Nothing was too much trouble. The location is beautiful and very peaceful. Its in a pretty village with little traffic yet within easy reach of plenty of interesting places.
- Leon (10/5): Beautiful property and lovely hosts combined for a fantastic holiday experience. - Uta and Jason were spectacular hosts. They were so caring and dedicated to ensuring we had everything we needed. They prepared a delightful breakfast offering pretty much any and every part of a Scottish breakfast we could ask for as well as fresh fruit, yogurt, porridge, coffee, and tea. They gave us great recommendations on sites and restaurants, but above all, they were a delight to talk to. It felt more like we were staying at a friend’s house rather than a B&B. Our room was beautiful and sooo comfortable, not to mention the lovely bathroom. Oh yes, I can’t forget to mention their gorgeous property and spectacular views. There was absolutely nothing we didn’t like, except maybe that we couldn’t stay longer than we did. We have so much more of Scotland to see, so we can stay again soon.

- Lawrence (8/5): A beautiful house, location, facilities and breakfast, and hosts Uta and Jason’s care and attention. - The beautiful house, location, facilities and breakfast, and hosts Uta and Jason’s care and attention. Restrictions on payment methods especially coming from overseas for a 5 night stay was inconvenient, rather stressful and withdrawing cash from several ATMs with limits involved extra costs. Alternatives were available but not practical once we were in the UK.
No access to the house and room between 11am and 4pm could be inconvenient to some staying several days.
- Arthur (8/5): Very enjoyable and Uta was very helpful - Very nice breakfast. Beautiful views We are prepared to walk all over our own house. It seems am imposition to have to take off our shoes before going upstairs. Of course we would make sure shoes were scrubbed at the door

- Ross (9/5): perfect - great room, suburb bathroom I could of had more time to enjoy, just working
- John (10/5): Exceptional -
- Stephen (10/5): Welcoming and very relaxing - a special experience. - The breakfasts were excellent on both days. Uta was lovely and cooked the main breakfast to order, with lots of variety. The first part of the breakfast was a lovely fruit platter, imaginatively arranged. This was served with two varieties of yoghurt. This option, followed a by cooked breakfast was always my preferred option when away on business, so this matched our expectations perfectly. Everything was so well thought through and classy that it is hard to come up with any gaps. It is being picky but there was no facility for milk in the actual room. Uta explained that she believed UHT milk to be unattractive and that fresh milk was always available in the kitchen (which it was). However, as the kitchen was the family space and on the floor below, this was not convenient to access early in the morning or late at night. Perhaps a small fridge on the upstairs landing or even asking guests if they would be OK with UHT milk cartons might be a small improvement? However, I stress, this is a very minor point.

- Ant (10/5): - Beautiful house. Large comfortable twin-bed room. Generous breakfast.
