• Виктория (10/5): Остались всем довольны! - Хорошая локация, недалеко от метро и в пешей доступности от главных достопримечательностей города . Прекрасная хозяйка апартаментов , мы приехали очень поздно, но Клаудиа дождалась нас и заселила , спасибо ей за это! Сама комната чистая и уютная , все в рабочем состоянии, вид из окна забрал мое сердце) и сам район тихий и престижный. -

• Leyla (6/5): - Temiz ve güvenli bir bölgede, vatikana ve melekler kalesine yakın ancak diğer yerlere uzak, çocuklu aileler için konumu zor olabilir, yetişkin olarak bizi bile zorladı, ev sahibi kibar biri, her konuda yardımcı olmaya çalıştı. Kahve makinesi çalışmadı, odada terlik yoktu, tek kullanımlık terlik olsa iyi olurdu.
• Eirini (10/5): Τέλεια - Το κατάλυμα ήταν ένα μικρό δωμάτιο σε μια πολύ ασφαλής και ήσυχη περιοχή. Ηταν καθαρό, με άνετο κρεβάτι. Η Κλαούντια μας υποδέχθηκε πολύ θερμά και ήταν πάντα πρόθυμη να μας βοηθήσει. Μας παρείχε κάποια γλυκάκια και καφέ στο δωμάτιο, μας πρότεινε μαγαζιά για φαγητό , πρωινό, παγωτό και μας κάλεσε ταξί για την επιστροφή μας στο αεροδρόμιο. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ!

• Begoña (10/5): - Alojamiento con todo lo necesario para la estancia,la dueña te deja para desayunar galletas,pastel,café….todo un detalle Habitación muy limpia,sin ruidos externos que puedan molestar,se puede ir a pie al centro. Si tuviera que volver no dudaría en alojarme de nuevo aquí. Es una habitación dentro de la residencia pero a su vez separada de la vivienda de la dueña,por lo que sigues manteniendo perfectamente la intimidad La dueña te da informacion sobre donde desayunar,comer … Muchas gracias por todo Lo único que podría decir es una de las almohadas era bastante dura
• Bożena (10/5): Idealna baza do zwiedzania Rzymu – blisko Watykanu i metra. - Świetna lokalizacja – obiekt znajduje się w odległości krótkiego spaceru od Watykanu oraz stacji metra Ottaviano i Lepanto, co bardzo ułatwia zwiedzanie Rzymu. W okolicy jest dużo kawiarni, barów i restauracji, więc bez problemu można znaleźć dobre miejsce na śniadanie czy kolację. Właścicielka jest bardzo miła i pomocna, chętnie udziela wskazówek dotyczących pobytu i zwiedzania. Miłym akcentem były regionalne, słodkie przekąski czekające w pokoju po przyjeździe.

L'unica pecca dell'alloggio è stato il terzo letto aggiuntivo un po' approssimativo , non un divano non un letto.....sicuramente da migliorare come soluzione .
• Eleni (1/5): the accommodation substantially deviated from what was advertised - A particularly serious issue was the semi-transparent glass bathroom door, which blatantly violated our privacy and personal dignity. A bathroom is a fundamentally private space, and the lack of basic discretion is completely unacceptable. Furthermore, it became apparent that the room was located inside a private residence, a fact that was not clearly disclosed prior to booking, causing significant discomfort and a constant lack of privacy throughout our stay. . What was advertised as an “extra bed” was, in reality, a broken and unsuitable sofa, impossible to use for proper sleep. This constitutes clear misrepresentation and misleading information.

La stanza è carina e confortevole Il bagno è dotato di una porta a vetro che lascia intravedere l'interno per cui se non si è con persone di famiglia può essere imbarazzante.

• Gianluca (9/5): - L'alloggio si trova nel quartiere Prati, con vista su una bellissima piazza, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla fermata Lepanto della metro A e da via Cola da Rienzo. La stanza è ben arredata, bagno con box doccia ampio e confortevole. La proprietaria è particolarmente gentile e prodiga di consigli per rendere più piacevole il soggiorno. Nella stanza abbiamo anche trovato degli snack, pur non essendo prevista la colazione. Inoltre, ci ha consentito di lasciare i bagagli ben oltre l'orario previsto per il check out. Consigliato

It was central to restaurants and a few minutes from the Metro. Claudia left a lovely basket of treats which was so thoughtful. 15 minute walk to the Vatican. Perhaps a spare pillow, that’s about it- very happy!

