From the moment you walk through the property, everything has a calm, polished rhythm to it. Palm trees swaying outside, ambient music floating through the courtyard, and staff who seem to anticipate what you need before you even ask. The whole place hums quietly instead of shouting luxury. The atmosphere was easily one of the highlights. The adults-only setting gave the hotel a relaxed sophistication that worked perfectly for long dinners, late cocktails, and slow mornings. At night, the energy around the Nobu Plaza comes alive without ever becoming chaotic. It feels social and elegant at the same time, like a very well-dressed secret. The rooms were beautifully designed: minimalist but warm, with subtle Japanese touches blended into the Mediterranean setting. The bed was dangerously comfortable, the lighting thoughtful, and the terrace became my favorite spot for coffee in the morning and wine at night. Everything felt intentional, right down to the scent in the hallways. Service throughout the stay was exceptional. Every interaction felt genuine rather than scripted, which is increasingly rare in luxury hotels. The team was attentive, fast, and incredibly polished without being stiff. The amenities and location also make this place special. You’re steps from incredible restaurants, close to the beach, and perfectly positioned for both relaxation and Marbella nightlife. And of course, the Nobu restaurant itself absolutely delivers. Dinner there felt less like a meal and more like an event. What impressed me most was how balanced the entire experience felt. Luxury without pretension. Energy without noise. Design without coldness. Nobu Marbella gets that balance exactly right, and it’s the kind of hotel that quietly ruins average hotels for you afterward.

We were greeted with such a beautiful smile and kind nature by Gigi from reception. We felt so looked after felt all staff went above and beyond, this means a lot to us and always influences whether we want to come back to a hotel. We wouldn’t hesitate to book this hotel again and loved it so much we will try to come back next month.

Customer service was outstanding especially Matteo who checked us in and Michael, the porter who helped us with our bags and remembered us every day. He was very kind and helpful saying hello to us by name every day. He always gave us great advice on where to go and how to get there. The hotel itself has 19 food establishments and even though we were there a week, we only ate at 5 of them and each one was fantastic. Overall this place is excellent on every level.

The Nobu pool is amazing and the new Nobu by the beach was perfect for lunch and afternoon cocktails. This time was definitely our favourite so much so we’re looking forward to returning in June!
- Jeebop73 (10/5): Amazing Hotel, amazing staff - What a beautiful hotel. The whole place really has a 'village' feel to it. The staff were all amazing and couldn't do enough for us. The starts at reception and is followed throughout by the room cleaners, bar staff, breakfast team, bell boys etc, nothing was too much. The room we had was superb, very spacious and clean and it had everything we needed. The WhatsApp was perfect too, the team respond very quickly. The location is perfect as we love to walk to all areas. It's halfway between Puerto Banus and the old town and a really pleasant walk along the beachfront. The Noise level may be too much in the room we had for some people, but we love the atmosphere, so it was great for us. The final thing would be huge Thank You to the Guest Experience team who really did make our stay complete. As it was my wife's Birthday and our 20th Anniversary, they laid on Champagne, macaroons and cake which were all delicious, it really did make out day.

We came as three couples and everything from start to finish was flawless. The atmosphere is upscale but still relaxed, the service is top-tier, and the entire property feels like it’s designed for a perfect getaway. The rooms were beautiful, the energy around the resort was amazing, and being right in the middle of everything made it even better. Of course, the food at Nobu speaks for itself—easily some of the best we’ve had. Whether you’re going as a couple or with a group like we did, this place delivers on every level. - elliottg2024 (10/5): Total luxury & foodie heaven experience - A brilliant 2 night stay on the 21st and 22nd of April celebrating a special anniversary with my wife. The resort is a one of a kind experience, with great rooms surrounding a network of tree / plant lined walkways and streams leading to the beach, with an amazing collection of the finest bars & restaurants to suit all tastes. The room we had (A24) was huge with a great balcony and 1st class amenities as expected from the Nobu brand. The resort has 3 pools, with 1 reserved just for Nobu hotel guests, and a Six Senses spa. Every guest experience team member we encountered was super friendly and professional, really taking care of us and making us feel so welcomed and spoilt. Special thanks to the GM, Santiago Rodriguez for ensuring our stay was so memorable, it was very much appreciated! We had amazing weather with sunny days around 25º with cooler mornings and evenings. Mornings started with a run along the beach front (a 40 min walk in either direction will you get you to Marbella old town, or Puerto Banus), then a short workout in one of the best and most stylish gyms we have ever used. Then follows the start of the foodie journey, with an amazing breakfast at El Pimpi, which has an excellent breakfast spread of all we could want. Afternoons were spent at the pool, with snacks and drinks, getting us ready for the difficult choice of which top class dining experience to have that evening. I just wish we had more than a week that would be needed to visit every single one! Totally recommend a stay here for a completely relaxing, food heaven and pampered experience! Seen some reviews saying the noise from the bars and clubs is too loud, but that is not the experience we had. If anything, any noise from the outlets just improved the ambiance as the resort has a unique buzz and vibe! We definitely plan to visit again

