• Sophie (8/5): - Der Besitzer war unglaublich lieb und zuvorkommend. Zuerst durften wir uns eines der Zimmer aussuchen und sollten dann nur den Schlüssel von dem Zimmer welches wir nicht nehmen zurück bringen. Dann wurde unser Auto vor der Türe eingeparkt und er hat eigenhändig die Polizei gerufen und mitgefiebert. Er wirkt wie eine Institution in der Pension und gibt dem Ganzen wirklich Charme. Die Pension ist gut gelegen und der Balkon hat eine wirklich tolle Aussicht.

• KimFerris (5/5): Definitiv nicht zu empfehlen! - Die Lage und die Aussicht von der Gemeinschaftsterrasse sind gut. Die Dusche funktioniert so gut wie nicht, weder durchgehend warmes Wasser noch genug Wasser, weil alles so verkalkt ist. Das gilt auch für den Schlauch und Rahmen der Duschkabine, da müsste mal geschrubbt oder erneuert werden. Beim ersten Aufdrehen des Wasserhahns war ich geduscht, weil das Wasser aus dem Hahn schoss. Es gibt keinerlei Ablagefläche für einen Kulturbeutel. Die Klobürste ist obereklig, muss dringend ersetzt werden. Der Eimer im Bad ist auch sehr alt und rostig, sehr unansehnlich. Das Zimmer ist sehr dunkel, zum Teil der dunklen Wandfarbe geschuldet. Das gilt aber nicht für die Gardinen, die kaum verdunkeln. Der Kühlschrank hat mein Obst gefroren statt es zu kühlen. Im Schrank gibt es nur die Möglichkeit, Sachen aufzuhängen, der einzige Regalboden ist gefüllt mit Ersatzdecken und -Kissen. Schön wäre ein Stuhl als Ablage für Anziehsachen, der Minihocker in der Ecke reicht dafür nicht. Es gibt keinen Wasserkocher oder Ähnliches, eine Tasse oder ein Glas außer dem verkalkten Wasserglas im Bad wäre schön. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist total unangemessen! Viel zu teuer für das Gebotene!

• Marina (2/5): - Το μόνο καλό πράγμα στη διαμονή μας, ήταν η τοποθεσία. Το βασικό πρόβλημα είναι η καθαριότητα. Κλείσαμε για 4 άτομα δύο δίκλινα δωμάτια, έχοντας δει και αλλες κριτικές για την καθαριότητα του χώρου, αλλά μην έχοντας επιλογή καθώς ήταν η μονη πανσιόν που δεχόταν ζώα σε μια σχετικά λογική τιμή. (80€/βραδιά σε σχέση με 200€ που ηταν η επόμενη καλύτερη τιμη) Όταν φτάσαμε, είχαμε την επιλογή μεταξύ 3 δωματίων οπότε επιλέξαμε τα δωμάτια μας, αυτά με τα διπλά κρεβάτια, αφήσαμε εκτός το δωμάτιο με τα δύο μονά, και πήγαμε για φαγητό. Από την αρχή φαινόταν ότι η διαμονή μας θα είναι ότι πιο basic. Γυρνώντας από το φαγητό πήραμε και αντικουνουπικες συσκευές γιατί στα παράθυρα δεν έχει σίτες και τα θέλαμε ανοιχτά, καθώς υπήρχε μια μυρωδιά στο δωμάτιο. Και πάμε να ξαπλωσουμε λίγο, εκεί αρχίζουν να φαίνονται τα πράγματα. Για αρχή το πανωσέντονο ήταν για μονό κρεβάτι και έτσι όταν πήγαινες να σκεπαστεις έπρεπε να έρθεις σε επαφή με την κουβέρτα. Η κουβέρτα ήταν πολύ βρώμικη. Τρίχες και διάφορα άλλα οργανικά και ανόργανα. Θα μπορούσαν τουλάχιστον να χρησιμοποιούν παπλωματοθηκες. Για την ιστορία, κοιμηθηκαμε με τα ρούχα. Οι φίλοι μας στο διπλανό δωμάτιο δεν ήταν τόσο τυχεροί αφού στο δωμάτιο τους είχε τριχες και άμμο γάτας και η φίλη μου που είναι αλλεργική, κατέληξε να ψάχνει φαρμακείο την επόμενη μέρα. Τώρα για το μπάνιο, να πω ότι ευτυχώς η τουαλέτα ήταν καθαρή, αλλά το ντους όχι, οπότε ούτε ντους κάναμε το πρωί που θα ήταν κάπως αναζοωγονητικο μετά τη νύχτα ύπνου με τα ρούχα σε μια πανσιόν που δίνεις 80€ τη βραδιά. Υπάρχουν ακόμα πολλές άλλες λεπτομέρειες που μας κάνουν να δίνουμε χαμηλή βαθμολογία, όπως το ότι στην κοινή για όλα τα δωμάτια βεράντα, που θα μπορούσε να είναι ένας μικρός παράδεισος με τη θέα που έχει, ήταν όλα σκουριασμενα και ακόμα και τα τασάκια ήταν γεμάτα βροχινο νερό και αποτσιγαρα. Αλλά όλα αυτά είναι λεπτομέρειες σε σχέση με τα σοβαρά θέματα καθαριότητας που έχει το κατάλυμα. Κρίμα, με λίγη αγάπη στο χώρο θα μπορούσε να αξίζει πραγματικά τα λεφτά του.

