• Ondrej (10/5): Great place even for longer stay - Perfect location in good street full of restaurants. Nice view to jungle. Nice swimming pool. Breakfast were nice, we loved the pancakes. Internet was good enough for work in common area with tables and view to jungle. People working here are very nice and always helpful. Internet in room wasn’t usable from the table, only from bed.

• Loock (8/5): - Price was excellent. Pool is awesome and clean. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. The bathroom was damp with no extractor fan. Toilet would also get wet when showering. Getting there required a walk through a muddy alley which was under construction during our visit. Just something to consider but not a train smash.

Incompréhension totale avec le personnel..On nous a attribué une chambre difficile d'accès Grandes et hautes marches. Mon amie s’est cassée la jambe la veille de ́notre arrivée ,on a voulue changer d'hôtel car pas possible avec le fauteuil roulant. Le responsable a exigé qu’on paie une semaine entière alors que nous avions dormi qu'une nuit.. ́Nous étions 4 personnes le gérant était d'accord pour qu’on ne regle qu’une nuit et le lendemain il a exigé qu’on régle la semaine entière sans tenir compte de l’handicap de mon amie... Le comble il nous a proposé de venir boire le thé.tous les jours..

• Andrea (9/5): Fantastic (and quiet) location & stay - would recommend! - The stunning and relaxing view from my balcony. I loved to spend my time there during my morning- and evening tea sessions. The staff was super friendly. They have a lovely pool too. I loved that you're in the center of Ubud, but on the quiet side of it. The Bisma street has many nice restaurants/places (my favorites: Shamana Mama for the food, Bisma Valley for the view and Bali Star Massage for the massage) I would absolutely come back when I'm back in Ubud. The room smells a bit funky, but that didn't matter to me. I would still come back!

(Some staff training could enhance the experience). Lots of construction and we had to walk through wet concrete to access the property with our suitcases as there is no access for a vehicle. The pool is TINY! No rice fields just a grass field. We left a day early as it was not a relaxing place to be.

Having a large fridge and air conditioning made everything even better. The pool is always perfectly clean, and the breakfast is delicious, fresh, and a great way to start the day. The service is outstanding, the staff is young, friendly, and always respectful. The location couldn’t be better. It’s just a 10-minute walk from the main street, yet at night it’s wonderfully quiet and peaceful. I would 100% stay here again without hesitation. Thank you for such an amazing experience! nothing

• Justyna (9/5): Lovely service and surroundings, clean and comfy despite some imperfections. - The location was ideal, close to the hustle and bustle but on a quiet side alley. The view of the jungle from the restaurant terrace was breathtaking! WiFi worked really well in all areas - we were able to work remotely and handle zoom calls without issues. The pool was nice and refreshing. The room was big, the bed comfortable, and the daily housekeeping did a great job. Service was extremely nice. Breakfasts were limited but tasty. You get an option of a food platter or a fruit juice from chosen fruit, coffee/tea that’s available for self-service (they provide milk if asked), plus a chosen dish. My favorite were pancakes with pineapple and mie goreng. The facilities are a bit aged. Everything on the pictures from booking seems newer and better maintained than in reality. There are some stains on the walls, and it’s necessary to air out the room multiple times a day to get rid of the smell (due to the humidity). There are ants in the room - first it drew us back, as we’ve just arrived from Europe, but we got used to it quickly. I guess it’s all normal in this climate. Once you get over the initial impression of it not being as perfect as on the pictures, the overall experience was very positive!

• Bilal Ezaim (9/5): - Het uitzicht vanuit de kamer. Omelet was bij jullie het lekkerste dan bij andere hotels. Bed is prima. Jaren terug hebben wij ook hierin verbleven. Toen waren wij ook tevreden. Bedankt voor het verblijf. De kamer voelt nu wel meer aan dat het verfrist/vernieuwd moet worden. Wij hadden een probleem. Het personeel heeft het voor ons uitgezocht. Jammer dat zij een camera niet hadden opgehangen. Uit eindelijk heeft het hotel voor ons opgelost.

• Cita (9/5): Nice and great location - Location was great, staff also super kind and helpful. Breakfast very good and starts at 7 AM, which is great for all the early bird and planned morning trips. Don’t have any special complaint. Maybe just an advise; sleep with the curtains down across the bed because of insects. I used laundry service which was ok, the clothes came back with no smell and the white socks was not so white 🙈 the brown stains were left on them.

There are many restaurants and coffee shops near the hotel. Laundry was expensive since they charge the price per piece of clothes instead per kg.

L’environnement autour, en pleine jungle est super, nous avons eu la visite des singes qui se baladent entre les arbres (juste incroyable). L’hotel est a proximité d’une rue avec plein de restaurants/boutiques/massages/tourisme …. En bref je recommande ++ pour un séjour à ubud Encore un merci pour le personnel !

Room was filthy. Dirty floor. Room was that bad we left the very next day after paying full payment and was unable to get our money back.

Short walk (1/2 minutes) from the bustle of busy shops and bars, just far enough to be nice and quiet. Very clean, comfy bed. 2 pillows each. Pool is a good size, enough to properly swim and very pretty around it. Honestly cannot recommend enough for budget accommodation A* No complaints.

• Margit (10/5): Exceptional - I stayed there 2 times during my stay in Ubud. I loved the big and light room, the large windows were on both side of the wall, the view was amazing to dzungle. The pool was nice and cold. The crew was amazing, especially Tessa, so friendly and welcoming. Helped me to get the better room next time, when I came back to Ubud after being in another town for a week. Breakfast was delicious. Hotel is very close to main road and also Monkey forest. Nearby great restaurants. Very happy :) This is my second time in Bali, in 2020 I stayed at this hotel as well and it was my favourite. Ask for room B5 or B6 if they are available ;) -
• Kristina (10/5): Good place to stay - Very nice and cozy room. There are 2 rooms where is the best view, 1 is under the restaurant with jungle view (we stared there), room is smaller than other but you really feel very private there, and one in 3d floor with terrace and jungle view. So I recommend you ask one of this rooms. Staff is very friendly, especially girl, also good restaurants like Soloma are few minutes away so you can work there Territory is really small, many rooms are not private, if you are long in Bali and change hotels, ask for the private room - than you will enjoy this one for sure!
• Kristina (9/5): Nice quiet place - We prolonged our room, so I can just add to my first review that WiFi was working good, and each room has good balcony, quiet territory, really view on jungle is the best, I think we will stay here again! Was hard way to get there, there is 1 small road (car can not come), so all your luggage you have to take on your own, and on bike you can go through there but it is also hard, hope that hotel can take care of this, than it will be amazing)
