-all, an OK hotel which is just about worth the money.
• Verified traveler (4/5): - Very clean hotel but old The biggest problem is absolutely no AIR CONDITIONING!!!! Inside the rooms is at least 50 degrease absolutely no air circulation even at night when the outside temperature dropped 14 degrees inside the rooms at least 50! Very uncomfortable!!!!!
• Blondie7516 (6/5): Not far from the old city center and just 30 seconds from bus and train station - The hotel is maneged by a young, sympathic team. The reception staff spoke english and french. They put you directly in a good mood. The rooms are simple but clean. We do not hear any noise from inside. As it was hot, I opened the window during the night, and realized that the street is always under trafic. (No noise when window closed). The breakfast was a good surprise. A few hot dishes, different bread types, aso. A good place to stay in Saarlouis.
• chrisontheroad31 (6/5): Short business trip - Average old hotel. Clean by German standards. Reception was very helpful due to late arrival and provided helpful information. Breakfast not great, was kind of surprised, but resto staff were attentive and kept re-stocking and asking if I would like more coffee.
• constantinem344 (10/5): Nice hotel - I stayed here only once, but I can say, that this hotel is one of the best not only during this trip but also during past three years of travelling. I liked it a lot! Service is great, HDTV in the room, wifi is fast. I'm fully satisfied.
• LTUdiamond (10/5): it was great - i've stayed in this hotel 3 or 4 times.. can't remember now, but it couldn't complain, cause this hotel was excellent! it's price is not for budget travellers, but it gives you all what's worth of this price, you can feel there like at home. the hotel is not big, well maintained by a familly, who owns this hotel, very cosy. the rooms are warm, nice, you can choose the heating level in your room.. so no getting cold. The bathroom and the room is made really well and it's a true comfort to stay there. if you know german - you can find in the first floor plenty of german magazines and newspapers. if you need internet - you're welcome, it's free, wireless, they will even give you a laptop to bring it to your room,mini fridge and in one room i've stayed once was even a litle fully equipped kitchen with everything you need:cups, plates,sink,table, knives,pan and etc.! once i was staying in a single room, i should say, it wasn't really big, but well, can't compare with Paris 1 sq.m. hotel rooms hehe. when i've stayed several times in double rooms, i should say - it was really big. so in conclusion: it's a really enjoyable and price worth hotel. you'll feel there like at home! i guarantee. ah yeah, i forgot to mention.. if someone got problems with your back or something like that, it can irritate you, that the hotel has three floors: in the second and the third floor there are rooms, but there's no elevator, so you'll have to take your luggage up in your hands. that's the only minus i can find there.
