• Lisia (5/5): Je m’attendais à mieux. - La situation du logement. Les grands lits confortables. La vue. La place de parking. Il y a un lave vaisselle mais il n’y a plus de sel dedans donc il faut en racheter. Il n’y a pas d’égouttoir pour poser la vaisselle lavée. La douche est très petite et il n’y a rien pour poser les produits. Les fenêtres sont très fragiles en simple vitrage. Le mobilier du salon est vieillissant. Une odeur de renfermé se dégage dans tout l’appartement. Le bloc de sécurité déclenche l’alarme en pleine nuit avec les lumières qui s’allument et s’éteignent d’elles-mêmes.
• Davide (9/5): Lago maggiore delight - -bedrooms great size and beds very comfortable. -cooking facilities everything available. -balcony and views selling point. -sittingroom and dining room great size. -key collection and apartment information straight forward. -negatives mentioned can fluctuate, just our experience at the time. -only negative baby cot provided had stains on mattress and cot. -lift didn't work on ground floor (temporarily on notice) for our entire stay, so struggled with suitcases on arrival and departure. -parking for key collection as tricky as on parking provided. -parking at the apartment was sometimes full and overflow car park very tight.

• Stripeytiger (6/5): Nice apartment, great views, but unresponsive to one of our problems - Greta location and great views. Nice and clean on arrival, but some customer service issues experienced Great key pickup instructions. A major problem with plumbing on arrival, but someone came around immediately. It was not fixed, but workable (eg couldn't flush main toilet for the whole stay due to no cold water supply in bathroom). We then found BOTH switches outside near the gate are broken, so we couldn't get out, not even on foot (high fence and gate all around). When I queried this, they were unresponsive and dismissive ("it's never been a problem before" attitude). We were left to find a solution later ourselves from another resident -- No exit instrcutions !
