MACHT EUREN TRAUM URLAUB AUF BALI MIT DIESER UNTERKUNFT NICHT ZUR HÖLLE! Wir haben 5 Tage gebucht nach 2 Tagen abgereist. Wir wollten eine Rückerstattung allerdings hat man gesagt wir sollen das über die Plattform machen und man hat gar nicht gefragt warum und weshalb wir früher abreisen. Das Frühstück ist extrem schlecht und sehr sehr langsam. Die Mitarbeiter arbeiten extrem langsam und es gibt während dem Frühstück kein Besteck, kein Geschirr und kein Brot. Das Hotel ist komplett veraltet und die Mitarbeiter extrem unfreundlich. Die Zimmer gehen auch gar nicht weil die Renovierungen brauchen. Für den Preis ist das sehr sehr schlecht! WIR KOMMEN GANZ BESTIMMT NICHT MEHR ZU EUCH.

Просторный и чистый номер, удобно расположен - достаточно ужален от шумной улицы и при этом за три минуты можно добраться на велосипеде в самый эпицентр веселья на Травангане. Завтрак на самом деле был простой, лично порекомендую “Carpe Diem”.

• C (10/5): Traumhaft - Wir haben uns extrem wohlgefühlt! Das Resort ist sehr gemütlich und verfügt über zwei einladende Pools. An unserer Hütte hat uns besonders das Bad gefallen, da es nach hinten offen ist und einem das Gefühl gegeben hat Draußen zu sein. Die Fahrradausleihe war super entspannt und das Personal sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Der TV ging nicht, aber das war kein Problem auf Gili T

De zwembaden zijn ook erg mooi. Verder wordt de kamer elke dag schoongemaakt en krijg je nieuwe handdoeken en water. Het bed was helaas erg verouderd: de matrassen zijn volledig ingedeukt in een U-vorm en echt aan vervanging toe. Ook het ontbijt viel tegen; de prijs was veel te hoog voor wat er werd aangeboden.

They are very accommodating and helpful, and always available on What’s App for assistance. The lumbungs are so cute and have everything you need. I will definitely stay here again.

• Sarah (10/5): Exceptional - One of our favourite places that we stayed on our trip around SE Asia. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the bungalow was great. We were there in low season so it was very quiet, but meant that the staff upgraded us to a bigger bungalow. The breakfast was the best that we had in Indonesia with a choice of eggs, mee goreng, fresh fruit etc. We ended up staying for an extra two nights as we were so relaxed. The bathroom is outside so there were a few mozzies but that's all part of island living. The shower pressure was great. Would have loved a fridge in the room but not a big deal as there was a shop to buy cold water opposite the property entrance which we used to top up our metal water bottles.

Mosquitoes in the toilet and room. and insects. this was an issue with just my room and not with my friends, so i guess, where the room is makes a difference. (Room 7)... Its kind of expected for the insects from the room design and location, but not something one gets used to if staying in a resort/villa.

• Demi (9/5): A paradisal stay on a paradisal island - First of all. The name 'Paradesa' is absolutely suitable to this place. It's really an idyllic and heavenly stay, which we really enjoyed. The staff of Paradesa Villa is exceptionally kind. There's always someone at the reception which gives you a really safe feeling, even during the night time. Properties are very clean and also the room gets cleaned everyday (new towels, changing of the bins, new toilet paper and water bottles etc.). What we liked most were the swimming pools. There are two large pools available. Most of the time we were the only ones swimming, which felt very luxurious. The room was good. We really liked the shower outside. There was hot water available, the room was clean and the bed was good. There was a really strange and strong smell in our outside bathroom. We only stayed for four days, we were very busy and very content with the place so we didn't make a point of it and just enjoyed our time. Thinking back I should have brought it to the staff's notice, so that they would be aware. I'm sure they would have done something about it immediately.

• Catharina (10/5): Lovely resort with nice staff - We loved this place so much that we extended our stay for two nights. The cottages are simple but spacious and there is a very nice pool right in front. The location is a 7 min walk from the port and we actually quite liked it to have a hotel a bit away from the busy beach and party area, while at the same time be close enough to get back quick after dinner or a party. The outside shower provides hot water and the ac was good. We especially really liked the staff! Very lovely people, always ready to help and answer our questions! The location is quite close to a mosque that woke us up at 04:30 am. So good earplugs are useful.

