- James (8/5): Handy for Thorp Perrow - The accommodation was as advertised, my only “moan” was the local pub was closed on Monday which would be okay but I phoned to check and got an answer phone message saying it was open. When down on the Tuesday only to be told that meals stopped at 7pm (we arrived at two minutes past)
No complaints about the accommodation but don’t expect any local services Local services non existent

Excellent breakfast "kit" with scones, pastries, bread for toast, fruit, yogurt, jams, juice, milk, tea, coffee, etc. Parking right outside front door.
Friendly, helpful owners. Interesting location. Nothing of any importance. There was some building work going on next door but the owners were happy to arrange it so as not to disturb us. They seem not to accept credit cards, requiring advance bank transfer or cash.

Accommodated my partners GF dietary requirement and added a special touch to the visit that was 2nd to nine. Fantastic experience, my only criticism is the shower was a little low but then I’m 6’5” so not the smallest, although this did not in any way hamper the stay. 5* Low shower head.

The host provided generous supplies for breakfast, with the added bonus of tea time cakes and treats. Lovely tranquil village setting. I would highly recommend this property. There are no negatives.
- Samuel (9/5): Very satisfactory and a place we can recommend. - The food and drink supplied was beyond expectations. There were calories enough for 2 full days! The linen and towels were luxurious and the shower was excellent. The location was very interesting and convenient for both exploring Snape Castle Chapel and was in walking distance of Thorp Perrow arboretum The only real issue was that, considering all the food supplied, we would have liked an indoor small dining table to eat from.
- Laura (10/5): Amazing peaceful location, just what we needed to relax & switch off! Will be back for sure! Thank you so much - The breakfast was a fantastic addition! Clean, comfortable and spacious. Perfect night away!

Internally exceptionally clean, spacious and comfortable. With all of the extra little details so often missing from standard b & b accommodation. For example books, magazines, extra wine glasses, cleaning materials etc.
The provision for breakfast in the room was great. Fresh pastries, milk, bread, fruit cereals etc was super. I cannot recommend this enough!
Finally, Sarah, our host, was a pleasure to speak to and so accommodating. Thank you again. It was all great, I cannot recommend it enough!
- Margaret (10/5): A rural escape - Our garden room was spacious, comfortable, tastefully designed and spotlessly clean in a peaceful courtyard setting with a continental breakfast provided too. - Clare (10/5): Little Gem! - Spotlessly Clean, Fantastic Hosts, within walking distance from a charming local pub and a great base to explore. Snape Village itself is so picturesque and would recommend a drive up to loft house! We couldn't fault it and the little chapel is worth a visit for rich history as Catherine Parr once lived and reportedly married there!
