Verified traveler (4/5): - Property was poorly maintained and not cleaned. We waited 40 minutes for a representative from Espresso to turn up with the keys although we had agreed a time. Handles were hanging off, dishwasher door was broken, balcony was littered with old cigarette ends, crockery was filthy, wifi didn't work when we arrived etc etc. We were promised rectification, but only the wifi was reconnected.