Check out wasn’t clear, the host said we could check out at 12 then knocked on the door and asked us to leave at 10

• Kurtulus (10/5): Recommended for your trip in Rome - My wife and I stayed in Lady Claudia's room for 2 days and were very pleased. The room was very clean, tidy and furnished in retro style. Although it was cold outside, the room was quite warm thanks to the well working heating. The location was great, 20 minutes walk from the city center and the Vatican, 5 minutes walk from the metro (Lepanto station). The Prati area is very safe and you can find everything. I would definitely recommend this place. In general, there was nothing I didn't like, everything met my expectations. I know this is not a hotel, but if I need to write something, disposable bath slippers and a small minibar could be added.

She even left some snacks, coffee etc. for us in the room. Everything was great. Only a recommendation: there should be hangers for the towels in the bathroom.

• Hasan (10/5): Perfect accomidation - I liked the location, it is close to many historical places, we didn't have to use any vehicle. It is in 5th floor and It is looking at a circular square with a fountain in the middle of it.
• Ozgur (10/5): Exceptional - The room was very clean, spacious and it has spacial window which was look at the wonderful park. There is an anauthentic lift in the building you can enjoy. It was close to very popular turistic areas such as Vitacan or Popolo...Owner was very nice and helpful during check-in. Higly recomended!.. May be pillows could be more bulging or plump..:)
• Georgia (9/5): Excellent for a short stay in the heart of Rome! - We had a nice stay here and Claudia was very kind. She gave us cake for breakfast and some coffee pods which was amazing! She was also a responsive host and gave us more toilet paper when we requested it. The room and bathroom were clean and the apartment is in an excellent location. This was a very safe place and our room is completely separate from the rest of her apartment and we could easily come and go without disturbing the host. Perfect for a short stay in Rome, and there are excellent restaurants and sites to see around the property- the Vatican is only a 10 minute walk! The only flaw was that the bath towels smelled like cigarettes and the hallway outside our door also did- so if you’re sensitive to smoking/cigarette smells I’d keep this in mind.

• Georg (10/5): A perfect place to stay in Rome - friendly, comfortable and clean and in a nice neighbourhood! - Our stay at Claudias mini-appartement was a very pleasent experience. The house is located at a small picturesque piazza (Piazza Quiriti - really nice view from the room-window) in the north-west of Rome on the fifth floor with an elevator. The room and the bathroom are cozy and absolutely clean. Everything looks fairly new and there was nothing to complain about. The bed, for our taste, was veeeery comfortable - a firm mattress! At Alloggio Quiriti there is not really a breakfast, which is actually not a disatvantage, because there's just so much good food and breakfast all about rome - who would stay in the bedroom for that (also, Claudia was very nice to give us some packed cake, which was good for instant after-travel-hunger). All in all, Claudia seems to be a very likeable, uncomplicated host. Communication with her was easy and she allowed us to keep our luggage at her place after checkout until we moved on to our next host in the evening. We are more then pleased with our stay at Claudias place and just regretted, that we had to move on after two nights, we easily could have stayed longer! In the same house, just round the corner of Alloggio Quiriti's entrance, there is a lovely bar/café that seems really original and not tourist-fake - il baretto di 40 - with always a few locals hanging around, good music, very good espresso (OK, it is Rome, it's hard to find a really bad coffee) Tramezzini and Spritz. It's ideal for a small breakfast and a nice start of the day. If we come to Rome again, we hope, that Claudias Alloggio Quiriti is available. Thank's for the nice time!

• PEI-LING (10/5): It is a good place to stay - When I was choosing the hotels, the location, environment, large bed and budget are the most important factors for me. Alloggio Quiriti is in Vatican City, the Metro station is just 3-5 minutes by walk, and there are supermarkets and bus stops near by. I don't like noisy and busy environment, the place is located in a calm area, it is a ideal place for me. The room has a window to appreciate the city view, because the place is peaceful, you won't feel noisy at all when you open the window. Also, the queen bed let my husband and me sleep very well in that three nights. By the way, the building has an elevator. Don't underestimate this. If you have carried a baggage up the stairs, you will know the importance in Italy. If you are looking for a luxury or amazing hotel with breakfast, this is not a place for you. But if you are looking for a comfortable, convenient, quiet, and high CP value place, it is a really good place to stay in Rome. For me, it is just like living in a nice homestay rather than in a hotel. Thanks the friendly house owner for letting my husband and me have a good experience.
