- Cheyenne (5/5): If you’re ok with minimum effort and paying a low price then stay here. - The staff were friendly. The property is easy to find and everything was clean. They had a variety of breakfast and the parking is free. Usually hotels give free water bottles or an ice bucket. There was none of that so we had to go and buy water from Walmart. Some of the breakfast muffins were dry or stale? When we checked in they had asked how many people. I said 4 but because our booking said only 2( that is my fault) they charged us a fee. We booked a room with two beds so I don’t see the reason to charge another fee. That felt like a scam.

- Laurie (6/5): Comfy - Even though we had requested an early check in, our room was not ready at even the normal check in time. We were asked to sit in the reception area until it was ready....even then, we had to approach the desk again to re-ask if it was ready. It would have been nice if reception would have been kind enough to let us know?? Also, there were no towels at the pool. I asked at the desk 3 separate times, before reception handed me a couple. Wjy couldn't they have done that in the first place? I complained and was offered "a free upgrade" thr next time I stay as compensation.... Better stocked pool towels, follow through when promised with both check in and the towels. Also, if you've reserved a suite for 5 people, include bedding for the pull out sofa (we just made due and avoided more hassle from the desk) and include at least 5 sets of towels....we had 3.

- I3982WLpg (6/5): Enquire ,Double check before booking for the heated pool - Great staff Good Food Heated pool was never heated as mentioned on the website as its shows its heated and then when inquired we got to know about the staff its room temperature . The reason we booked was because of the heated pool stay Pool said no diving but bunch of kids destroyed the peace !
