Dubravka made our stay a breeze, helping us with restaurant recommendations, arranging airport transfers, and everything in between! The complimentary breakfast provided was also lovely. We cannot recommend Dubravka’s property more!

The location is perfect for sightseeing. It’s slightly away from the noise and yet close to everything. I would definitely recommend Stayeva 11 to anyone going to Dubrovnik.

Located in Old Town, close to the wall and all the places we wanted to visit; most things in the area are walking distance. - Sherri (10/5): - The property is located inside the walls of old Dubrovnik. Very very convenient. The room was clean with the expected amenities. The drawback to staying anywhere within the walls are that cars are not allowed so you must either hire someone or do it yourself with your bags from the street to the hotel. About two flights of steps to get to the room and one flight upstairs get to the hotel itself. I stay there was great because as they say, location, location, location!
- PETER (10/5): Dube is the best service provider EVER. - This is our 13th year with hotels.com and Dube is the best service provider we have EVER had!!! She responded instantly to our what’s app and we had a dire medical emergency request. Dube immediately helped us. Lydia in housekeeping and Dube’s son Tony were also outstanding. Tony took us to Bosnia, Montenegro & to the top of Dubrovnik. Tony is an awesome driver. It is a family operation and it works well! - Susan (10/5): - This is a very special place. The location in Old Town is as perfect as it gets; tucked up against the wall around the city. Quiet yet convenient with a coffee shop around the corner and cafes nearby. The unit itself was so thoughtfully designed and furnished. Windows overlooking the roofs of Old Town, or the wall. Every possible amenity, luxurious twels and bedding, a refrigerator stocked with drinks and a Nespresso. We didn’t try the bottle of homemade port until the last night and wished we had tried it sooner- delicious! Dubravka was a delight; eager to ensure we had everything we could possibly want. I can’t imagine a better place to stay in Dubrovnik and we look forward to returning.

Clothes steamer, hairdryer and straightener, coffee machine and pods, a fully equpped kitchenette plus many more. They also assisted with our luggage as we had health issues. The hosts are on hand to advise on where to eat and what to do. The location is very close to the old walls, but very quiet and everything is within easy reach - bars, shops, restaurants etc. I would strongly recommend.

Just right for two people with a lovely bathroom, bedroom, kitchen, dining table, and living area. Very well-appointed with drinks, coffees, robes, hair tools. But best of all is the owner, who is easy to reach and amazingly helpful.

The cleanliness was immaculate and you can tell the hosts pay attention to every detail. They even reached out to us about parking for our vehicle so that it would be safe during our visit. We cannot wait to visit again we won’t be staying anywhere else! Highly recommend!!!
- Edward (10/5): - Great location in a quieter corner of the old city. Very easy to walk anywhere from Gradac Park in the west to the Modern Art museum to the east. The owners are very helpful and enthusiastic (eg. volunteering to arrange taxi to/from airport). Our room and bathroom were spotless and stylishly decorated. The absence of a building opposite our windows let a lot of light in (and gave the opportunity to while away 5mins spotting cats in the ruins).
- ANA NIKA (10/5): - Great location, quite, best in town, only few stairs from main street. Beautiful decorated, super clean and very comfortable apartment. Friendly, very kind and helpful host Dubravka. The property is perfect, brand new with underfloor heating. Luxurious, cosy with lot adds such as Rituals. Worth every euro, this is a 5 star accommodation. I'm shocked, they have a hairdryer, a hair iron and a hand steam iron for clothes. If we come back to Dubrovnik for sure will stay there again. Would highly recommend and great value for money.

- Emma (10/5): Excellent stay in Stayeva - We had a fantastic stay at Stayeva. The apartment has been recently redecorated very well and had many extras to make our stay as comfortable as possible - toileteries, food and drinks, espresso machine, dishwasher, anti-mosquito plugs etc. We went in a particularly hot heatwave but efficient air con in main room and bedroom. The apartment is close enough to the city walls that you can hear tourists on the walls talking when the bathroom window open, but with it closed it is completely soundproofed and you would never know you are right in the centre. It is possible to walk everywhere in the old town in 10 mins and stunning views over the sea/old town from main room. A very good free breakfast was at a restaurant nearby. Excellent and quick communication with host Dubravka who was very helpful. Only downside - 3 flights of narrow winding stairs to the apartment which is challenging with wheely suitcase or people with poor mobility, otherwise no complaints, would recommend
- Birgitte Gram (10/5): - The studio had an ideal location. In 5 minutes you could reach almost any destination in Old town. The studio was very Well equipped and the beds were fantastic. The decor was so nice and the restoration was very true to the original. Breakfast was at a nearby restaurant and there were 4 variations to choose from. The owner was easy to get in touch with and supplied us with a lot of useful information. There are a lot of nice restaurants very close to the studio and you can reach the Old harbour in a few minutes.
- Geoffrey (10/5): - I had a fantastic stay - bright, clean and cheerful. The floors and furniture were beautiful and all the details felt brand new. Great communication and I felt right at home, it really seemed like I was part of Dubrovnik while staying there! I hope to be back soon!
