• Pras_prayogi (10/5): Good Choice Hotel For Traveler - The hotel is close of main street and clean, tidy, high ceiling, and also spacious parking, suitable for resting and also holding meetings here. I felt a nice fragrance when I entered the lobby and the friendly employees greeted us. If I go back to Tasikmalaya, I always want to stay here.

Everything was good in this hotel especially the roomand the food with good taste. The facilities was good too. • Astari (6/5): Pleasant - We arrive at tasikmalaya around 12 pm and they let us to early check in at 1 pm. 1. Our room has AC problem. It wasnt cold enough. We called for 3 times and after 4 hours waiting, the problem resolved. I already asked to change room and the reception told us to wait for confirmation. But they hadnt called back so we just wait until they finally fix the aircon (after 4 hours). 2. The pool was dirty. Kids were planning to swim on sunday morning, we go to the pool area at 10am. We took a dip at the kids pool without realizing that there were vomit (maybe a kid vomit there before i dunno) on the separator area. Once we saw that we quickly took off. It was very grotesque. 3. Poor soundproofing. We could hear children running screaming in the hallway 4. The breakfast was okay but minus menus for kids. It was my 2nd time to tasikmalaya My first time staying at aston inn.

• Faiz_kasmy (8/5): Very good - The room was spacious and the bed was very comfy. AC worked well. The hotel is also located in the center of city, easy to access. The hot water was not hot enough.

• Abrahamryan1 (7/5): Good - I think it is worth the value. We booked the hotel almost the last minutes and we still got the good rate. The hotel was quite big and they have basement parking as well. I think the hotel was designed to do conference, events, meetings, etc as you can see bulk capacity on meeting rooms, restos, parking lots etc. I wish the room can be bigger. The standard room is super tiny. No bath tub and the hot water sometimes not available. Also the card key was so sensitive so we came back to the reception to validate the card key pretty often. Ah, the basement parking was so tight too. Location is pretty far from the downtown too.

• Hans (8/5): New addition to the Fave hotel chain - The hotel is new and similar to other Fave hotels. Rooms are with standard equipment of the hotel chain. The staff is young and very friendly, but not yet very experienced. They could not help to find a decent restaurant for dinner in the vicinity. We finally had to return to the hotel restaurant, which provided us with a simple but tasty meal. The location is not very central and transport is needed to reach the town center or railway station. The place is fine for an overnight stay, but for a longer holiday. Since the hotel is new, everything was in good working condition.
