• Jessica (10/5): Perfekte Unterkunft für einen Aufenthalt in Hoi An - Alles! Sehr nette Gastgeber, die alles getan haben, um uns einen schönen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, groß und die Betten unfassbar bequem. Wir konnten uns kostenlos Fahrräder ausleihen, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Wirklich die perfekte Unterkunft, um sich eine schöne Zeit in Hoi An zu machen. Außerdem gibt es nur ein paar Meter weiter im Restaurant Brokkoli das beste vegetarische Banh Mi in ganz Vietnam :) Nichts, es war alles perfekt!
• Marina (10/5): - Большое спасибо хозяевам за отличный отдых! Жили на втором этаже, очень удобно - две комнаты рядом. Отличное расположение - 5 минут до пляжа, 6 км до старого города. Каждый день давали воду, угощали соком. Шкаф есть, вешалок нет.
• Niamh (10/5): Fabulous stay - We loved our 2 night stay in the Co Bon Homestay, the family were very welcoming and kind, they gave us advice on the local area, always greeted us as we left and returned and gave us water as it was particularly warm weather when we we visited. The facilities were lovely also, the room was spacious, clean and modern, couldn't have asked for more. Nothing, we loved it.
• Juliette (10/5): - Super homestay à 2min de la plage. Des vélos sont mis à disposition pour aller dans le centre ou à la plage. Les chambres sont grandes et bien équipées. La famille est accueillante et toujours prête à rendre service. Ils nous ont proposés de faire une douche avant notre depart en bus le soir même. On conseille vivement !!

• Potter (9/5): - The location is great with a choice of beaches and Hoi An town is just a 15/20 minute cycle ride. Just 5 minute walk is a village with choice of eateries…it’s a quiet & pretty area not one for those who want to party. My room was clean & spacious and the host very helpful. Recommended. Nothing.

Co Bon Beachside is run by a family that clearly cares about the comfort and happiness of their guests. They are kind and thoughtful people who made us feel right at home! They had free bikes for our use which we rode to the old quarter, and the Homestay is located directly across the road from beach access! We are completely satisfied! We have no complaints!

• Mark Taylor (10/5): - The nicest room I have stayed, in my four year's of living around Southeast Asia. Planned on three nights, but stayed three weeks. A kind, friendly, and helpful family operates this homestay, and I recommend staying here as long as you can. Very comfortable bed, lots of windows and doors for natural light and fresh air, fast wifi, clean room, few minutes walk to beach, and the best noodle breakfast in Vietnam! I will happily return next year. Thank you Co Bon Homestay for sharing your family's home with me.

Everything is better than the pictures, huge room, super clean, free bicycle, free water, clean towels whenever you want, few meters away from the beach, only 1 euro Grab to the old town, few tourists so the beach is all yours😊. And a very welcoming host and his beautiful family, thanks for everything!

• Julie (9/5): Comfortable and budget friendly stay - Owners were really friendly and treated us with some fruit. The bed was huge which is good because of the height of my partner who is 1m95 :) also really comfortable bed and not as hard as some of the other beds in Vietnam. They have the option to eat breakfast in the morning and the place is quiet in the evening and at night. All of that really interesting considering the price you pay for your stay. We also loved the free bike rental! Water of shower was cold but I have to mention we did not talk about it to the owners since we did not really mind. Might have been a solution for it if we mentioned it. Front picture of the homestay is a little misleading since it is not located right at the beach. You will have to do a short walk of a fes minutes for it. Other than that everything was perfect for us!
• Kristin (6/5): Pleasant - The room has everything you need and the bed is exceptionally comfortable. It's modern and very clean. The host is friendly and courteous. I was able to check in early which was much appreciated after an overnight train. It would be helpful to have information given upon arrival such as services that are available (rentals, etc), whether or not breakfast is an option, and more information about the area and/or any festival dates. I wasn't given any information upon arrival and communication through the app was not reliable. I made this booking based on reviews and the pictures - the beach picture is quite misleading. Though it is not far from the beach, it is not beachfront and if the weather is not cooperating there isn't much else to do in the area. Many of the reviews talked about breakfast but it was not included - which may have been my oversight and the host did offer noodles when I asked about it. Be sure to check your booking. Overall there is nothing wrong with nor exceptional about this property. If you aren't going to be on the beach (whether by choice or weather), I would choose somewhere else to stay. If the weather is beach worthy, this is a perfectly nice place for a beach vacation.

