I had one kids eating pancakes and sausage and the other that went for the yogurt. And the other who got eggs and potatoes.it was clean and food was hot.i would recommend this place to everyone i know.but personally the bed was my favorite. I slept so good.everything was perfect. Maybe could have been more in my price range but we definitely got more then we paid for. Maybe could have been more then just a pool. Maybe some slides or more things for kids to play on in the pool. And wish they had more towels and the pool area.

The only thing I would suggest for side sleepers is to bring your own pillow. The pillows were great they just deflated too much to be supportive.

Also, during our stay, the breaker went out and I had to call the front desk. I’ve never had that happen before. The elevator was dirty. The dryer took two whole cycles to dry my clothes not a very cheap endeavor. Breakfast Was good and the staff at the front desk were very nice. The rooms were comfortable.

When we arrived I was then informed that the pool was closed. There was absolutely nothing on the website that said the pool was down for maintenance. We were very disappointed about this. I should have called ahead and asked but I really shouldn't of had to since nothing was listed stating that the pool was closed!

- Carl (2/5): - I checked in late in the night. (1:30 am) As I walked into my room it was very hot (86). I turned off the heat at the thermostat. But the unit kept running. I called the front desk. They said there’s nothing they could do because all the rooms were booked. So I unplugged the unit. I couldn’t sleep until about 5:30 in the morning because the room was so hot. As I checked out, I talked to the front desk again. Different manager on duty. Told him about the situation. All he did was say sorry and handed me a bottle of water. I will not be staying at this hotel again.

I asked for a new coffee maker because mine wasn’t working. I never got it. On the second day the breakfast was out of everything. The pancake machine kept breaking. With the price I paid I expected things to be a little more organized.

- Brian (5/5): Disappointed - A second choice since Lied Lodge was full up- at least a room was available The room we got was over the front awning, so the view was the top of the awning- not a good start. The room smelled like a wet dog stayed there the night before. The door to the bathroom drags on the floor to the point that it is difficult to close the door all the way - and definitely can not be closed quietly. Nothing wrong with the pool itself, but I fail to see why so many hotels have a pool in the construction budget but do not include a hot tub for the adults

I was able to safely get around on my mobility scooter with no issues because the floors were clean and free of obstructions. A lot of rugs and elevation changes in the lobby.
