• Riza (9/5): Overall it was very good cause the staffs are very accommodating its just the AC i feel hot or might be its just the loc - The staff were very accommodating . The AC it doesnt gets cold as expected
• Angelic (7/5): Parfait quand on est de passage pour faire le Mont Ijen - - L’emplacement parfait pour faire le Mont Ijen. - La piscine petite mais rafraîchissante. - Le personnel arrangeant et toujours présent. - Petit déjeuner correct - L’insonorisation (on entend très fort les prières à 4h du matin), bouchons d’oreilles indispensables. - Une toute petite fenêtre qui laisse passer énormément de lumière à partir de 5h du matin. - Le manque de couverture (ils nous ont fournis un simple plaid lorsque nous avons demandé une couverture) - Il n’y a que deux choix pour le petit déjeuner, ni thé, ni café, ni jus compris (tout est payant sinon). - Il n’y a qu’une table de repas (4personnes) pour plusieurs chambres.

Der er et lille køkken så man selv kan lave mad samt man kunne købe drikkevarer og lidt at spise på stedet Man kunne mærke fjedrende en smule i sengen og tæppet var lidt småt ift. at vi var to personer

• Joke (7/5): Fijne locatie, goed voor een nacht. - De homestay ligt in een heel leuk wijkje, met mooie straatjes & leuke mensen. Het personeel verwelkomde ons vriendelijk. Leuk, verfrissend zwembad. Lekker ontbijt. Ze wilden ons wel doen bij betalen voor ons kind, maar op booking stond dat hij gratis was ... Dus dat hebben ze uiteindelijk wel geaccepteerd. De matras ligt niet erg comfortabel. Er liggen overal mottenballen (hebben zelf een dégou aan deze geur) in de kamer, wat we zelf echt niet fijn vonden, maar hebben ze weggehaald & dat was onmiddellijk een heel stuk beter. Er is veel lawaai van de dichtbijgelegen moskee's 's nachts. Heeft z'n charme, maar vergeet je oordopjes niet als je wilt kunnen doorslapen :-).

• Maléna (7/5): Ok si vous voulez juste rester une nuit pour faire ijen à 00h. Ne sert pas à grand chose de rester plus longtemps. - La chambre était propre. La chambre avait une odeur de renfermée et a embaumé notre linge. Le lit grinçait et une toute petite couette pour un lit double était fournie. Rien n’est changé entre les nuits. Toute petite pièce pour la chambre. Un des personnels ne parlait pas anglais et n’a pas pu nous recommander grand chose un jour de pluie.

• Johan (1/5): Hôtel a éviter ! - Rien. On est parti 1 jour plus tôt. Une nuit avec des rats, c'est suffisant. Les rats dans la chambre. La nourriture avariée, vomit quelques heures plus tard par mon garçon. Le très mauvais service de l'hôtel pour les excursions au kawah Ijen. A cause de notre enfant malade, nous avons dû annuler et ils ont gardé tout l'argent. Ils ont refusé de nous rembourser. Hôtel a éviter absolument !!! Secteur bruyant. Chambres mal insonorisées. Il n'y a rien qui va. Passez votre chemin.

• Christina (8/5): Felt safe as a solo female traveller - breakfast was good and filling, staff super sweet sort of between town and the volcano so good for people who are going there and the parking was fenced but not a lot of fancy places to eat nearby but thats ok since I love local shops for food

The owner offered us a great price for the tour to Ijen and laundry services. The room was small, smelly and dirty. The sheets looked unchanged. The neighborhood was quite noisy, close to a mosque. Our room had a very small window. The restaurants were a little bit far from the accommodation.

• Noelle (9/5): Really comfortable place to stay, I wish we had more accommodations like this in rest of Indonesia - Very nice room and bathroom, comfortable stay, not on the main road so little noise. Excellent value for money! We went to ijen that night so we wanted to sleep at 8:30 but then environment is not quit yet
• Sandra (9/5): Superb - The staff was very friendly, always made sure everything is clean around you, breakfast was nice, the tour to ijen was later than expected, but was stunning and easy to book at Indah Nusantara (we even paid a bit less than people from other resorts) Our room did not have a window other than the small bathroom window, we would suggest booking a better room for a bit more money as the other rooms looked very lovely.

(nasi goreng + banana and water) - Nice swimmingpool - A Guy from frontdesk knew we just came back from night hiking on 10:00am (Ijen) after 1:45 sleep he knocked loud on our door and said: pay now for the extended night. After that we did not sleep again… we told him about this bad experience but he did not seem to care. - Place is very close to a Mosk, so it is noisy. - You should bring your own blanket, because all they offer is a small, Tiny one without cover.

• Paulina (5/5): Passable - The staff was great and super friendly! They advised us and properly guided on the best way to get to Bali on our own. In general room was clean. There was no hot water. Also, there were dead ants all around the room and some on the bed as well.
• Mike (5/5): Decent place to stay. - The price was reasonable for what was included and the location was quiet. There was hot water and AC as well as a small pool. All in all it was ok along with the price. The room is very small and the bathroom lacked ventilation, building up humidity and causing a proneness to the development of mould. Shower pressure was weak. Breakfast was good but there was no sambal so polos.

• Jason (10/5): Exceptional - This place is amazing! Clean rooms, EXCEPTIONAL front staff (shout out Rio, you were awesome). Many tour options available at very good prices, easy to arrange transportation, even when going to Bali as your next destination. If you need a break from the rice on your trip, they have fries and nuggets available to order at the cafe! This was a great surprise. Pool is clean and peaceful. Absolutely incredible value for the price, would 1000% recommend. The French fry portions could be bigger 😅
• Tim (5/5): Disappointing - Nice room with large bathroom - Pool cannot be used, host mentioned “I would not try to swim in the pool” - Service is what made us give a lower rate: A few days before arriving we mentioned we would like to book a tour to the Ijen vulcano. And it was mentioned that this was possible on arrival. However, when arriving we where told that the volcano was closed with no explanation why. When walking around town we asked around and learned that the volcano is closed the first friday of the month. Every month. This is something the staff of the hotel definitely should know and could tell us earlier. Due to the fact that we booked our next location we could not stay a day longer and missed out on this trip, which was the only reason for coming to Banyuwangi. Additionally, they overprice every additional service you ask. From checking in earlier to arranging a taxi. Of course all hotels add a little charge for the service of arranging things. However, almost doubling everything feels unfair. All in all, room was ok. Location bit far from the city center and staff not very helping. Stay itself was okay but maybe consider arranging trips elsewhere and ask clearly if the volcano is open on the day you want to go.
