• SACHIKO (8/5): 快適に過ごせたと思います。 - 新橋にしては、とても静かな住宅街でした。 寝具もとても、綺麗にセットされており、清潔感のある 寝具でした。 空気清浄機か？換気の音なのか？ 耳栓していても凄くうるさく、気になってしまい 中々寝付け無かった。 喫煙場所が無かったのが、不便でした。

• hirokazu (1/5): - 新橋にしては格安です 清掃スタッフが酷い、客質も最悪、女性客には勧めません、フロントが居ないので何か遭っても、助けはありませんので、ホテルの責任者もいい加減です、私がオートロックを空けた時に、一緒に、入った人が居たのでホテル責任者に通報しても対処は全くなし、下の部屋の人間は下着を部屋の前に散乱、ヤバい客が夜中彷徨いてました、このホテルは、お勧めしません

• Célio (8/5): - Le quartier animé de Shinbashi est top avec beaucoup de restaurants. L'endroit où se trouve l'auberge est calme. Les lits sont très confortables avec une couette épaisse. Dans l'ensemble c'était propre mais nous n'étions pas beaucoup. Loin de la station de métro quand on a une valise. Sans valise ça passe. Heureusement que les rideaux sont opaques car la lumière du couloir reste allumée toute la nuit. Le check in ne se fait qu'à partir de 16h...je suis arrivée à 9h et j'ai du laissé ma valise dehors...pas du tout pratique. Ça serait bien que l'on puisse rentrer pour mettre nos sacs en sécurité à l'intérieur.

• Taichi (9/5): - ホステルとして最低限のものは全部揃っていました。2000円強で泊まれることを考えても、すごいコスパで、満足です。トイレも綺麗で、シャワールームにはシャンプー•ボディソープなどのアメニティもついていました。 アメニティの説明のところにタオルも料金内でついていると書いてあるが、実際はレンタルで有料でした。ご自身でお持ちすることをお勧めします。

• Cedar (10/5): Worth the price, comfortable bed, quiet location. - Very worth the price. The beds were comfortable, all my belongings stayed safe. Good amenities, and it was pretty quiet. The location was a little hard to find at first. I had a hard time understanding the lock mechanism at the front door as well. It would have felt safer if our passwords to get it would be given via email/message instead of everyone’s names and passwords being put on paper on the door for everyone.

• Marie (7/5): 安く泊まれるのは魅力ですが、また利用したい気持ちは湧かなかったです。 - 東京でお値段が安く泊まれるところ 足を痛めてたので、言えば良かったのですが、下のベッドが指定できたら下の方が良かったと後悔しました。たまたま泊まった日にいびきがひどい方がいらっしゃって、他のお客様も迷惑されてる様子でした。

• Alessandra (3/5): - Posizione comoda, a 10 minuti dalla metro di shimbashi. Ostello sporco, se si può chiamare ostello, è una stanza con 28 letti e una sala comune senza niente. Non c'è posto per le valige quindi portate qualcosa per chiudere i lucchetti, io nom avevo la valigia ma lo zaino ho dovuto dormire nel letto con lui senza avere più spazio. Vero che in ostello si dorme e basta ma un minimo di comodità e pulizia fa sempre piacere.

• Ozawa (5/5): - 価格も手頃で新橋という立地で選びました。例えばお台場やビッグサイトに用事がある方は乗換不要の始発で行けます。 ドミトリータイプだから音を気にする方には相性が良くないです。 空気清浄機を使用して消臭対策もしていますが、海外の観光客の方が多いためか、香水のにおいが強かったです。

• Carlitos (1/5): Look for something else. - The only good thing was that it wasn’t that far from a train and metro station, everything else was bad. Constant smell, either to food or to sweat, there was no ventilation of the property and the kept the temperature up what didn’t help at all. The capsules didn’t have any ventilation either so every morning was getting up with a minor headache due to the lack of air inside those things. There’s no separation between the “eating area” and the capsule so say welcome any smell of food to the capsule. This was the only place in all of Japan that try to charge us for a towel. The manager started hammering the broken curtains of one of the capsules early in the morning while everyone was trying to sleep. Honestly this was the only place in Japan that made us feel uncomfortable.

It was quiet after 11pm which made it easy to relax and sleep after a long day around tokyo It is just outside tokyo which made easy to take the metro from shimbashi station anywhere. Easy self check in and out 😊 Cant put my finger on anything

• Airi (6/5): Affordable but only for one night - The whole property is tiny and cramped, but it had basic facilities, such as showers, fridge, water server. You cannot leave your luggage before check-in. You will be told to leave it in a tiny space between outside the entrance door and the lift.

I didnt realice that the hostel has staff. Was really hot inside espealy the bathroom.. The refrigerator was disgusting I cant use it.

• En (4/5): Disappointing - Good location, easy to reach from Tokyo and Shinbashi stations. You can check out as late as 11am. Everything apart from the toilets is in one room, so the common area can't really be used without disturbing people. I suffered two insect bites in bed. I came in spring, and it was too hot, even with air conditioning.
• Catie (3/5): Poor - Only saw a staff member once. There was no separate bunk rooms. The hostel had an open layout. It made it look like a dog kennel honestly. It was super small. Facility and amenities were bad. The tiny lounge room was full of everyone’s suitcases. They don’t turn the ceiling down lights off at night so it’s super hard to fall asleep. Don’t go here
