The Atmosphere was super and ambient. It gave good vibes that I loved including the rooftop swimming and bar. The bar was super. The rooms were spacious large and excellent. It gave a peaceful environment. The value for the money I paid was worth it for the excellent service that I got. High standards of cleanliness were observed within the hotel, rooms and rooftop. I felt I could eat my food from the floor. The noise level were very low. Actually, I felt it was silent for my liking despite being on the road. The music was soothing and played across the common area but in a low level. I loved their swimming pool and spa and rooftop bar. The dining experience was super with adequate meals. The service given by the staff was excellent. I would esp like to make a special mention to the manager who recieved us and Miss BOII who also welcomed us in a very special way that I felt ecstatic. They treated us aa family during our stay and all our issues were promptly resolved within seconds if not minutes. that's how fast they are

The Geust Ambassador also checked in with me regularly until chekout to ensure everything was comfortable, which i turly appreciated. Whenever i needed anything, the staff responded promptly and effieiently. I also enjoyed the breakfast, as the menu changed slightly each day, making it somthing to look forward to. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and i would definitely love to stay here again.

ConorM38 (10/5): Wonderful Experience - I stayed here for two weeks in March 2026 and I cannot praise this hotel enough. I was in Bangalore on a work trip, my first visit to India. From checking in at 7am on a Sunday to checking out at 3am on a Saturday, and everything in between, my stay was exceptional. The amenities in the hotel were amazing, but the service and hospitality I received were on another level. The staff were absolutely fantastic in every aspect of the hotel. I felt so safe, relaxed, comfortable and welcomed at all times. It is really not fair to call out individuals but in this case I have to. I tried to remember as many names as I could, so to all the staff please don’t feel offended if I haven’t mentioned you 🙏 To Parakshit and all his staff at the Hebbal Cafe and B’lore 45 for their warm and friendly service, company and suggestions. Big shout out to all the chefs for the varied and excellent food. Special mention to Saraswati and Siraj for being amazing. All the staff at Nazaara for the relaxed environment and great drinks, the ladies at Glazed for the beautiful coffee & biscuits, superb housekeeping services and the guys who managed our access to the property on a daily basis. We used a lot of Ubers! Also to Boii, who kept in touch throughout my stay making sure everything was as good as it could possibly be. Everything outside the hotel a complete mess with so much construction under way, no walking distance access to anything and going for a walk was near impossible

Bathroom esp shower area cuz the water outflow was very slow and it hadn't drained even the next morning. The blinds that were supposed to cover the shower view from the bedroom weren't working and the AC too wasn't working until I called the technician and had it repaired. Didn't expect this from the Marriott hotel chain.

The hotel’s location close to Manyata Tech Park made the transition incredibly smooth and convenient. The room was comfortable, well-appointed, and consistently maintained. A special appreciation to the housekeeping team — Suresh Babu and Aghil — for their warm and attentive service. They were always proactive and ensured everything was perfectly arranged throughout my stay. The dining experience was equally impressive. The breakfast spread had ample variety, and the service staff were genuinely courteous. I would especially like to acknowledge Manjeet from the dining team, who went the extra mile to prepare food suitable for my infant. His thoughtfulness made a meaningful difference to our stay. Live music added to the festivity. Buffet spread was amazing, being a Sunday lunch, with live counters. Crisyl at Mariott took care of all the requests from the hosts and ensured the occasion was memorable for both hosts and the guests. Highly recommend for similar parties.