• Anja (1/5): Furchtbar! - Die Lage Die Beschreibung bei BOOKING.COm stimmt in keiner Weise mit dem winzigen und hässlichen Zimmer, dem fehlenden warmen Wasser, der Dusche, die völlig verkalkt ist, dem winzigen Bad, dem fehlenden Balkon und dem fehlendem Meerblick vom Zimmer aus überein. Furchtbar dieses Hotel, einfach nur Finger weg! Da stimmt gar nichts. Und den versprochenen öffentlichen Parkplatz gab es auch nicht- das war dann richtig stressig, einen zu finden.

• Milio (6/5): Δε θα ξαναπηγαινα λόγω καθαριότητας όλα τα άλλα οκ! - Οικοδεσπότης ευγενέστατος,μας περίμενε μέχρι αργά για check in και μας επετρεψε να παρκάρουμε μπροστά στο κατάλυμα πράγμα που μας διευκόλυνε για έχουμε ένα νεογέννητο και πάρκινγκ δεν υπάρχει ούτε για δείγμα Δεν ήταν καθόλου καθαρό,για την ακρίβεια δεν είχε σκουπιστεί σφουγγαριστεί και το καζανάκι δεν ήταν τραβηγμένο παρόλο που κάποιος είχε ουρήσει.Αν δεν είχα φέρει σεντόνια δικά μου δεν υπήρχε περίπτωση να κοιμόμασταν εκεί.Δεν είχε ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ.

• CHRISTOFOROS TAXIARCHIS (5/5): - Η τοποθεσία ήταν καλή. Και ενα κοινόχρηστο μπαλκόνι με ωραία θέα το Μπούρτζι. Ας ξεκινήσουμε με τα πιο απλά πράγματα. Δεν υπήρχε ούτε μια καρέκλα μέσα στο δωμάτιο να κάτσουμε με αποτέλεσμα να καθόμαστε με τα ρούχα που κυκλοφορούσαμε στο κρεβάτι. Επιπλέον το δωρεάν πάρκινγκ που λέει ότι διαθέτει το κατάλυμα είναι δημόσιο πάρκινγκ που δεν θα βρείτε εύκολα πάρκινγκ διότι στις πράσινες γραμμές παρκάρουν μόνο οι ντόπιοι. Πάμε στα μεγαλύτερα προβλήματα, η καθαριότητα είναι το νούμερο ένα! Καταλαβαίνω ότι το κατάλυμα δέχεται κατοικίδια που είναι πολύ ωραίο καθώς δεν υπάρχουν πολλά καταλύματα αλλά αυτή η υπηρεσία έχει μεγάλη υποχρέωση. Βρίσκαμε τρίχες στις καθαρές πετσέτες που δεν είχαμε χρησιμοποιήσει, το μπάνιο ήταν γεμάτο άλατα σε οποιαδήποτε μεταλλική επιφάνεια και γενικά η καθαριστήρια δεν είναι καθόλου καλή.

• ALEXANDER (1/5): Very bad dissatisfied and disappointed. - Absolutely nothing !!!!! Everything !!! It was smelling of strong mould. Management would not acknowledge the smell basically lying to our faces. We booked a room for two adults and on child 15 and they gave us separate two rooms across the hall. How was I suppose to leave a minor in a room by herself in a hotel that looked like a brothel. We picked up our stuff and left. Ruining our vacation time. We had plans for new year celebrations with relatives that were cancelled, We had to head back home because we could not find other accommodations. Very very disappointing experience.

