L'emplacement de l’hôtel est top, ayant séjourné seule avec mon petit chien, je suis allée me promener dans le parc en face de l’hôtel qui est sublime. La chambre était très spacieuse et bien équipée. Le lit était très confortable. C'est un hôtel que je garde pour une éventuelle prochaine fois. Pour info, l’Hôtel est proche de la gare pour accéder à pied c'est top

Jorgito Gmail (4/5): Resulta económico pero no me pareció adecuado para una estancia de familia - Está a unos minutos andando del centro. Tiene parking propio. El desayuno está bien. La habitación era horrorosa, como el camarote de un barco. La ducha no estaba separada del resto del baño y se inundaba todo. Había partes del escaso mobiliario roto y las literas no paraban de crujir. Además, el aspecto de la moqueta era de no estar muy limpia. Llegamos a la hora indicada para el check-in y la habitación no estaba lista.

Het ontbijt was wat klein.

One of the elevators wasn’t working, and the other one once only opened about 3 centimeters. There was no heating, even though the description says there is. In the room was 17°C, and at the reception they said there is no heating in the entire building. The walls are very thin..you can hear everything from the other room.

Tuong-Yên (6/5): Fair location in crowded city - The location of the hotel is not too bad. Walkable distance to center, but I recommend renting bikes to get to destinations faster. The room for 2 was big. Parking spots for 20 euros/night available, but the garage is not very big. So space is limited up to about 15-20 cars. The elevator is in need of maintenance soon. The A/C did not work. We had a room on the 8th floor, so it was very hot. The room seems quite dirty, especially because of the old carpet floor. There was no “do not disturb” sign so we asked the reception to not enter the room. But cleaning service did anyway…

Pavlo (5/5): I should have paid extra to stay in some better hotel in Rotterdam - Location is quite good to come to the train station by foot. Rooms are nicely renovated inside. Breakfast is nice for what you pay, and the staff at the breakfast is doing very good The price doesn't correspond to the value of what you get. We would have still rated the hotel better if not the following – there were two days of no cleaning in both of our rooms! Considering small size of the room, to have trash bins full for a couple of days is unacceptable! After my complaint, the receptionist proposed me to pack our garbage by ourselves and to put it out in the corridor... It's definitely not the service you pay for that much. Still it seems some of the staff are doing their best in conditions they have. Also the hotel is combined with a hostel, and you should expect to meet very different people in the corridors, so to say. We didn't feel ourselves 100% safe.

There was free tea and coffee in the lobby. Breakfast should be included with the room. Better coffee facility downstairs would have been nicer. Ronny (2/5): Worst Hotel ever - Nos gustó la ubicación La iluminacion de la habitacion tambien estuvo bien Estuvimos desde el dia 16 hasta el 23 porque incrementamos dos noches, un total de 8 dias y 7 noches, nos limpiaron la habitacion 2 veces en toda la estancia. El dia 21 nos quedamos encerrados en el ascensor unos 50 minutos aprox (21:50-22:40) y nadie en todo el hotel se dió cuenta incluso sin parar de llamar con la alarma del ascensor. Lo peor es que llamamos al número de asistencia de la compañia de ascensores y nadie te asiste, y cuando llamas a la recepción del hotel nadie respondia tampoco, nos dimos cuenta que es porque el recepcionista se va a fumar y se queda desatendido. Cuando vimos que nadie venia a ayudarnos tuvimos que llamar al 112, y fue entonces cuando enviaron a los bomberos, y solo cuando llegaron fue cuando el hotel se enteró del problema que estaba habiendo. Cuando salimos del ascensor se lo reprochamos al recepcionista y encima se enfada él. En ningún momento tuvieron la intención de compensarnos de ninguna manera. El hotel huele a especias, suponemos que de la cocina, en cuanto sales de la habitación al pasillo, el olor te abruma. No tiene casi enchufes para tus dispositivos tampoco. Aunque seais dos personas no te dan dos llaves de habitación, supongo que para que no cargues las cosas que no has podido cargar de noche debido a los pocos enchufes. He estado en unos 20 paises por el momento, vengo de estar de viaje por Latam 6 meses y aun asi este es el peor hotel en el que me he quedado, y el precio tampoco es tan barato como para no poder quejarse.

PATRICIA (5/5): Déçu par l’accueil - Propreté et literie confortable Monter 5 étages avec les grosses valises alors que nous avons des problèmes de santé et que personne nous à propose de l aide

Chambre spacieuse p Il y a 2 ascenseurs, a notre arrivée un seul fonctionnait, l'autre était très bruyant et est tombé en panne aussi !!! Moquette dans la chambre mériterait être remplacée
