Thamer (4/5): I won't do it again - First thing you notice in tbilisi is people treatment are super bad specially if your from the middle east, the size of the room is great and it has two balconies and a living room, but it wasn't my room they gave it to me because they didnt clean my room by the time of check in, the room was hot AC is not properly working, hair on the bathroom floor, the second day wall paper started to peel off 😂 bottom line .. don't do it

I hope they can consider my point of view and try to deal perfectly with gust - The location as very good and the price was good I booked 2 room with king size bed but they gave us one room and the other one wasn’t available till 6 pm so bad not clean and the shower door was open to the bathroom . That room was not comfortable at all .

We enjoyed the views from the two patios, there are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby that we were able to visit. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast that the hotel provided was very convenient especially after a long night.I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

Michael (5/5): Acceptable 3-star; but definitely not a 4-star hotel. - Location is in the heart of a busy and vibrant street. There is a small park located behind the building that is quieter. The restaurant on the 10th floor had your basic serve-yourself fare - it was good enough for me. Hotel is walking distance to many coffee shops, restaurants, stores, etc. in the area that are worth exploring. It is not far from the river if you like to walk to the other side of Tbilisi. Otherwise, if you prefer to ride, the Bolt trips are generally short and cheap to pretty much any destination in the city. It is also close to the Metro station. If you prefer Halal food, the hotel appears to be in an area with many Halal offerings. The photographer for the hotel deserves an award - 4 star hotel in pictures, 3 star hotel in reality. Messaged the hotel 2x before our arrival (through Booking.com) inquiring about hotel pick-up service from the airport. Both messages went unanswered. Hotel lobby is dark and depressing, which is surprising considering the whole corner of the building is windows. No music playing in the lobby to make it feel 4 star, if you like that sort of thing. Felt a bit like a morgue. On arrival, the girl working the front desk didn't even greet us until I said something to her (aka. hospitality - none). In fairness, the guys were more pleasant to deal with. The room I booked is quoted as being on a "high floor". Nope - 2nd floor. You need an actual key to open the door - no big deal - but the room required a card to be placed in the card holder to access the power to the room. Reception forgot to give us that. The rooms are carpeted - I knew this going in as it is clear from the pictures. I regretted it once I walked in the room. Bit musty - thankfully, could open the windows. But the traffic noise is noticeable - windows open or closed (aka. not sure what their "soundproofing" encompasses); it's a busy street with lots of pedestrian activity. Lots of wear-and-tear, and stains, on the carpets. The bedding had torn holes in the sheet. When the room was cleaned (two times), the bedding was never replaced. You could tell because of the holes in the sheets. No stopper in the bathroom sink -don't drop your earring. The hand soap was the same as the shower gel. This "ambiance" light hiding behind the headboard was non-stop strobing. Also, I would expect a 4-star hotel to provide their guests with boxes of tissue. Lastly, the internet was spotty. If you need an internet connection to get work done, it was not reliable.

Several staff members were proficient in English, which facilitated communication. Overall, the quality of food and the hygiene standards of the establishment prior to my stay were satisfactory The accommodations are outdated, resulting in numerous water stains and inadequate noise cancellation, leading to poor voice isolation from external street noise. Additionally, the refrigerator did not function effectively for scheduling room service. There was a lack of variety in the breakfast menu, and the absence of a smart television option in my room was notably disappointing. Furthermore, my room was missing a set of court amenities.

The hotel is very sad boring and with no proper room service available there. First the breakfast in the hotel is either the leftover from yesterday's breakfast or frozen cold food or croissants. And there is nothing they can offer for breakfast. Room service is very slowm not many ppl check in the hotel so really dull. Not enough staff available in the hotel. We had to change our room due to bad heater and broken curtain. Don't stay in the hotel it is very disappointing.

Aleksandr (5/5): Not recommended - Good location. Easy to get. Good beds. The first room provided to us was filled with a very strong aroma. We found burnt holes on the curtains and suspected that a previous visitor had been smoking, with the hotel trying to hide the smoke using this aroma. Moreover, there were strange streaks on the ceiling, probably the consequence of flooding. The towels were of poor quality as they were torn at the edges. When I asked to replace the room, the hotel manager started offering me more expensive rooms instead. Finally, a room of the same category was provided which was acceptable except for the same towel quality and very used furniture.

saniye ece (8/5): - 3 gün ailem ile konakladım. Otelin konumu çok iyi, çalışanları oldukça yardımcı, odalar ve otelin geneli gayet temiz. Yataklar çok rahat. Tek kötü tarafı kahvaltısı hiç çeşit yok, elbette aç kalmıyorsunuz bir şekilde karnınız doyuyor ama çok kısıtlı bir açık büfe pek lezzetli olduğu da söylenenmez. Ama kahvaltı salonunun manzarası çok iyi 👍👍

Verified traveler (8/5): Jó, de egy kicsit igénytelen - A szállás jó helyen van és összességében jó színvonalú, de a hibák kijavítása és eltüntetése terén lehetne egy kicsit igényesebb. Értem ezalatt a kopások, beázások és más használati sérülések utáni javítások nagyon gagyi és csúnya kivitelezését. További negatívum a nagy üvegablakok zárjainak rossz működése és emiatt a szigetelés tökéletlensége. Mindezektől függetlenül jól éreztük magunkat, de valószínűleg a 100 méteres körzetben található két másik olcsóbb szálloda is ugyanilyen jó választás lett volna. A New Tiflis a minőséggel emelkedhetne ezek fölé, de pont e téren mutatta meg a gyengeségeit!
Yahya (2/5): the toilet stinks and very little good things to say about the hotel. - very normal place it stinks the bathroom smells very bad they should put chemicals to open up the drains. they’re very cheap with the coffee and they don’t clean the mugs well or anything well they just spill a bit of water of the cups and toilet. when we went in nobody welcomed us or took our bags not even open the door. it was very noisy i can hear the street like i am outside and lots of drunks are outside fighting so you’ll have bad sleeps. i was on high floors too and could hear everything bad noise cancelling.
Nikola (9/5): Nice hotel, good service, clean. - Great location It is not directly connected to staff, but the late check in (15:00) is making complication to peoples that landed early morning (mostly flights from Europe arrived between 02:00 and 05:00 in morning. Waiting from early morning to after noon on preparation room is huge suffering. Somehow they should adopt check outs and check in to flights.

Manal (10/5): Exceptional - I stayed at this hotel twice, and both experiences were quite positive. The rooms were nice and clean, and I appreciated that the bathrooms were equipped with bidets. The hotel's location is also a major plus, being conveniently near Al Arab Street, although it is a short walk away. Additionally, the staff were kind and helpful, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I found the hotel to be a great choice for its cleanliness, excellent location, and friendly service.
