Viacheslsv (6/5): До цього часу завжди не замислювались над алльтернативними варіантами. Наступного разу може і варто спробувати щось інше - Тихо, чисто, близько до аеропорту. Не сподобалось те, що персонал готелю не дочекавшись нашого приїзду, спробував списати кошти с картки 3 рази, та скасувати нашу бронь. Із-за евакуації Укрзалізниці на шляху до Хельму, нам довелось запізнитись на 5 годин, що було мʼяко кажучи не дуже приємно. Бо ще було потрібно своїми силами діставатись до Варшави. А тут ще таке з боку готелю. І не було би так сумно, якщо хочаб була спроба з нами звʼязатись (у наш час вистачає варіантів як це зробити), та задати питання - чи будемо ми, чи щось трапилось. Виглядає не клієнторієнтовано.

Olga (10/5): Дуже сподобалось - Готель має зручне розташування. Поруч аеропорт і до центру міста теж зручно добратись. Шумоізоляція в номерах чудова. Привітний персонал, смачні сніданки, чистий і сучасний номер. Якщо не хочеться нікуди йти з готелю - то сауна, басейн, спа і спортзал до ваших послуг.

Jacob911 (8/5): Perfect location, missing details. - The hotel is honestly quite reasonable overall. Modern, efficient, and for an early morning flight from Warsaw Airport, the location is almost unbeatable. That’s probably also why the hotel doesn’t really need to try too hard - guests simply have very little alternative if they want to stay this close. The atmosphere feels slightly corporate and emotionless, but acceptable for one night. What really annoyed me were the small details that should never happen in a five-star hotel. Empty conditioner and shampoo bottles in the bathroom. Not a tragedy, of course - but exactly these small things separate proper standards from “good enough.” In luxury hospitality, guests should not need to notice what staff forgot to check. Overall, convenient and comfortable enough for airport purposes. Just don’t expect much personality behind the polished lobby.

Magdalena (7/5): Odradzam starszym osobom - Hotel idealny w przypadku porannych lotów. Wygodne łóżko. Hotel jest nieprzystosowany do osób starszych. Obsługa nie posługuje się językiem polskim. Wszystkie włączniki światła są dostępne tylko z panelu opisanego małymi literkami również wyłącznie w języku angielskim. W pokoju nie ma wody mineralnej, trzeba chodzić do oddalonego dystrybutora.

Ihor (9/5): Відмінний аеропортовий готель - Чудові великі кімнати зі зручними матрацами, чистота у приміщеннях. Швидкий інтернет. Чудова і дуже смачна їжа. Дружній і добре вишколений персонал. Ivanna (8/5): Great location for travelers, a bit expensive, staff could be more friendly. - I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a great experience. The biggest advantage is the location — it’s right next to the airport, which is very convenient. The hotel is modern and comfortable, with excellent facilities. The sauna, pool, and gym are all great. The rooms are very clean, housekeeping does a great job, and the breakfasts are delicious with a good variety of food. On the downside, the hotel is quite expensive, and the staff could be a bit more friendly and welcoming. Also, there was no coffee machine in the room, which I expected for this price level.

Halyna (10/5): - Мені сподобалося: - Заселили в номер раніше вказаного часу на сайті. На сайті був вказаний час заселення 15:00. Я приїхала з України автобусом о 06:00 ранку (так як ніколи не передбачиш скільки часу проведеш на митниці),та літак через сутки, тому очікувала в аеропорту до 13:00 і пішла в готель. Мені не відмовили в заселили. За що дуже вдячна. - Готель знаходиться рядом з аеропортом. У мене літак був виліт о 06:00, тому потрібно було години за три до польоту іти до аеропорту. Не потрібно користуватися таксі. - Шумоізоляція номеру, мене не турбували звуки літаків. - Номер мав кондиціювання повітря в номері, яке регулює температуру повітря на опалення, бо на вулиці було дуже холодно, хоча це кінець квітня. Не сподобалося: - Відсутня була інформація, як підключитися до інтернету WI-FI. - Погано регулювалася вода в крані. Чомусь спочатку вода в крані умивальника в ванній кімнаті регулювалася від холодної до гарячої, а потім перестала і бігла тільки дуже гаряча. - Не забезпечено питною водою. В номері на столі стояв електричний чайник, а де взяти питну воду не відомо? В коридорі та холі не побачила кулера з питною водою.