The cabin was very nice, with a big outdoor bathroom. The staff was very accommodating, also beforehand, when we asked about transport from Lombok airport. Breakfast was plentiful. Laundry place across the road. Even rented bicycles The location. It was quite of a walk to the main harbour/beaches/nightlife area

Bike hire was simple, staff are friendly The breakfast was quite basic, but certainly does the job. The location, although not bad, was a little further from the strip than we thought it would be.

• Rachael (6/5): Quiet place out of town, could get similar for cheaper - The room was clean, quiet and had everything I needed. The aircon worked well and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom is very basic with limited (but not) water from the shower. The pool was welcome after walking in the heat of the day to the hotel from the boat! I had read on other reviews this properly made an effort to make it a social place to stay. As a solo traveller I was hoping to meet other people but during my stay this was not the case. If you're a couple or family this won't be an issue. The staff were nice and polite but I found the property overpriced for its location and facilities. The property itself was fine, a little far away from the main centre but this can be a good thing to avoid noise from the bars etc. I would definitely recommend hiring a bike to shorten the distance but not from the hotel, the bike I hired from the people they use had terrible breaks and when I asked if they could swop the bike or fix it when I wanted to hire for another day they just splashed water on the breaks so went elsewhere for day 2!

• Lucas (5/5): Passable - Location is great, only around 10 minutes walking distance from the harbour. And please walk! The horses on Gili Trawangang are NOT living their best life. They are used all day for transporting luggage, construction material, food and so on. Some of the horses we encountered were shaking, drewling out of exhaustion(I assume) and I even saw one with a tear running down from it's eye. No, I am not saying it is easy to change this, since the transport options are very limited. But it does not make this ok! These are not even strong working horses, some of them looks like ponys. Sorry, a little side note, that has nothing to do with Paradesa Villa. The villas are really cozy, but not on the best condition. Super comfortable beds, great new air condition and awesome pools! However some of the madrasses on the sunbeds by the pools are covered in bird shit or torn open. It pains me to say, but this place has some of the worst coffee I have tasted in my life. I like strong black coffee, but this was almost like tar, and looked like it had been standing there for several hours. You have to lower your expectations when it comes to the breakfast. They have thick pancakes which are hard to cut, the whitest bread without any nutrition whatsoever, the classic indonesian style breakfast(which is not my taste), watermelon and papaya which was fine. Also peanut butter, chocolate and various jams. Maybe go out and eat breakfast, if you are hear for many days.
• lunkne (6/5): Great pools and friendly staff, but poor breakfast. - Great pools and cozy bungalows. Very friendly staff. Fast check in and check out. However, the breakfast here is not very good. Probably the worst coffee, I have ever tasted. Maybe it's just me, but it was so black(and I like black coffee!), but here I met my match. Almost as thick as tar. Pancakes very thick and hard to cut into, croissants dry and the bread was dry and not very nutritious. The towels were often not clean. I guess value for money here is ok.

We didn’t really like the breakfast.. although they did their best with providing multiple choices, most things (juice, coffee, pastries) were not really tasty in our opinion. Also, they encourage you to reuse your towels for environmental considerations (which we think is good), but they still took our towels even though we didn’t put them on the ground.

To go to the sunset part of the island is a bit of a trip on a bike. Not very comfortable being a family with two little kids. But we enjoyed it anyway :-)

• Suellen (8/5): Very good - The villa is beautiful, specially outside. It’s well maintained and properly cleaned. The staff are super helpful. The toilet seat should be changed, because has a lot of stains and give the impression that is dirty. The towels are very very thin and have some stains, that brings the same feeling that are not cleaned. This is a fact in almost all the island, the sound of the Muslim prayers are quite disturbing if you are a light sleeper. The breakfast needs some improvement. There was something that looked like pancake, but the texture were totally off, the jams way too artificial.

Small inconveniences in the form of poor WiFi coverage, no fridge and kettle in the room. But drinks can be cooled in the fridge at the pool bar.
• Jack (9/5): Superb - Really enjoyed my 2 nights stay at Paradesa. Booked last minute due to an unexpected change of plans and to be honest I wish we’d had a bit longer here! There are 2 pools, both are lovely. Our room was great, loved staying in the cabins with the semi-outdoor bathroom. Staff are pleasant, hospitable and always there if you need something. Quick note on the location.. it’s a bit far from the beach if you’re walking (by Gili T standards) but this makes the property quiet at night which we loved!! We had 4 nights on Gili T before staying here, with much disrupted sleep due to the nearby mosques. We could still here them at Paradesa but much quieter which made our stay more comfortable. Shower had an odd smell sometimes. Maybe water quality or limescale, fairly standard on small tropical islands.
