• Desirèe (10/5): Relax pace e tranquillità, una vera coccola! - Il servizio è stato ottimo da parte dei proprietari davvero una gentilezza unica e pronti a rendere il soggiorno perfetto. La pace e la tranquillità che ci ha trasmesso il luogo sono stati divini. Per l’occasione del concerto a cui abbiamo partecipato la proprietà ci ha regalato una bottiglia di vino assolutamente gradito il gesto. È stato un weekend perfetto e stiamo già progettando per tornare per goderci altri momenti di relax.

• Anamaria (9/5): - The apartment is clean, quiet, beautiful, comfortable mattress. The garden is very beautiful, too bad we arrived after they closed the pool. Very close to Florence and the Chianti area. Easily accessible. We had a bit of difficulty finding the key (we got there after check in time). It would have been nice to get some of the information in advance via email, like the map of the place. Everything else was great. It was weird to be asked to take our own trash out. Not to mention the toilet paper rule. It costs next to nothing, why wouldn’t you just provide it?
• ABDULLAH (8/5): لن تشعر بالندم لانه من الخيارات الجيدة في فلورنسا ، عوضا عن غرفها وفنادقها الضيقة .. - موظفة الاستقبال أليساندرا كانت محترفة في التعامل ولديها سعة بال، الفندق في مكان آمن ولديهم ابواب وتأمين عالي .. كما انه الوصول الية ليس صعبا ، اللندق يقع في مكان مرتفع وجيد لمن يرغب في زيارة فلورنسا وبعدها في زيارة بعض الارياف القريبه في اقليم توسكانا .. كان هناك موطفا او مالكا لاحد العقارات ، كان شخصية لطيفه للغاية وشخص مضياف وحسن الخلق ، بلكونة الغرفه رقم 38 كانت واسعة ، - عليك ان تفهم انه هذا ليس فندقا هوه عبارة عن شقق للايجار ويتم ادارتها من قبل مُشغل ، (لن تحصل على تنظيف يومي ) كما انه كفنادق أرياف اوروبا لا يوجد من يساعدك على حمل الحقائب على الرغم من انه المسافه قريبه بين موقف السياره وبين الغرفة .. - لا توجد مراوح شفط في دورة المياة .. - لم استمتع بالطبخ لانه المطبخ مقابل لسرير النوم

Размер квартиры отличный, балкон просто шикарный, вид великолепный. В квартире есть все необходимое. Кухня полностью укомплектована. Рядом с отелем есть неплохой ресторан. • Christa (8/5): Heel fijn verblijf - Ruime appartementen, veel opbergruimte en echt schoon! Onwijs groot balkon met twee verschillende zitjes. Oven aanwezig en zelfs een vaatwasser. Bedden ook heel fijn! De badkamer kon wel een vernieuwing gebruiken. Alles werkte prima, maar was wat verouderd.
• Lorena (10/5): Schöne Unterkunft in der Nähe von Florenz - Schöne Unterkunft an guter Lage, mit dem Auto etwa 20 Minuten nach Florenz. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Die Wohnung ist gross und hat alles was man für den Urlaub braucht, inklusive Küche, grossen Balkon und tolle Poolanlage. Ausserdem war die Waschmaschine und der kleine Fitnessraum ein toller Zusatz. Wir kommen wieder! Leider hat es kein Restaurant o.ä. in der Unterkunft oder in Gehnähe, so dass man auf ein Auto angewiesen ist.

• Nico_6 (9/5): In Chianti come a casa 🏡🍷 - Struttura in posizione privilegiata sulle colline del Chianti, parcheggio privato, l'accoglienza dello staff compresa quella del padrone di casa che si è dimostrato affabile e premuroso. Ci hanno fatto sentire letteralmente come a casa! Appartamento pulito ed ordinato e colazione semplicemente al top! Assenza zanzariere nell'appartamento.

• soapzero (8/5): Bel posto, ma non ho dormito bene - Ho apprezzato molto la piscina. Il titolare è stato molto gentile e accogliente. La posizione è un pregio per chi cercasse un contesto di questo genere: zona verdeggiante sulle colline poco fuori Firenze. Ho trovato i letti un po' scomodi, ma soprattutto non ci sono zanzariere alle finestre. D'estate ci sono molte zanzare e per dormire con la finestra aperta è necessario utilizzare il vaporizzatore anti-zanzare, che ti danno loro, ma che non è consigliabile lasciare acceso tutta la notte.

Bliskosc ulicy czasem przeszkadzala na tarasie, ale w nocy super cicho i spokojnie. Na duzy plus - opcja zrobienia prania w cenie pokoju - trzeba miec swoj srodek pioracy. Wyposazenie pokoju bardzo w porzadku. Lozka wygodne. Widac ze osrodek lata swietnosci ma za soba, ale nam to absolutnie nie przeszkadzalo. Byloby super gdyby na tarasie byly tez lezaki, nie tylko stol i krzesla.

The entire domain is very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpfull. The breakfast is amazing, I definetely recommend it as its one of the best we ever had. The pastries and the fresh fruits were delicious and the coffee as well. The pool is great as well, they clean it up every day.
• Lars (7/5): Eine ordentliche Unterkunft in der typischen toskanischen Landschaft - Die Unterkunft war sehr geräumig und auch sehr sauber. Die Ausstattung war vollkommen ausreichend und die große Terrasse war sehr schön. Die Anlage ist grundsätzlich etwas in die Jahre gekommen und äußerlich könnte etwas mehr Pflege nicht schaden aber im Großen und Ganzen hat alles gepasst.

Appartamento spazioso dotato di una terrazza molto grande attrezzata con divani e tavoli. C'è la piscina ma noi non l'abbiamo usata perché abbiamo preferito visitare oltre a Firenze anche Siena etc Purtroppo le finestre sono sprovviste di zanzariere ed era PIENO di zanzare quindi non abbiamo potuto usufruire della terrazza ma siamo stati in casa (per fortuna eravamo sempre in giro) con il condizionatore acceso e le finestre rigorosamente chiuse. I filtri dei condizionatori erano sporchi ma l'appartamento nel complesso era molto pulito.

• Christian (9/5): - Schöne und sehr saubere Wohnanlage mit grosszügigem Pool. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und nahe an Florenz gelegen. Wir hatten ein Familienappartement und waren rundum zufrieden. Könnten uns gut vorstellen, nächste Jahr wieder eine Wohnung in der Residenz zu buchen. Nichts.
• Vincent (8/5): Très agréable et apaisant - Très bien situé, à l'écart de Florence,grande terrasse et une belle piscine, employés souriant et très sympathiques, très bon petit déjeuner Il aurait été plus agréable d'avoir une télé connectée dans l'appartement, et peut être des horaires d'ouverture/fermeture plus large concernant la piscine
