The water was leaking and was coming to area were cars were parked. Also foul smell was there. The parking lot in the basement is very messy.

• Sreekandath (9/5): My stay at Woodies turned out to be comfortable, enjoyable and relaxing. - Breakfast, which was in buffet style, was excellent. Every item displayed was attractive and delicious. The efficiency of the hotel's WIFI connection wasn't up to my expectations. This was the only negative experience I had during my stay.

My family and I came and were having breakfast when they came and told that it was without breakfast. But the staff were very cordial and they did not charge us also later for the same. Calicut is known for its hosting and it showed here thoroughly. We came to Calicut just to explore food so we're basically having food outside. Still we tried their chicken spring rolls, fish fingers, tea and coffee. It was brilliant. Maybe the ventilation in restroom could be better. Maybe water bottles could have been complimentary for the rooms.

• Suresh (5/5): The hotel is not up to my expectation. The value for money was not found. - Breakfast and the location are excellent. The hotel is just near to the Railway station which is good. The staff needs to be trained in Hospitality. They must understand the customer's needs and requirements. They booked a handicapped room without asking me if I needed such a room. Requesting for a wheelchair doesn't mean that occupants should be handicapped. The helpdesk team either shall be trained or re-trained in customer service. They must have asked me before going ahead and booking the room which was not done.

• Lazar (3/5): Though the hotel was comfy, the staff were not courteous consumerate with the standard of the Hotel - During the day of Check out i was to leave at around 8AM and i was informed that the Breakfast starts at 8AM. Since i had to leave by 8AM i requested the Reception if i could get Bread Butter and Eggs by 7 AM which was flatly refused by the Restaurant. Also on informing to send someone to take the luggage down no one was sent.
