• Erica (7/5): - The hotel is in a great location, in the heart of Thao Dien and very close to lots of cafés and restaurants. The room was small but basic; it had everything one would need for a short stay. The bed is very comfortable - however, when the AC is on, the air is directed straight at your face when you’re in bed. The staff is friendly, and the common areas are clean and cute (the kitchen area on the 5th floor is spacious and cozy). They provide free water refill stations on every floor, which I really appreciated, as it’s great for the environment and much needed in the Saigon heat. When you turn on the fan in the bathroom (a wet bathroom), the light also comes on, as they are connected. There is no soundproofing at all, and I had to get a pair of earplugs because, during the evening and night, I could hear all the noise and conversations of guests coming out of their rooms and walking in the hall.

• Ann (7/5): Super locatie met basic kamer - De ligging was ideaal. De kamer had ramen maar met uitzicht op een muur die 1 meter van de ramen stond . We keken dus op een blinde muur. Alles is ook vrij basic.

• i-pei (9/5): - The staff are friendly and helpful. There is a water dispenser every floor . The location is good. There are supermarkets and restaurants in walking distance. There is no air purifier and dehumidifier. The room have some musty smell .

• Helga (10/5): - Die Unterkunft liegt nur eine kurze Strecke von der Metro und den Bussen entfernt. Sie befindet sich in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße, aber fußläufig kann man Lokale etc gut erreichen. Sehr hübsch ist die gepflegte Dachterrasse und die gemeinsame Küche.Wasser, Tee, Kaffe ist kostenlos. Das Hotel hat ein überzeugendes Gesamtkonzept.

• Michol (8/5): - Location was great. Lots of restaurants and cafes within walking distance as well as a grocery store. Tucked on a side street though, so outside noise was not bad and it was really easy to get a grab. The room itself was basic but nice. Having a water fill station in the hallway was great. The only thing that I didn't love was the smell of the fridge, but I don't know how that can be avoided when you have keycards that power the rooms, and it was nice to have one in there regardless.

• CLKirsten (9/5): Excellent location, friendly staff, good value for money. - Really nice upstairs area to chill/cook, with an outside patio. Clean facilities, very thoughtful touches. Friendly staff, and amazing location in Thao Dien. Nice water refill station in the hallway :) Beds were okay but another pillow would be nice! Otherwise, nothing comes to mind. It's a really nice place! I would stay there again.

• Marko (7/5): - Die Lage in Thao Dien ist hervorragend. Ansonsten war Dusche und Zimmer recht sauber. Der Ausblick auf eine Mauer, die sich direkt am Fenster befand. Kaum Tageslicht, daher hatte ich den Vorhang immer zu.

• Arved (8/5): - Out of town in a middle class/expat district. Well connected by metro, bus, waterbus. Airport access is pretty fast with Grab/Taxi. Washing machine and dryer provided. Simple and highly recommended place. Clothes have to go into the dryer because policy states that nothing can be dried in the room (penalty fee). Unfortunately, there is no space anywhere to hang things that don't go into the dryer. But that's a minor thing, the hotel overall is amazing value for money in a great area.

The upstairs common space I found great to use for work in the morning which includes free tea & coffee. The rooms are great for the price charged, clean. My new business hotel for my trips to Thao Dien. Sometimes the wifi could fall out, a little poor.

Buổi sáng ( 7-9h ) thường rất ồn, mình không rõ là các cô dọn dẹp hoặc CI đang sửa chữa gì, nhưng thực sự tiếng ồn khiến trải nghiệm tệ đi nhiều. Mình đã liên hệ để góp ý nhưng chỉ nhận được câu dạ ok … chứ không có lời xin lỗi nào. Thật sự thất vọng ạ.

• JUAN (10/5): Wonderful experience - Beautiful room with big windows and lots of natural light, super comfy bed, nice shower, great common areas like the kitchen and the rooftop and super friendly and kind staff. The location is perfect, in the center of Thao Dien but super quiet at night. I had a great experience and I totally recommend this place

• Shaina (10/5): So happy because all of the staff is accomodating, the place is very big and nice. So happy to be here. - Everything is good and complete things. Everything is good but the noise because of the construction beside of the hotel affects our sleep.

My favorite part of the hotel is the common area on the top floor with kitchen, laundry facilities and chilling space. It helped get our clothes clean for the next leg of our journey.

• ethan (4/5): - According to Expedia this hotel offers a breakfast which it does not. I only found this out upon arrival. This needs to be updated. I would have chosen another hotel if I’d known. Overall very noisy rooms / hallway. Hearing passionate nights from other guests is not ideal. Good value if you’re looking for a place to crash for a night but not a great experience. Location is excellent to Walking Street.
