- R (8/5): Good find for families - Great location a few steps away from the town centre which is packed with shops, restaurants, bars etc. The hotel itself is a 3* - the rooms (and bathrooms in particular) are a little outdated but the beds are comfortable enough. Quite a few things were missing in our kitchen but reception acted on it and replaced missing items. I think there should be a choice of whether or not they change your towels everyday as I find it a real waste and not eco friendly. No bath mat provided so we were using a hand towel. Kitchenette was really useful. Breakfast was very comprehensive and the hot food items varied day on day. Very decent food. Pool is a fab addition/bonus and we really enjoyed the 2 saunas. Bathrobes provided also great.

- graham (8/5): Great Stay - Beds were comfy and apartment was spacious and clean. The sofa bed was very basic so not very comfy though. Pool was small but sauna and massages were great
- Sarah (10/5): Great value for money and excellent location! - Apart Dream Hotel is basic but fantastic value for money being clean and brilliantly located for exploring Bansko and skiing just 5 -7 mins from the Gondola. If we were returning to Bankso, would definitely book again!