• Jason (10/5): Exceptional - Very spacious room and ensuite with a huge bed and nice furnishings, probably the nicest room I have stayed in so far and for a very low price. They also offer free bicycle hire to get to the nearby beaches and attractions. Owner is very friendly and generous, offering food and drink for no charge on some occasions, you might even be invited to drink beers Vietnamese style if you're lucky!

Great sized room, comfortable big bed, spacious bathroom and shower worked well. Quiet location. Can't really imagine there being a better accommodation option in Hoi An at this price point. I had initially stayed at a similar accommodation for about double the price, and it wasn't as good as Co Bon. Nothing. All good.
• Marcel (10/5): Exceptional - We spent 3 nights and had an excellent host who couldn't have been more welcoming. He and his lovely family have consistently offered support when needed (e.g. arranged a rental moto bike and gave generous discount). The room was clean and the neighborhood was very peaceful and relaxing. A few minutes distance to the beach and lots of small but delicious restaurants. Definitely the best accommodation we had in Vietnam for an incredible price. We will come back!

• Teyyy (9/5): Superb - + walking distance to 3 different beaches that were surprisingly very clean + old town easily reachable via grab or bicycle + lovely & accommodating hosts and family + spacious and clean room & bathroom + comfy bed + bicycles free to use + host gave me fruits one evening + gate is unlocked before 10 pm, but after 10 pm it is easy to get in with a key (in comparison to other homestays where it felt like a prison even during the afternoon because it was always a hassle to open and close the gate) + every morning you can eat delicious mi quang for a fair price (20k VND) from the host family. Had nice chats in-between with the host family. Thank you so much! - located on a main road next to the beach, so you could hear all the vehicles passing by (but luckily at night there are not so many) - it's very hot during the day since the sun shines directly onto the house (maybe providing some plants on the balcony of the upper rooms to catch some heat would be useful?) - most stores and shops along the beach road charge higher tourist prices, so you would need to walk a bit to get a more variety of food stalls.

You can use their bikes for free to get to the city. The hostfamily was incredible friendly and helpful. We mainly communicated via messages. Sometime they even brought me water, mango and cookies and organized the transfer to my next destination. Thanks for everything - you made my trip to Hoi An unforgettable :)

The room is huge with a lot of windows and a/c. Very clean. The man that owns the house is very kind and he rented me a scooter to get around. Amazing value. The room was perfect, airy, clean good facilities (wardrobe, desk, fridge, kettle, large wet room bathroom) and the AC was great. The owners were so nice even if we communicated mainly through Google translate 😊 free bike rental and perfect location for beach. Mine was the standard room and only observation is that my window looked onto the porch/main entry way so I had to keep curtains closed. But for the price it is not a complaint!

The beach is just a short walk and a lot of nice restaurants nearby. We rented a scooter from the owner for a very cheap price. The room was very new and big. Everything was so clean, really comfortable. Aircon and WiFi worked fine. I can totally recommend staying here to have a relaxing place outside the city but still in short driving distance.

They have all the necessities, including toiletries. The beds are comfortable and big. The host also helped me out with a guide to restaurants, where tours are offered. The breakfast offered was only noodles, and there was no water in the room, although it was in the description. The beds only have 1 thin, large sheet. The bedding could also do with an upgrade.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Lovely rooms near beach but on a busy road - Accommodation new and well decorated especially for the price it was a bargain as the room was lovely. People friendly and made me an extra fruit salad and yogurt even though it was not on the breakfast list. Its across the road from a nice quiet beach - cross the road and walk left a little way and a path takes you to a beach with sunbeds, which was my favorite beach so peaceful The downside Co Bon ison a very busy road and my room smelt of cigarettes, there was another room but that was even closer to the road and noise so I put up with bit for the 1 night I stayed otherwise I could not have coped with the smell longer. They have bikes but unlike eleswhere in Hoi An there is a charge.