- 404matthiasr (10/5): Something REALLY special - even more glamour for Marbella - We had four wonderful days at the Nobu Marbella. From the very beginning at check-in, we were given a fantastic room. Housekeeping was friendly and the rooms were very clean. The entire property is a dream—a true Garden of Eden. In the evenings, the atmosphere is lively, almost like a stylish promenade where there’s always something to see. The large number of restaurants and well-known brands makes choosing both difficult and exciting at the same time. And the breakfast—this has now taken the number one spot for us worldwide. What truly stands out again and again is the amazing staff: friendly, attentive, and genuinely warm—simply wonderful. Just below the hotel, you can walk left or right along a beautiful, relaxed path by the sea. Nobu Marbella is absolutely worth a visit. Only there can you truly experience what it means to “see and be seen” in such a delightful way. We don’t know of any comparable place that offers so much. We will definitely be back—this is truly a highlight and makes Marbella even more exclusive than it already is. Many thanks to the entire team!
- Erdem (1/5): This place is not a hotel stay away - I think i liked nothing. Nothing was good as its price. This place really overrated. This place is definitely NOT a hotel. You could call it a nightclub or a restaurant, but it is certainly not a hotel worth the money. I stayed here for 4 nights with my family, and we couldn't rest peacefully even for a single night. There was loud music and noise every day until 4 AM. The restaurants aren't that great either, but if you really want to see them, just visit as an outside guest. There is no special treatment or advantage for hotel guests anyway

- 669molliec (10/5): Unforgettable - This is my second time staying here as it is absolutely one of the best hotels . By far . The details in the hotel and the amount of places to go to eat . It is just beautiful and everyone should experience it . The staff are so helpful and the room was kept on top of and cleaned to a very high standard . The location is perfect you can just walk down to the beach . Also we walked into Porto banus which only took 30 mins . There was no noise and had a very classy feel . The breakfast was also lovley you get a menu and can order as much as you want . The meals we had there were all 5 star . You definitely get what you pay for . I will be visiting again. I love Nobu x

The location is probably the best you could get in Marbella, and the hotel is beautifully landscaped and laid out. The staff were all super kind and helpful. The vibe at the restaurants and common areas make it feel alive at all times. We would certainly stay here again.

- Anke (8/5): Leider keine 5 Sterne wert - Sehr nettes Personal an Rezeption, Fahrer, Housekeeping! Schöne Lage am Meer . Man ist direkt bei den Restaurants. Leckeres Frühstück. Schöne Grünanlage und geschmackvoller Eingangsbereich. Das Hotel ist wie ein Feriendorf angelegt, nicht besonders leise. Zum Frühstück musste man ein paar Minuten zum Strand laufen. Das Frühstück gab es in einem Strandrestaurant a la carte. Dafür sehr lecker. Und frisch! Organisatorisch eine Katastrophe beim Frühstück Als Hotelgast wird man nicht zuvorkommender behandelt als Gäste, die von auswärts ins Restaurant kommen. Trotz rundem Geburtstag keine Glückwünsche vom Hotel. Zimmerausstattung einfach, nicht 5 Sterne. Treppenhaus, Fliesen , Pool Bereich Boden müssten renoviert werden . Pool extrem gut fotografiert auf der Website. Im Übrigen kann man nur bis zu den Knien darin stehen. Kaffee am Pool war lauwarm, nach einer wirklich freundlichen Reklamation wurde in die gleichen Tassen Wasser aus der Thermosflasche nachgegossen, so dass dieser wieder lauwarm und verdünnt war und uns wortlos serviert wurde. Selten so eine unfreundliche Bedienung erlebt. Geht gar nicht für 5 Sterne. Hotelanlage kann von allen externen Restaurantbesuchern und des Clubs durchlaufen werden, so das permanent fremde Leute durch den Garten bzw. die Anlage laufen. Exklusivität ist nicht gegeben.

- Martyna (6/5): Co najwyżej poprawny, raczej rozczarowanie. Nie sądzę, że wrócę. - Zapach we wnętrzach, wystrój, dostęp do restauracji HAŁAS!!! Imprezy w nocy do 3 godziny (w tym w nocy przed naszym wylotem), selekcja „na bramce” w głównym barze - 2 noce z rzędu nie wpuszczono nas jako gości hotelowych na główny plac, bo „impreza zamknięta”, chyba że kupimy z mężem całą butelkę wódki 😳. Po mojej interwencji stolik się znalazł. REMONTY w całym obiekcie, w tym główny basen i restauracja przy plaży, więc śniadania nie są w formie bufetu tylko z karty. Obsługa na śniadaniu- mimo całej moje sympatii do nich, trochę nie ogarnia tego chaosu na śniadaniu i takiej ilości zamówień. Nobu Pool niby tylko dla dorosłych (nie ma nigdzie oficjalnej informacji), a na pozostałych 2 basenach hałas bo małe dzieci i odgłosy remontu, więc kiedy poszliśmy do Nobu Pool, bo było najciszej, chciano nas wyrzucić z dziećmi (młodzież 16 lat). Za tą kwotę, która się płaci za hotel oraz kwotę, którą wydaliśmy w restauracjach i barach spodziewaliśmy się relaksu na wysokim poziomie, a nie wykłócania o bar czy leżak i hałasu przez całą noc. Totalny brak oficjalnej KOMUNIKACJI o tym wszystkim przed zameldowaniem sprawia, że oferta moim zdaniem jest niezgodna z tym, za co zapłaciliśmy (np. zdjęcia głównego basenu na bookingu, a jest on zamknięty!). Obsługa mogłaby się uczyć komunikacji i poziomu zaopiekowania klientem np. od Nobu Warszawa, bo to totalnie inny level.

- Patrycja (1/5): - Worst experience ever !!!! During my stay at Nobu Hotel Marbella, I was bitten by bed bugs (photos attached). This is unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. Additionally, I left my vest with headphones in my hotel room. Despite immediate contact and assurances that the room was checked, nothing was found. I am certain the items were left there. Very disappointing experience.
