• Mohamed (1/5): - Our experience in AV Residency is Horrible.. SOMEONE FROM AV RESIDENCY STOLE OUR MOBILE.. MOBILE SWITCHED OFF.. BUT STAFF AND MANAGER ARE NOT SUPPORTED WELL TO FIND OUT.. PEOPLE WHO THINK TO CONSIDER THIS HOTEL, BETTER STAY AWAY. And protect your Things..

• Sonal (4/5): Okay for staying 1-2 days - The location of the place is good and the room was clean and decently big. Toilet was clean and one can get hot water and TV have enough number of English and Hindi channels so one can watch something and not be just reduced to only watching Malayalam channels. Room service was okayish, though it could be better. The breakfast deal is a scam. They only provided one dish from Puri Subzi, Idli or Dosa. You don't get a choice of bread, butter and eggs or any other choice. They get the breakfast from a nearby restaurant so it is not like you can get what you want for breakfast kind of deal. The other thing which is extremely annoying was that there was no phone in the room so one had to keep going to the counter or call them on your own phone to the reception for any request you had in the room. They don't even have a bell one can ring. The hotel should have a phone to call the reception or housekeeping staff for convenience. Also, the hotel doesn't have spoons so if you order food from outside, they will give you a plate but no spoon.

• Shini (9/5): Good one with affordable rate... - Breakfast was good but was little late... Location was good... Breakfast was not served in the room.. We had to go to the hotel from where they get the breakfast. But it was tasty.

• Fathima (1/5): Nasty - Nothing Bathroom is too small and unclean. No car parking space. Surrounding area was flooded due to 4-5 hours of rain and we got stuck here. No break fast available as mentioned in the booking.com site. Bedsheets and blankets were shabby and untidy.
