- Melissa LD (10/5): Classy, comfortable, and a great location - The location is fantastic, especially if you're going to the Spectrum Center. It's upscale without feeling pretentious, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The elevator situation was atrocious. It waited about 15 minutes to get an elevator to the front desk. Then we waited another 10 minutes to get an elevator to our floor. We took the stairs down to the street level when leaving and used them again when we got back. It was faster to walk up and down 10+ flights of stairs than wait for the elevator.

I cannot believe the way that the supervisor Eric spoke to the female colleagues to try to intimidate them and belittle them was disgusting. I’mcalling for a demotion or a sensitivity class as this was not a great case of workplace value, please be a man and treat your women respect instead of trying to be witty. I would hate if you had a daughter.

The rooftop bar was nice with a beautiful view. Look at your receipt - they automatically add gratuity. Hotel is in a good location. Our room only had shampoo and conditioner, no soap or lotion - but hey, there was a sewing kit. 🤣 We’ve previously stayed at the Marriott City Center and favored it over this one. The price range was not that huge of a difference.

- jahla (8/5): - it was a good stay (3 nights), great location especially if you are going to a hornets game. i needed fresh towels + wash cloths, i asked on 2 different days. the first day i called down to the front desk they stated someone will be right up to give them to us, waited for hours and nobody came. we so happened to see housekeeping cleaning another room and gave us some off the cart. another day we stopped by the front desk, she also stated they will have someone bring them to our room, again waited and nobody came. we saw another housekeeper and asked her she mentioned she didn't have any on her cart but told another housekeeper and said she will bring them to our room, waited AGAIN & still nobody came.

- Amy (8/5): Hotel itself was nice, little over priced. - The hotel is located right across the Spectrum Center, walk over to event. Walking distance of lots of restaurants. From desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Getting in and out of the parking garage can get bottlenecked at times and the elevators were ridiculously slow. You could smell the use of weed from the people hanging outside around the hotel every time we left and came back.
- melviras2016 (2/5): Charged for nothing - We did not stay at this hotel. There was a big mistake when making the reservation. Instead of Charleston SC, the app Bon Voy showed hotels in Charlotte. Noticing that, we cancelled nine minutes after. Next thing, we contacted the hotel by phone explaining the error and although we have proof of these nine minutes interval for cancelling, they charged us $ 218,00. Disappointed. We have been Bon Voy elite members for many years.

I prepaid before arriving with Affirm and then was charged again at check in. I spoke with staff inperson and on the phone several times and no one seems to find both payments. I am fully disappointed that this issue couldn't be easily resolved. Right now I am out of up to 6 hundred dollars.

The fridge only two very small bottles of water as a complimentary drink and there’s a no smoking policy but I kept smelling weed from the room next door.

I liked the decor of the hotel. The energy seemed calm and nice , and the staff members were pleasant as well. The only thing I didn’t like was the shower. The water pressure was very low and the water was lukewarm. It never got hot. And $330 for one night at a hotel was definitely overpriced but … what isn’t overpriced these days I guess. Other than that. No complaints.

- Michele (10/5): our stay was lovely, everyone was beyond sweet, helpful and kind, loved the restaurant on the roof - we did not go to breakfast. the check lobby girls Chloe, Jasmine and Jayline (not sure if spelled correctly) was beyond sweet and hospitable! They definitely deserve a shout out, made us feel so welcomed! Also, our server Chloe in the rooftop bar was just phenomenal! She was so so kind and attentive, as well as informative! We will stay here again confusion with self parking. we had trouble trying to figure out where to go to get into the hotel once we parked

- Markeya (10/5): Excellent you won't be disappointed in your stay - Stepping in to the property almost seemed luxurious. It smelled amazing. The staff was very helpful and patient. I had just booked my room through a 3rd party and the reservation was not showing on the hotel's end. The staff was very diligent in continuing the search- very pleasant- she held a great conversation while waiting for the reservation to show. The room was amazing, beds were comfortable. I love the different restaurants within the hotel and those that were near in walking distance The lighting- the lights are always so low and dim even in the bathroom.