Ο Κύριος Σπύρος ευγενικός και εξυπηρετικός, μας είπε ότι και να χρειαστούμε, ότι πρόβλημα έχουμε, οτιδήποτε, ότι ώρα και να είναι να τον ενοχλήσουμε! Ο Θεός να τον έχει και!🙏✝️ Που δεν υπήρχε ένα να δεύτερο κομοδίνο στο κρεβάτι, δύο καρέκλες και ένα τραπεζακι!
• Boris (9/5): If you want to be in Old town this is one of the best spots - Very pleasant and functional room which excellently serves it's purpose of accommodating various sorts of guests who need only basic services while staying in this beautiful jewel of Greece. Room was not big but specious enough. As described on Booking.com and as expected. It was inteligently composed interior, and definitely relaxing. I was also impresed the way this quarter was so decent, quite visited (since its part of the Old town) but very safe and incredibly peaceful at nights. Everything in acomodation was clean and bed was comfortable. All of neighborhood is welcoming to a guest, With not more than 100m down the stairs froim parking lot and you are at the beautiful public platform with canons from Venetian times and surraounded by palms. Few steps further and you are at the main city promenade. Accomodation could not have better position. Genteman from the reception was so pleasant host, always with a smile and willing to help. So, everything is for every recommendation. Nice memory and good value for money. We will come back, no doubts. Bed should be a little bit bigger. Especially could be a few cm longer. It is ok for persons up to 175 cm, but taller guests might find it not adequate and there is room for lengthier bed. Also, even though towels were super clean some of them have old traces of unknown origin (rust maybe) and should be thrown away and replaced with new ones.

• Radovan M (5/5): - Location of the apartment is really good and owner was really kind. The whole building smells like diesel. Parking is not free, but if you are lucky you get one. There is no table in the room and not a single kitchen appliance not even a glass. The bad are small for two people and not very comfortable.

• CHARLENE (3/5): Fuyez : la ville est magnifique mais ce logement est plus que décevant. - Certes le logement est très bien situé mais c'est tout. C'est une chambre en demi sous-sol, très bruyante ventilation, chasse d'eau des étages supérieures, et qui ne permet pas du tout de se reposer. Pas de volet à toutes les fenêtres donc réveiller très tôt. Hygiène très très limite. Moisissure dans la salle d'eau. Bref, nous avons dormi et nous sommes très vite repartis. A fuir.

• GEORGIA (8/5): Βολική - Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ όμορφη, η θέα αλλά κ η πρόσβαση στο δωμάτιο. Κοιμηθήκαμε καλά. Για ένα βράδυ ήταν μια χαρά. Οι άνθρωποι πολύ εξυπηρετικοί και στο ξενοδοχείο και γενικότερα στο Ναύπλιο και η πόλη καταπληκτική! Όπως είπα το σεντόνι ήταν αρκετά στενό με αποτέλεσμα η κουβέρτα να προεξέχει κατά πολύ και να ακουμπάει επάνω μας, κάτι που αποφεύγω ειδικά στα ξενοδοχεία. Γενικά το δωμάτιο ήθελε ένα καλό ξεσκόνισμα, Επίσης στο μπάνιο υπήρχαν σκουριές και πολλά άλατα παντού. Τέλος το ψυγειάκι έκανε πάρα πολύ θόρυβο τον οποίο κατάλαβα ότι έρχεται από κει 3 η ώρα το βράδυ οπότε κ έβγαλα την πρίζα για να μπορέσουμε να κοιμηθούμε.

Where you can take the elevator and walk around . Amazing scenery! I wish they have extra water kettle in the room . When I wake up very early and read my book in the balcony . I can sip my hot koffee while reading and enjoying the sea.

• filippo (5/5): - Posizione molto comoda. Posto spartano per uno stop a Nafplio. Host cortese. Ci ha offerto due bottiglie di acqua all'arrivo dal momento che l'acqua della casa non era potabile. Pulizia assente (asciugano e cuscini sporchi con capelli). Casa spoglia, sarebbe utile aggiungere un comodino. Parcheggio difficile da trovare.
